Very attentive and helpful host. The house of Lúcio is excellent, clean, with all the utensils and appliances, new bedding and towels, clean, large and very comfortable house. Well located on Daniela Beach. We are already planning to host again at Lúcio's house on the next trip to Floripa.

Very nice, large and comfortable apartment, matching the photos and description published. The location is excellent, there are many services nearby such as supermarkets, restaurants, shopping area and Canasvieiras beach. Highly recommended.

beautiful apartment, balcony overlooking the garden with its relaxing water fountain, very good safetyardad, close to downtown and half a block from the route for exits to all the nearby beaches, this is very good as it facilitates easy circulation to all sides. we felt very comfortable in everything it was an excellent choice to have stayed here on our holidays.

Overall, I got a very nice experience over Luis's apartment. Everything was very clean, furniture is new and the apartment is bigger than the pictures. There's a balcony that gives you a nice view from Canasvieira's Beach. The neighborhood itself has a nice infrastructure, is very secure and is very tourist-oriented. You also can go to some great places, which are near the apartment.

The apartment is complete, it has everything you need to spend a few days resting. Very close to the beach, with several options of bars, cafeterias and restaurants nearby. The host is very receptive and hospitable to guests. I recommend it!

the place is dreaming the apartment is very comfortable of luxury, the pool bella we were at the pace of the sea. I would be good that the security personnel and they were in the goal make it more time to explain or talk slower... from there everything nice is more to return to the place because I already know how the place is... Matías is the best

Elizabeth's place is very well cared for, and the fact that several items that make up the house are new should be highlighted, having been recently changed, namely: stove, washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, split air conditioners. But the difference is really the attention given by Elizabeth herself, who resides in the same condominium, two houses away, and in addition to making herself available through phone and WhatsApp, during the entire time of our stay she was available to assist us and answer our questions.

The house is spectacular. It exceeded our expectations. It has everything from air conditioning in all spaces to sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is always impeccable. The place is very safe. I recommend it. It's a little further from the center but 100 meters from the beach.

The stay was very good, very good house, beautiful, clean, spacious, had all the necessary kitchen and laundry utensils. Vera Lucia was always very attentive, there were 8 adults and one child and there was plenty of space. A small negative point is that it is a little far from the beach, but for those who go by car it is not a big problem.

Our experience in Julio and his family's apartment was exceptional. From the first moment, they were incredibly attentive and always attentive to every detail to make our stay perfect. The apartment is impeccable, with all the necessary amenities. In addition, the location is excellent, close to the beach. We definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely come back.

Daniel was receptive, with clear and resolute communication; provided tourist and location tips according to our preferences. The environment exudes calm and is accessible to the various beaches, Inglêses, Canasvieiras, Daniela, Jurerê , Praia do Forte (visit the Fort), among others. The outside is charming, with a mini garden, hammock and pond, only the inside looked a little bigger in the photos, but we didn't ask for so many details either. All electronics worked perfectly; everything was clean and organized, the bed linens smelled good... We felt the host's care in every detail but especially in the decoration, which even included a humidifier (we used it).

Karla was amazing, I spared no praise when I met her at checkout. We talked about our experiences in the house (where seven friends and I stayed), and something everyone said is that the house is much larger than it looks in the photos... Very spacious, at no time did we feel crowded, space for everyone to be wherever they want, we had a "movie night" to watch an episode of a series that everyone was following, the barbecue and the kitchen structure are complete, the pool environment is very good and the sun hits all day. Well, I could spend more time praising Karla's house and availability in every aspect, I recommend it without so much as a second thought to anyone, you certainly won't regret it.
