Chalet vacation rentals in Florianópolis

I loved my stay at the Villa do Ser! The chalet is the same as the photos! Everything you need to cook. Everything was organized when we arrived! We had an unforeseen event with a flight that was canceled, and Marcelo was super understanding. Villa do Ser is a very beautiful place, with lots of green, flowers, and a lot of peace! We were greeted by Marcelo and Leila as if we were family, there is no way not to feel at home! Maia kept us company throughout the stay, we were in love with her 😍 We stayed in the chalet, but all the accommodations in the house are beautiful! It makes you want to stay a little in each one ☺️ Thank you Marcelo and Leila for allowing us to enjoy this lovely place!

We left a little while ago from Giba's house and we already missed her. Our stay was beautiful. Giba is the best host, we feel it like a lifelong friend. The house has everything you need to spend a very nice vacation, beautiful view, silence of nature and two very affectionate dogs. There are plenty of spaces in and out to relax. The pool is very comfortable and warm! We have breakfast on the deck ,overlooking the English, and eat in silence after a nap in the Paraguayan hammock. Everything is done with lots of love. It's definitely a very special place. We came without a car and were able to move without problems in public transportation, Uber or on foot. We walk to the center and English beach very relaxed. One of the times we walk down, we share the walk with some friends, little monitos. The house, the view, its location and the treatment of Giba allowed us to disconnect and totally relax. See you soon Giba, we will be back! Pura vida!

Excellent stay, we felt right at home. They gave us very good information about the island, both beaches and places to eat. They were always available when we needed him. The house comes with everything you need to live in. We recommend!

A house, in cozy wooden construction, with all the amenities and accessories. 500 meters from the beach, which can be reached by a wooden path that goes through the nature of the restinga. It is ideal for a family with small children, as you can hear from the next room. The area is safe and quiet. The access street is, like all the others in the area, narrow and access to the parking lot is easy for medium or small cars. We forgot to bring plug adapters, but in the laundry room of the house there was a bag of them, for all models of outlets. In general we felt right at home, very comfortable at Sandra's.

André was very communicative from the time of booking and during the stay. He was always attentive to our needs. The house is comfortable, especially the gallery where, in addition to the ocean view, a cool breeze blows on the very hot days we had. It has all the necessary cooking utensils. Santinho beach is about a 10-minute walk. Recommended.

The stay was sensational! We had an unforeseen event with my vehicle on the first day, Thiago understood and helped us a lot!! The house is even better than the description! Easily accessible location, clean, comfortable bed and had everything we needed for a good stay, we loved the place. It is about a 5-minute walk from Campeche Beach, which is very good by the way, quiet and extremely clean waters. We didn't know Florianópolis and we felt safe the whole time, the neighborhood is very safe and has everything nearby, markets, pharmacies, shops etc. I have already recommended the place to friends and we plan to return soon! The cabin is beautiful and the land it is on is stunning with a pool and small lake with ducks and geese and chicken. We spotted a rabbit and twice at night, an adorable fox (apparently he is a menace to the birds). There is also an outdoor hot tub. There are bugs but that comes with all the nature so maybe bring some big spray to use against mosquitoes. Luana was so responsive and accommodating. A couple minor hiccups were managed very quickly. I couldn’t be more impressed with her responsiveness. It is a little far from the busy areas, maybe 15 minutes to the closest one so I do recommend anyone staying there to get a rental car. Overall, great stay.

The stay was impeccable. Luana and Ezequiel are extremely attentive and everything that is described in the listing corresponds to what I found on the site. The hut, besides being beautiful, is in a well-preserved place in its interior and very pleasant in its surroundings. I was treated very kindly all along. The covers, towels, curtains, cushions and everything that make up the environment was very clean, organized and smelling. The bathtub is great and warms well. The climate of the hut is very romantic to go as a couple and also very cozy for those who are single. It was very worth being there

We had a wonderful stay at Casa na Árvore in Lagoa da Conceição, Florianópolis. It was an amazing experience! We were delighted by the hospitality of Adriana and Nando, as well as by the nature around the cabin: we saw birds (hoazins, toucan, etc.), butterflies, monkeys… and their cats are superb We even took a boat trip, at night, in the rain, an unforgettable adventure! The view from the room was simply spectacular at any time of day, and it was magical to observe nature so alive and present. Thank you so much for everything! We will keep these memories forever.

