The location is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and is located in a condominium with outdoor pools, thermal pool, tennis court and multi-sport court, children's playroom and a great gym. In addition, there is a mini market and a restaurant inside the condominium that also serves the beach. Chairs and sun umbrellas are available. Communication with André is quick and effective. He was very attentive to us. The apartment is exactly as described, has split air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, a wine cellar, crystal glasses, 2 parking spaces and you can see the sea from the balcony. The internet works very well. We already want to go back.

Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. The apartment is beautiful. It's two blocks from the beach and two blocks from a supermarket with everything you need. The neighborhood is super quiet and nice. The facilities have everything you need and more to be comfortable. Air conditioning in all rooms, two bathrooms. In short, everything was very good. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a little far from downtown, but it's not a bad thing about the apartment for me

Thanks to Paulo and Janet for their warm hosting. We were 3 adults with 1 child aged 6 and 2 twins aged 1.5 and they did everything to make us feel at home. Our twins were even able to benefit from a baby bed each! The house is perfect for a family, and very safe with young children (Thanks to Paolo for the small barrier that allowed our children to play safely in the patio). Ideal location: less than 15 minutes' walk to the beach area where you will find restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, souvenir shops, etc. A supermarket is also a few minutes' walk away, not to mention our favorite: an ice cream stick shop at the end of the street! Thanks again to Paolo and Janet, we recommend their accommodation 100%!

The host was a sweetheart in person! It was me and my husband. He responded very quickly whenever we needed it, was extremely helpful with any needs we had. We definitely recommend it.

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is really beautiful, with a decoration that left us impressed, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for future occasions. I really enjoyed my time and I wish I could’ve extended but they were booked the following week. I felt right at home. I loved having my patio facing beautiful trees, hearing the ocean waves, being serenaded by birds and most of all frequent visits from the 2 sweet dogs & 3 lovely cats. I grew so fond of all their pets and all their cuddles. It’s a peaceful and relaxing area that helped me rejuvenate. I’m thankful for such wonderful hosts who made me feel welcomed. Carine was so gracious in lending me her Bicycle. Boris gave me some information about the area, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hope to return next year!
