The house has a strategic location above the beach, with viewpoints in different planes that allow you to see the immensity of the sea in various perspectives. FULLY equipped and conditioned for a comfortable and relaxed stay. (Paraguayan hammocks, beach silettes, 2 grills, a rooftop and one in the open air) WiFi of excellence. The bathrooms have hot water and very good water pressure in the showers. The fully-functioning kitchen FREE parking for 2 vehicles a block away. Both Jessica and her mother are always attentive and well arranged to any requirement. It is a true paradise and of course it is that after having traveled this experience in LA JOAQUINA, at the time of renting the bara it is very high. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!

This was an amazing place and an amazing hostess (Nadia). We were here for my niece’s wedding. Private community with lots of security but never felt really needed. Access to a fabulous beach and best is your face opens the gate access ! Nadia was / is incredible as someone to help navigate this magical island. We had great meals and a masseuse come in to give massages by the pool. Please note. Not many English speakers but enough to get around and you pay real Brazilian prices (good value for the dollar). The island is full of very friendly people. Had a great time !! Thanks Nadia for working with us

Very well located house, small problem after checking in , but then everything is perfect

Who received me was Mrs. Eunice and Mr. Jair, parents of Manoela. The house is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, organized and with all kitchen appliances. The house is on the way to all the beaches, which are wonderful!!! Dona Eunice and Mr. Jair are very helpful and cherished! We'll be back for sure!

We had an amazing experience on this beautiful place. The house was even nicer than the photos, with very thoughtful decorative details and impeccable cleanliness. But what really made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of our host. From the moment we arrived, it made us feel at home, offering recommendations and tips to explore the area. Communication was smooth and quick at all times, and our host made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Daniela Beach is a paradise in Floripa and the house, close to the beach and next to an excellent green area. Well equipped, allows a great stay with comfort and privacy. Jocelina is wife are great hosts. Alugo Houses in Daniela 10 years ago and this was a great choice, I highly recommend.

The hotel complex is amazing, Ana expedited our reservation even after we made it at the last minute. We'll definitely be back!

Mary was super attentive from the beginning, she was flexible with schedules and also made herself available to open the door for one of the guests when we were not at the house. The environment is spacious and had all the amenities we were looking for. The neighborhood is amazing, easy to get around and with several options of restaurants, markets, pharmacies and leisure. As a woman, I felt safe walking around at night. The location is certainly the highlight of the accommodation. Both rooms have air conditioning and comfortably accommodate 4 people. We really liked the place negative point: there is only 1 bathroom for 4 people, which can sometimes slow down the daily routine, however, nothing that organization can't solve.

The apt is very spacious and comfortable; perfectly equipped, clean, neat, close to the beach, in a quiet spa that surprised us pleasantly. Carlos and Lisiane were very friendly and helpful, they always responded to us immediately and clearly. We went with our 2 daughters and felt right at home. We'd love to come back!

The apartment is large, beautiful and organized, in addition to the parking spaces. The communication is excellent and the host is always attentive and friendly. For those who think of triathlon tests in Jurerê, the location is without Equal.

An excellent place, a great location. I went to a free buffet called Nice, very good. The location of the apartment is very close to the beach, 2 blocks away. Go to the supermarket called Braulio. It has everything in case you want to cook. If you want to go out at night, sushi is the best. There's a hairdresser in front. If you want live music, go to Canasveiras

We stayed 4 days, Easter holiday, spacious, airy, easy location, dining options, beach, access to Canasvieira, all close by. Igor, very available, always answered questions and met a need that arose, in a very prompt manner. We only left one suggestion, to put the skewer support on the barbecue. There is no support for the skewer/grill, and you need to be very careful with the fire so as not to burn the meat, as there is no way to adjust the skewer. The rest is all wonderful, bed linens, clean, bath towels, kitchen utensils.

The stay was good, the studio was exactly the same as in the pictures and it answered me super well.

Cozy place. Everything is very consistent with the photos and statement. The place has a structure that is a little lacking in maintenance, however, otherwise very consistent and valid!

Since the house is very large, some parts lacked a better cleaning. When contacting host Lisiane, she was always willing to resolve this detail and immediately sent a diarist who made everything very clean. In the course of the lodging has given us several wonderful tips from restaurants and places to visit. The family loved to stay at this property, because at the same time it is large, it is also cozy, with a great pool to enjoy the sunny days.

Great location, great service from the owner! Spacious and proper environment for welcoming many people! The stay was excellent! Fomo in a group of 13 people and everything went well. The only downside is that the house is a little far from the beach, but it was possible to walk (25 minutes of walking) or electric scooter.

We had a great stay at the house, perfect communication with the hosts and the house is very good! All rooms are good, the superiors with an amazing view of the sea. The house has a wonderful view and is very close to the beach.. practically foot in the sand. I recommend staying at the house!

We enjoyed our stay at villa daniela, any problems we had dio was very helpful and made sure all was okay. The villa is beautiful with a minute walk to the beach the location is incredible.

Both the house and Jolantha's attention met all our expectations. The house, in addition to being large and comfortable, has a very special candor. You can see Jolantha's good taste in every detail (paintings, books, music, etc.). Despite how cute Praia Brava is, you also want to stay in the house enjoying it. The neighborhood is very quiet and gives you access to the most exclusive part of the beach. Communication with Jolantha was always very easy and cordial. Always pay attention to our consultations. The early check-in flexibility is also very appreciated. If I go back to Praia Brava I don't doubt I would do it at Jolantha's house. 10/10.
