The very good place, all right as the descriptions. Only the lighting left to be desired a little, in some points, but everything else is PERFECT! ❤️

It’s rare to find a place that feels like home the moment you walk through the door—but Kathia’s Airbnb did just that. From the moment we arrived, Kathia was fully hands-on, making sure every detail was perfect for our stay. Her warmth and attentiveness set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable month. The house itself was peaceful, well-appointed, and an ideal space to settle in—especially for digital nomads looking for comfort and quiet. But the true showstopper? The garden. Some might call it a garden with a lovely pool, but I’d call it an Eden of tranquility—a private sanctuary that made it hard to leave. A special thank you to Ynnes, who Kathia thoughtfully arranged to help with cooking and cleaning. Her presence was a gift, and her meals were unforgettable. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, prepare to be cared for, inspired, and deeply relaxed.

Wonderful place, quiet and great view! Mauro is very attentive, the Chalet matches the photos. Ideal environment to rest and contemplate nature. Close to the main beaches of the South coast of Floripa, considered the best beaches for swimming. Great choice to stay on the island of Florianópolis.

The apartment is very nice and cozy, perfect for one person and with a comfortable remote work setup. The view from the bedroom is lovely. The only disadvantage for me was that the road between the house and the lake is quite busy all day long.

Vanio welcomed us very warmly! Extremely organized and beautiful house, very well equipped house, if I had forgotten something I would have had it at the house's disposal. My kids enjoyed it a lot, like the whole family.

We were very satisfied about our stay at Licia's house. It is a peaceful place in the mid of the nature, and at the same time it is well located for the groceries, beach and restaurants. We had everything we need and Licia and João were available and at the same time discreet. We enjoyed the kayak on the lake and the swimming pool. I recommend to stay at this place to explore the island!

I indicate this place with eyes closed! Super cozy place, with an amazing view. It's even more beautiful in person. There are countless wonderful corners on the property with breathtaking views! For those looking for calm and nature, it's the perfect place! And what about the host, Mr. Carlos made us feel at home. He is super attentive, polite and intelligent, has an incredible story and the property is a reflection of all the work of him and his employees who are also super nice. The saddest part is certainly having to leave lol but we will certainly be back soon <3

Excellent, a 3-minute walk to the lake, a 12-minute walk to the square and Lagoa shopping center, supermarkets nearby, the house layout is excellent, the master bedroom is wonderful, we had visits from monkeys on the terrace (be careful with leaving the window open, these macaques are thieves) very nice and everything is very tasteful, our stay was excellent and unforgettable. The hostess is very friendly, everything is appreciated.👍

The house was impeccable in cleanliness and organization. Gabriela sent me a memo before my check-in describing the places where I would find a market, restaurants and the like with distances, check-in and check-out times ... really impeccable organization. I had the opportunity to meet the mother and father, very kind people who contributed a lot to our well-being since I was only with my daughter and without a car. I'll definitely be back other times. Ana was the best host we could have wished for! She was super super super helpful with any questions we had, if we were missing something it was delivered to us in minutes. The house is super big and in a good condition. The pool and the garden perfect to relax. The entire condominium is really nice and we felt super safe. Big plus was the tennis court and the lake right next to the house. Internet worked well - we were working from the house with 4 people. Kitchen was very good equipped. Within 15 min walk you can reach the main road with grocery store, shops, restaurants , gym etc. thank you for everything! ♥️

I went with my family and we LOVED it. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and the condominium is beautiful and quiet. Fabio was always willing to help and made sure that the air conditioning in the living room and the washing machine were fixed for our stay. We would also like to thank Larissa for showing us around the place and being willing to answer our questions. The place was super clean and honestly, I felt right at home! You can tell that Fabio's family puts a lot of love into their home. We'll definitely be back next year. If you're considering staying here and still have doubts, DON'T THINK ABOUT IT ANYMORE. You won't regret it. :)

Hello! We had a great time at this place, everything was just like the photos. I would go back to the place. It is located in a quiet place and the sunrises there are very nice.

The place is totally quiet, with no neighbors around. The location is great, close to bars, restaurants, markets and pharmacies, and easy access to other beaches as well. Guilherme was very cordial and polite at all times, I was very comfortable in the place, without any kind of disturbance. Environment with impeccable cleanliness. I will definitely return more often!

One of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. One month felt like 3 days. Amazing house (photos don’t do justice), amazing location, amazing host. 11/10.

The house is very nice, bright and well ventilated. Sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains is a real pleasure. The place is worthy of shooting a movie. In front you have a private fishing pier and a place to buy oysters and mussels fresh from the sea. At the entrance to the house begins the trail to Playa dos Naufragados, which is beautiful. The beaches in this area are narrow and have no waves. The small town of Ribeirao is very nice to walk around and sit down to enjoy some waterfront delicacy. Morgan and Paulo were always very attentive, they welcomed us on a rainy day with an apple pie and since we had bad weather they offered us to stay more days in the house at no cost. I would definitely come back

Second time staying in the house. My husband and I like it because it is very complete and comfortable and the location is peaceful and quiet. It's great to be able to go out and then have a corner of peace to rest. Grata once again.

The experience I had on airbnb was amazing. I cultivated special memories that I will remember with great affection for a lifetime, the cozy atmosphere, the surroundings glimpsing the best of the fauna and flora, all aligned to feel immersed in nature. I felt at peace and would like to return when possible! The house was in perfect condition, we were welcomed by Silvia who brought us security and a brief guide to the rooms, utensils and other information that was necessary for our knowledge. In addition, we had no setbacks, except with the location, but we were promptly assisted by the host Fernanda, who was super attentive and concerned about our stay, I recommend it to everyone.

If you’re thinking about booking this place do it! You will not regret it. I’ve stayed in a ton of Airbnb properties and NOTHING compares to Dacre & Sara’s home. Not only is the location literally perfect, in the best part of Floripa right in the middle of the island but the house itself is incredible. Can you believe it’s EVEN BETTER than the pictures? We really did not want to leave. Dacre and Sara are wonderful hosts, very nice and so thoughtful. They left us everything we needed and more as well as shared tips of the best restaurants in the area. We went to all of the ones they recommended and they were all fantastic. I wanted to rewind our trip. Seriously book this place and don’t look back! It’s the best of Floripa!

The house is cute, comfortable and super well located! It's close to the beach and the neighborhood is full of great places to have coffee, go out for lunch or dinner or enjoy a pastry and sugarcane juice. Deise is a sweetheart and helped us with what we needed. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation is clean, beautiful and very well organized, providing a cozy and pleasant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Every detail reveals care and attention to detail. A charming differential is the ducks that roam freely around the pond and bring a sense of peace and contact with nature that make the experience even more special.

We loved the stay! From the living room the view is of the logoa and from the bedroom the sea. The bungalow is very cozy, surrounded by nature. Super well-equipped house, we didn't miss anything. The host was super attentive, gave very good tips and welcomed us very well. We loved the trip and will be back for sure!

Hosts were very kind. We hit the car on the gate when leaving the parking lot on the first night. They helped us maneuver and minimize the damage to the car and then we agreed on the reimbursement for the gate, all without stress. Sometimes, worse than the material damage, is the reaction of those who do not tolerate accidents and unforeseen events. So, we were very grateful for the help in the situation and for the tranquility they gave us. The property is very beautiful and the birds in the morning are a show in themselves! Oh, we even saw a baby cutia, the cutest thing in the world! I recommend the stay and will return when I can! ☺️
