Access is from narrow stairs. The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean in excellent condition. In addition, the balcony with laundry room outside helped us accommodate the beach products. They provide sun loungers, sun storage, and commonly used cleaning supplies.

Hello!! We are a marriage with a 6 year old girl. Everything was spotless!! We went on honeymoon Silvia was always in communication with us and Miguel welcomed us! Some genius both!! Miguel knows everything you ask him restaurants, place to go for all budgets guides you.. the place is nice, it has S-Mart TV and wifi. The super comfy bed and the sofa bed the same! There are two super cool fans. The shower is a luxury! The kitchen is great I made some super good empanadas! We hope to be back soon ! The host was helpful, quick and kind. The property is new and corresponds to the listing. As we went in late March, the region was very calm as we wanted. Even so with great restaurants, very good beach options and infrastructure necessary for a good stay. We recommend it.

A beautiful place for those of us who enjoy peace and quiet. 200 meters from the beach, an excellent location, the apartment is new and equipped with everything you need for a great stay, those who enjoy cooking have many items. We had two sets of keys, which allowed us to move around freely. Although we travel by car, near the apartment there is an ice cream shop, bakery, a small gift shop, restaurant and even a supermarket no more than 500 meters away. Andrea and Robinson, very friendly. We loved it, we'll be back.

It was a beautiful experience staying at Camilla and Agenor's home. Being at the top of the hill, privacy and ocean views provide beautiful peace. Walking access can represent some minimal difficulty to walk by elderly people or small children, but can be done by car. The accommodation has everything you need and is very tastefully decorated. Agenor was always attentive to all our inquiries with a very good predisposition. I recommend the kayak ride! We will definitely be back again. Thank you for everything

Great apartment, just like the photos, very good condominium structure, we loved everything. Claudio always responded quickly and was always available.

The stay in Eva's house (Casa Nala) house was very good. The house has a small balcony on the third floor with a wonderful view of the sea, in addition to the hammock that gives a special charm to the environment. The residence has large glass openings (windows and doors), all with screens to prevent the entry of insects, which allows you to leave them open during the day and night without being bothered by mosquitoes, in addition to ventilating the environment very well. It has two bedrooms and two large bathrooms, extremely clean and with fresh bed linen and towels. The whole kitchen, I didn't miss any items. The living room was comfortable, very cozy. I don't consider it a negative point, but the access to the garage is narrow due to the fact that the street is a service. The hostess, Eva, was very attentive, always responding quickly to questions. It was worth the stay and getting to know the natural attractions of the region.

The house exceeded expectations, everything was very clean, organized and new. I have nothing to complain about. The beach itself has few restaurant options but our idea was to do more things at home, which was very well equipped, Silvio even left some gallons of water and utensils for the beach for us to use. The stay was 100%.

One of the best places we've stayed. The house is very complete, we liked the water filter, the water heater for taps and bathrooms, freezer and refrigerator are separate appliances, brewery, portable barbecue, all kitchen utensils are easy to find, and there are many. The rooms are comfortable and the acoustic comfort is excellent. All windows have an insect screen, very useful when it comes to keeping air circulating without any surprises. The grounds are huge, they have a very well-kept garden, nice to walk in, and the lawn around the house was perfect for playing with my kids. The sea in front of the house has calm and clean waters, you can enjoy it at any time. Beach equipment available.

Perfect location of the apartment, beautiful beaches in the area

The first point to highlight, undoubtedly, was the reception. We were awaited at the entrance gate and received with flavored water, cold cola and delicious snacks. Mr. Paulo and Mrs. Cleidi are extremely polite and attentive, presenting each corner of the space very carefully. We were afraid to locate the space due to the presence of the owners in the building (in the back), but they were extremely discreet and almost did not leave the private space, which did not cause any discomfort. The house has an impeccable decor, full of personality, and many of the furniture was made by Mr. Paulo, which brings a special and welcoming touch. The leisure space is a great differential, providing a harmonious integration between children and adults. In addition, the house offers everything needed for a pleasant day on the beach, which is very close. The beach is calm and little busy (we went to Carnival), ideal for those who seek rest and want to get away from the bustle.

Beautiful place we had an excellent stay both for the amenities of the apartment and the facilities of the building. The area is beautiful for breakfast in cafes, lunch, or going out at night. Opposite one of the most beautiful beaches in Florianópolis ! I'm sure we'll be back !
