Vacation rentals with a home theater in Florianópolis

The apartment is beautiful and just like the photos, it is super spacious and bright with a large jacuzzi on the balcony and another for two in one of the bathrooms, it has a shared pool with the apartment next door, we were going to stay three nights and we ended up staying six, the condominium is very nice with many pools and places for children, it is 200 meters from the beach which is accessed by a wooden walkway, a highly recommended place

The apartment is as wonderful as in the photos, and it is extremely cozy! The location is excellent too! It was the perfect combo to enjoy a few days with the family, 1,000-star rating regarding hospitality, Cris welcomed us very well! She was extremely polite and deserves a score of a million!!! We loved these days in Floripa, especially in the coziness of this apartment. I highly recommend it! and I hope to return soon.

The place is extremely pleasant and quiet. And he and his uncle left the room ready and pampered in the fridge. The pool is an excellent differential. The two air conditioners operate excellently. The concierge and facial recognition service make it easy and we didn't have any problems. The easy-to-use washing machine. I think that with 3 days left to end the stay we had problems with the TV box and we were unable to see movies, so I had to use my notebook. But nothing that impacted the stay. Ah, parking with numbered space and control for opening the gate are excellent points as well. Thanks!!!

Great apartment, comfortable furniture, well-equipped kitchen. Spacious and sunny sacada, with furniture (including dining table). Condominium with various leisure options, polite and attentive staff; 24h market with a lot of variety; bar next to the pool. Easy access to the beach, in a quiet place with a clean and calm sea. Host Bruna was very attentive and was always available to assist us! We'll come back!

I spent a few days in this apartment and the experience was excellent! The place is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, organized and very beautiful. Everything is very well maintained, with the scent of a new house. I felt super comfortable and comfortable throughout the stay. This accommodation is a unique experience! Everything was perfect and unforgettable. The hostess was always available, and our family was very well received, treated, pampered and respected at the same time with great discretion and giving us plenty of space and privacy. Everyone deserves to have this amazing experience we had, in a totally different, comfortable stay and in contact with nature. The bed is delicious, the bath is warm, the kitchen has everything we need. The outdoor movie nights, with a bonfire and barbecue, will not be forgotten, as well as the visit of the capybaras and the alligator!

The home was very good, we went in 9 people and we were all well installed. The house is in a good location, close to the English beach and with options of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is great and very complete. Two air-conditioned rooms, very well equipped (bedding, pillow, blanket, towels), overlooking the canal and space for a home office. A little living room overlooking the canal, too, a TV room with smartTV and air-conditioning, excellent Wi-Fi, a full kitchen. Two bathrooms (one inside the house and one next to the house, which we loved) and three showers (one in each bathroom and one on the street). The house is very close to Centrinho, the main beach and the small beach (about 5 minutes' walk to everything). Communication with the host is excellent (he responds immediately), the organization for receiving guests is great (they sent us all the necessary information and several tips in a compilation). We left the car in the public parking lot, which is about 5 minutes from the house and was super quiet. In addition, our stay was graced by the presence of Abacaxi, a very cute and kind kitten. We will definitely be back ❤️

We stayed at 6 friends during the carnival at the house and everything was perfect! The house was very clean and organized, very spacious and great to share with friends. The location is also excellent and in 10-15 minutes you are already on the edge of the Lagoon. The hosts Bernardo and Carla were always pending and we helped with all the questions, as well as being very friendly. I highly recommend to those looking for a nice place to rest and restore energy in Florianópolis!!

great location and good lance with a nice terrace close to the beach and many good restaurants... keep in mind there is some construction outside going on 7 days a week other than that place was perfect 🤩

We were delighted with the condominium… very safe, very close to the beach … the beach area in front is beautiful … the water was impeccable … the apartment is very nice and comfortable… it has everything you need for a family stay … it even has a 24-hour MARKET inside the condominium … Eduardo's attention was excellent! The accommodation is much better than expected! We went with our twin children, who are almost 3 years old, and the condominium is ideal for spending a beautiful vacation with small children!!! The pool is amazing, it has another indoor pool with heated water for cold or rainy days, the condominium has a super well-equipped and new gym, playroom for children with entertainment service, market, sauna… everything a resort can offer but with the convenience of being in a very well-equipped apartment. It had an airfryer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc… the barbecue area is super nice and has an ocean view. We felt right at home. The beach (Ponta das Canas) is a delight, clean water, plenty of sand, not as crowded as other beaches, in addition to having the service of umbrellas and chairs from the condominium. Our only complaint is that we couldn't have stayed longer, but we will definitely return to this place!!! If you're going with kids, don't think twice!!
