Vacation rentals with a patio in Florianópolis

Everything was very good in our stay, the accommodation is as it is in the photos, very comfortable, has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, functional kitchen and barbecue. Clean, airy place with impeccable linen and bath. Condominium with excellent leisure infrastructure (pool, fitness center, playground, game room). Ana gave us all the support during the stay, always with quick and assertive responses! I recommend it.

The apartment is beautiful and super comfortable. Great location, did not even walk to the beach and had nearby restaurants and pharmacies, as well as being a quiet and welcoming place. Cleaning was excellent and the Tainá responded promptly! I highly recommend and I hope to return! 🥰

Bruna is amazing, super helpful and mindful, The apartment is big and nice, it’s not luxurious but it’s not bad either. The location is prime, close to all the needed services in the city (supermarket/bank/cafe/beach/gym etc…) Totally recommend it.

I want to thank Zuca who has helped us since the arrival in the apartment, the whim that was the apartment, everything clean, smelling and organized, the apartment is a grace, and very close to the beach, what I liked is that they provided beach chairs, which for me made a lot of difference, I loved everything and I want to come back.

We stayed 4 months and 2 weeks and it was a wonderful experience.

The host is extremely kind, responds quickly and the apartment is impeccable. All clear, the equipment works, the atmosphere is pleasant. The available bedding was clean. All very good even, it is well worth choosing this accommodation. The environment serves the group of 4 to 5 people very well, it is very comfortable.

The apartment is beautiful and very complete, the location is good. We would only have liked to have used the condominium pool, but it is only allowed for stays over 30 days

Who received me was Mrs. Eunice and Mr. Jair, parents of Manoela. The house is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, organized and with all kitchen appliances. The house is on the way to all the beaches, which are wonderful!!! Dona Eunice and Mr. Jair are very helpful and cherished! We'll be back for sure!

If you're looking for wonderful and preserved beaches, away from the madness of the big city, this is a great place. The village is simple, but from an incredibly welcoming people, I loved it. And it is very close to the best beaches and boat trips of Governador, as in the Bay of the Dolphins for example. The house is super cozy and extremely clean, as shown in the photos. There's everything anyone else might need, I felt at home and had great days there. I found it a good cost-benefit compared to the region's prices, I recommend it.

We really liked the house , it was according to the announcement !! A very large and equipped kitchen, clean bed linens, the pool was essential because we took a holiday with a lot of wind, and it wasn't cool to stay on the waterfront !! We had some setbacks, but which were soon resolved by the host Silvia , who was always very attentive and responded to Whats quickly . Super indico , small beach, very beautiful 🤩 and we will return for sure !

Leila and Evandro are excellent hosts. They are attentive to your needs. The simple and super equipped house, there was toilet paper, mineral water in the fridge, towels, wipes, linens, blankets, soaps, room deodorant. The super equipped kitchen. And the little house is quite safe for being among other deptos.

Very nice accommodation, very clean and pleasant, full of nature in the surroundings, very calm and safe. Having so many large windows makes it cool and beautiful if you see rain. Junior, the host, was very kind to us, he was attentive to our needs and helped us a lot while we were there. Our vacation was much more comfortable because we chose a nice place like this to stay, a lot of nostalgia. If we go again, we'll definitely go back to this place. The stay was wonderful, the house is even nicer in person than for photos. Everything you need to have a good time as a family. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are many shops within a few meters, such as supermarket, pharmacies and also a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches on the island. Michael and Andreia were very attentive to us and were always available for any problem that arose. I recommend it 100%!!

Apartment exactly as photos, super clean, family condominium and very safe. Excellent location, close to market, pharmacy, restaurants (walking distance), and of course, the beach. We loved the holiday, communication with Thiago was also great.

We like the apartment very much, the condominium is great, well cared for and integrated with the landscape. The property has everything you need, even the Nespresso machine. The internet is fast and the TV in the living room is smart. Super-equipped kitchen and hosts respond quickly to any demand. Thanks for hosting and attention.

The incredible place, right in front of the beach with private departure to it, the apartment much more than the photos, with all the amenities (utensils, washing machine, beach chairs, television, etc.) with my family we had a super good week, we thank Silvio for his good predisposition, we will definitely go again this year ❤️⛱️🌅

At the beginning it costs us a little to learn how to use some amenities of the complex , but in the aftermath we felt at home, we spent a few spectacular days.

Thanks for the great stay! The apartment is very comfortable, with a great structure and an extremely quiet environment. We had a small unforeseen event, but the owner promptly resolved the situation. The beach chairs were a great differentiator, and the location, practically foot in the sand, made all the difference. The beach is one of the best we have ever visited – clean, quiet and perfect to relax and recharge. Sure, we'll be back soon!
