The house is super clean, well decorated and very cozy. The barbecue space is great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The structure is complete, it had everything we needed. In addition, the host was very attentive and advanced the check-in, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it!

The location is fantastic, although it might be a bit challenging for those who aren’t physically prepared—but it’s still quite accessible. This is a beautiful unique place. Eating breakfast on the deck in the morning light greeted by sagui (sp?) and butterflies was a treat. Close to beautiful places like Lagoinha do Leste.

. Clean and pleasant apartment, with modern and well-kept furniture. We stayed for three nights and everything was excellent. There is a supermarket at the door of the building, as well as a pizzeria and several food options nearby — we hardly left the apartment, because we had everything at hand! The view from the penthouse was a show in itself. What a beautiful landscape! Florianópolis is truly the Island of Magic. It was well worth the stay!

We loved the apartment! Everything was very tasteful. A light and cozy atmosphere. Great location (on the beach street) and easy access to several beaches. Super quiet neighborhood! Jacek was quick to answer questions and was quick to help us with what was needed. We'll be back for sure.

It was very nice to stay in Dirk’s apartment. We stayed there for three weeks. Very responsible and friendly host, convenient location - in the centre of the island. Very well equipped kitchen and amazing sunset views. Thx ☺️

Carlos is very kind and willing to help. It allowed us to check in earlier. The dpto is much nicer than the photos, beautiful decor and the complex very complete. Very close to la.playa. Ney, was a very helpful host, and polite, when I asked for information responded promptly. the location is great, in a few minutes you are in the center or on the northern beaches of the island, for us it was perfect.

Vinicius is very kind and available. Condo: - Quiet. - wonderful gardens. - a very functional gym. The weather wasn't good, because it rained, so we couldn't use the outdoor pool, however the outdoor pool looked luxurious and the heated pool exquisite. Inside the condominium there is a small mini-market that helps you with the basics. Comfortable and functional apartment; kitchen with good appliance implementation. Consider that the beach is a 10-minute walk away.

Adalberto was a great host! Regarding the apartment, the same besides beautiful was very well located close to the beach of the English and other beaches such as Jurerê, Daniela and etc. Thank you very much Adalberto! We hope to return in the near future.

Carolina's apartment is outstanding! Larger than most rooms in Il Campanário, which surprised us a lot. The bed was good, the shower was good. It had a mini kitchen (small electric stove, microwave). I recommend it!