It's a great place, super relaxed. You were allowed to use the BBQ, garden and canoe. We didn't have towels, but we were offered immediately. We were also able to leave later, than the official check-out time. We definitely hope to bring back again

The chalet has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed stay. It is located in a nature reserve, a little away from the urban area of Pantano do Sul. It's a place that looks like a fairy tale, surrounded by nature and with amazing views of the sea. The place offers a lot of tranquility and privacy but with all modern amenities. In my case I was more than 1 month with my partner working remotely with constant video calls, with constant download and upload of files and the internet worked very well. To arrive there is no need for a truck or 4x4, many locals travel in compact cars without a problem, but the road is steep and mountain, without becoming dangerous it takes a bit of skill. The streets of Pantano do Sul are one hand and you have to have patience and expertise in peak hours to pass. The owner Carlos is an excellent person, super attentive, and willing to help in anything nencesites. 100% recommended.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful places, especially if you are looking for tranquility and few people. Lulu, the host, was very responsive and hospitable.

Rodrigo's accommodation is truly spectacular and he is a great host, the whole team works on making sure the accommodation is fully prepared, perfect, clean, organized, smelling good, everything very well prepared. All the decor, the room accommodations, everything impeccable. I have nothing to say, just thank you for the hospitality and I will certainly return and I will also recommend it to my friends, family, I have already posted it on my social networks so that other people know and there is an ever-increasing reach for other guests, to know this paradise here on Earth. I recommend the residential, independent houses, it was clean and smelling, quiet place easily accessible and close to the beach, everything corresponded to the announcement, easy communication, if needed any pot or appliance was soon provided, at last I loved it, intending to return🙏🥰

Undoubtedly the best point the best view , family atmosphere, all very attentive with pets ! We'll be back next year without hesitation . It's worth it , and so much more when we find human and beloved people! Super recommended!!

Rodrigo's place has everything you need to spend days at the beach as if you were at home. The super-equipped kitchen with a lot of criteria: appliances, dishes, and kitchen utensils for cooking whatever you want. A wide refrigerator, blender, toaster, sandwichera and even cocktailera and pilón para farete Caipirinhas! It also has items for the beach: games, chairs, trolley to carry chairs. (I leave you a parasol as a gift, it is light but serves to complete the beach equipment!). He even has a chromecast on one of the TVs! You can tell a lot the difference when the place is set up to welcome its own owner. The condominium is very nice, familiar, quiet. With pool, game room... Highly recommended! We'd love to come back!

Two things to note. First its owner, Sergey, always attentive. Thanks to that, his house is a wonder one block from a dream forest. The house is complete, it is a wooden cabin that is not missing anything. Good crockery, good appliances, cutlery and above all, the quality of the beds. The pool is huge, clean and we felt so at home that we decided to extend the stay much longer than I thought about it. We'll come back without thinking.

We had great days hosting us at the Shakti Chalet, with plenty of privacy, contact with nature and a beautiful view of the sea. The chalet is all equipped and well thought out to welcome guests, every detail, from the chalet structure to the decoration brings a charm to the place. Communication with Renata was great, from check in to checkout. The only point of attention is access, people with limited mobility may have difficulty due to the steep hill and the staircase that leads to the place, but our experience was positive, it was easy to make a descent and one climb per day, worth the experience of the stay.

Accommodation very faithful to the photos, the house is fully complete, with many utensils, cozy, in a quiet environment. Definitely a good deal to stay at the Chalet.
