I would absolutely recommend to stay here. I wished i could move here forever. When I arrived at this airbnb I realized how much I needed a space in nature which was radiating so much calmness and relaxation. The airbnb is surrounded by wonderful nature and still super close to shops and the lake and it is easy to get to the center or the beach too. The supermarket is right down the street, which made it easy to do groceries for the place. On top of this, Joice was a wonderful host, who proactively sent me clear instructions for my Uber to find the airbnb, and was always responsive and a very nice person to talk to. She made early checkin possible which I was really grateful for, as I landed super early.

The house is small but the truth is that we found it very comfortable. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers (one bed was free!). The house has everything you need and what you don't need too! Very complete, the most complete I have ever stayed in Praia do Matadeiro. Clean down to the last detail. Everything was perfect. Sheets, towels and blankets were packaged and super clean. We love Matadeiro, we've been going for about 20 years. Thank you for everything!

dago was fantastic, he got in touch before, as he would release our check-in earlier, and still freed me from the traffic of Bombinhas, extremely proactive. even without informing the arrival time, he was at the door waiting for me, provided tips on places, in addition to having tips laminated in the suite. in addition to everything being beautiful, impeccable care with bed linens, air freshener, cleaning, kitchen amenities, and 3 beautiful and playful dogs, but they stay in a separate space In fact, it is ideal for weddings. I've already been asked for referrals and promptly recommended it, fabulous space and host. The location is very good, it is a 15-minute drive from Joaquina beach, close to Campeche, Conceição lagoon 5 minutes away, and other nearby points that have bakeries and markets nearby. My companion and I spent a few days in the listing hut and it was really nice. We were very well received by Rosi who was super understanding with the delay we had due to unforeseen travel. As for the hut, it is located in a strategic way geographically speaking, between the north and the south. In addition, Campeche is a region with a lot of preserved forest and/or beautiful landscaping, including the hut. Cabana next to the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Very nice to live the experience of being in a big city, but at the same time, in a house that looks interior, with woods and very green. In addition, the hut is very clean, clean bathroom with hot water, comfortable bed, kitchen equipped with the essentials, a sofa to be, delicious teas, outdoor area to place garbage. I would just say that, like most Airbnb and even hotels, a place to leave your bags open or depend on things is needed. Return soon!

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The layout is compact and efficient. It's close to restaurants and cafes, and a 3 min walk to the supermarket which is very convenient. It's also halfway between Lagoa and Campeche, which is nice. The aircon worked great, which was amazing since I was working remotely. The internet was always fast and reliable. The fridge is compact but ice cold - cold enough for me to freeze meat in there for a few days at a time. As far as downsides, the neighbors have some loud dogs that like to randomly bark in the late/early hours - usually just for 20 seconds at a time. I used earplugs and it didn't bother me. Also there were some ants and cockroaches my first few days, but I just bought a can of bug killer and sprayed the crap out of the floor, and the problem disappeared. Overall, I would stay again.

It was an absolute delight to stay at Sergio's Loft for 2 months!! The street is idyllic, just a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach, and a street full of kind neighbors, kids and families. Rio Tavares is an excellent location in Florianopolis, close to everything, yet feels less crowded and more local. We were near great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery stores. Sergio went above and beyond as a host- he was quick to replace an item at the house that broke, notified us when a few storms made the power go out for a little while, and when I got very sick gave great recommendations for medicine and a local doctor. It was an unforgettable two months, perfect for surfers, digital nomads or anyone who appreciates a beautiful home and great host. If you're a surfer you'll have so much fun at Pico da Cruz beach!
