Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Florianópolis

I and my wife go quite often to Florianópolis and we like to stay close to the Center. The apartment is very nice and although it is a studio it is quite large and well decorated. The kitchen utensils are almost new and everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

We had a great time at Hamilton’s place. Wonderful location, great amenities in the building (loved the gym!), and Hamilton was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Dyego's apartment is excellent, with excellent space and utensils. The condominium is fantastic; the children loved the pools, and the adults the gym. In addition, Dyego was very helpful, assisting in what was needed and promptly answering any questions. I highly recommend, and I will come back for sure!

The stay at the studio was excellent. The space is beautiful, cozy, organized and clean, corresponding to the photos and the description. We offered everything that was required for our stay. In addition, it has great amenities, such as a swimming pool and a shopping area on the ground floor with good bars and restaurants, which made the stay even more comfortable. Our communication with the host was also excellent; Fernando responded quickly, always in a very clear and attentive way. He gave us all the guidelines regarding the stay in a very didactic way, including explanatory videos about access, check-in, etc. Zero complaints, I highly recommend, I'll be back for sure. Cheers!

Super nice and comfortable place. Containing a beautiful swimming pool with a mountain view. Easy location, both to the south of the island and to the north of the island. The location contains a shopping mall with some restaurants, a coffee house, and a place where you can drink good wines, among other things. We were very well taken care of by Lorena, We'll be back again

My family and I loved this resort! we stayed for one night and my only wish is we stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities. I'm so glad we were able to experience it. we will definitely be back again!

Great place for a vacation. Very quiet and surrounded by nature. At an intermediate point to get to know the different beaches of Floripa if you are driving. Cristina and Felipe are very friendly

Ronaldo and his wife welcomed us very warmly. The house is upstairs, with a separate entrance. Spacious areas, large bedrooms and kitchen. All kitchen utensils were working and we didn't miss anything. The largest en-suite is the only one that has air-conditioning, which worked very well. Quality bed and bath linens. Very clean space. Located about 15 minutes from Canasvieiras by car. We had a rental car. So getting around is very easy and convenient to go to several beaches (especially those in the north of the island). We felt at home. I recommend it!

Excellent 4-night stay, cozy house, with plenty of space and room integrated with the kitchen and garden views. Safe condominium and excellent location. Alexandre always available for any information. Next holiday season we will be back with the whole family again !!!

Great house, good location, with a very beautiful beach, practically on the sand. We were very surprised. Not to mention that the hostess Adalgisa, she wrote to us very well, and without giving us the greatest attention, we can only thank her for her hospitality.

Really a wonderful experience, the house is very comfortable, well-equipped, Thiago and Andrea are excellent hosts, attentive, friendly, always available and resolving what we needed!! Unbeatable location in front of the best beach in Floripa. If you like surfing, it's the perfect place!!! The outdoor jacuzzi is fantastic. We will definitely be back!!

“Great place to get away and enjoy” We spent some incredible days at this vacation home. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property is immaculate, very well cared for, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: full kitchen, spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds, each bedroom has its own bathroom. Also, the pool and jacuzzi were a great plus to relax after returning from the beach, or in the case of rainy days.

The experience of getting to know Floripa could not have been better!!!! Ilca is extremely gentle and welcoming, it made us feel at home. The accommodation is wonderful, all tidy and well located, plus it is ready to prepare a super yummy breakfast and is always there to help! Heitor also very requested, took us to the bus station for the return, the couple is a 10!!!! Super recommend and I will definitely go back!!!

The apartment is in a perfect area of Jurere, very close to restaurants and supermarkets and 4 blocks from the beach. The stay was excellent, the apartment is very comfortable and spacious, we felt right at home. The terrace is super large, where you can have barbecues and enjoy the view. The complex is impeccable, it has a swimming pool and a children's playroom. I recommend staying at Maria's house and we will definitely be back!

It was a family trip, all adults. We were positively surprised, as the apartment was wider and more illuminated than we saw in the pictures. Rooms with super comfortable beds and with air conditioning. Gustavo provided us with extra mattresses that comfortably accommodated our family. Highlight for the space with BBQ. The location is perfect, with parking space and public spaces in front of the building – very close to the beach, and about 1km supermarket Imperatriz and the Open Jurerê. Certainly, a space we recommend for families, both adults and children.

🌟 Amazing experience in Florianópolis! 🌟 Monica's apartment is EXCELLENT. It's super-equipped, it has absolutely everything you need and is very comfortable. The condominium is a pleasure: it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, a 24-hour market, parking, and direct access to the beach. 🏖️ The beach is heavenly, with warm and clear water, and it is also quiet, without crowds. Perfect location. Monica was an exceptional host: the dialogue was always fluid, friendly and respectful. He helped us with all our questions and was very flexible with our arrival. We ✨ definitely recommend it and would definitely come back.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Paula was there for every detail and recommendation. The area is super safe, close to the beach and the new center, two blocks from the open shopping mall, with many bars and places to eat. One block away is a 24-hour Shell with everything you might need. Without doubt, we would choose it again! Excellent value for money. Thanks Paula for making our stay the best ❤️

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Everything there for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very good; the washing machine had broken down previously and they organsied to have our clothing washed by an external laundry 👍 Location is very good, close to the beach, cafés, restaurantes and bakeries.

Tatiana was an exceptional host — attentive, helpful and always available to help. I had to stay for a few days in the space, which was perfectly equipped with everything I needed. The stay was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend it to everyone!
