Our stay was great, the apartment had everything we needed and the perfect location (restaurants and supermarket right next door) and the host Rafael was very kind and attentive. Everything was perfect!

The place was great, very central location and could walk everywhere. I had a great time and Affonso was very responsive and friendly, he even gave some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do!

We traveled as a couple to Florianópolis and our experience was perfect. Check-in was super fast with the internet information, electronic lock password and parking reservation already in hand before we arrived. The apartment has an amazing view and even with construction work in the building next door, the noise was unnoticeable. The view of the pool is surreal and the neighborhood has many things nearby, such as a supermarket, restaurants, the Hercílio Luz bridge, the center and the Santa Rita Warehouse, all of which can be reached on foot without any sacrifice. Good bed, good internet, ideal utensils for food, bathroom with faucet and hot and cold water shower. Very quiet. We love it and hope to come back and stay again. Julia, always helpful, allowed us to check out a little later and left us chocolate and water as treats. Worth every penny.

Perfect apartment for groups and faithful to the photos and descriptions made on Airbnb. We went with 4 friends and everything was perfect in the apartment. We felt at home literally. Andréia was very kind, helpful and well-mannered. The treats left in the apartment by Andréia even provided us with breakfast! Of unparalleled delicacy. The building has a 24-hour grocery store that complemented our accommodation. Porterers extremely gentle and supportive.

Everything that was promised in the listing has been delivered. Apartamento is great, has 2 bathrooms, comfortable bed, I liked that it had bath towels also left basic items in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything, I needed scissors I needed a thermal bag to take it to the pool. It's got it all! I spent the days of the carnival there. I had no problem with the concierge. But of course come out enjoy your block, ballad and go back to the AP to rest without rattling. Wonderful swimming pool. Below the building is like a gallery with lots of good stuff and variety to eat. Filomena was exactly how all Hosts should be followed the 3 basic steps to good service. 1- It was cordial 2- Serving the customer ( proves available to help and questions) 3- ended with cordiality again 👏👏👏👏

We really like the apartment, it has everything! New furniture, fixtures, and appliances. Cozy decor. The bed is a little hard but we managed to sleep, and the shower has little water, but other than that, everything was perfect. Please note that there is no parking. We spent some time in the surroundings trying to find a place, so it's great for those who go without a car because you can do everything on foot! Nearby restaurants are a safe place. The building guard is super sweet and attentive.

We loved the apartment! Everything was very tasteful. A light and cozy atmosphere. Great location (on the beach street) and easy access to several beaches. Super quiet neighborhood! Jacek was quick to answer questions and was quick to help us with what was needed. We'll be back for sure.

For those who like the sea, the apartment is a short walk from the seaside, where you can just enjoy the view or even exercise. In summary, the property is excellent and very practical to live in.

The Lucineia space, is exactly as described . Everything is neat and clean. Very well equipped with everything we need,and even more . The leisure area is very good , has the jacuzzi that has a heating system, for the children it was great . It was a pity that it was very windy, but we still enjoyed it. The space has a booklet with all the information on how to proceed. Lucineia was always very helpful , responding very quickly . I stayed on many Airbnb , but this one was undoubtedly the most equipped . Madcas, barbecue utensils and even games for children . Without a doubt a very welcoming space that is worth hosting .
