The house is super clean, well decorated and very cozy. The barbecue space is great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The structure is complete, it had everything we needed. In addition, the host was very attentive and advanced the check-in, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it!

Second time my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. By the sea, the sound of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride a SUP or simply watch the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

My wife and I stayed in Carolina's lovely house for two months. We absolutely love it. It is such a beautiful area. The grounds are lush with trees and flowers and a view of the lagoon. We were regularly visited by hummingbirds, toucans, and marmoset monkeys. Her home is so similar to a yoga studio. It is a simple house yet it is designed beautifully. This is a place for nature lovers, and nature comes with beauty as well as some surprises at times. Carolina was a lovely host, responsive in explaining how all everything works. We absolutely adore this place and we are already planning our next stay

We left Quinta extremely marvellous! It was a 1 week stay and I can say for sure, 1 week of peace! The place is extremely cozy, clean, beautiful and of an incredible vibe, not to mention the extreme hospitality that Cristina gave us. My tip for the next guests is: talk more with Cristina in addition to check-in or checkout, you will feel all the hospitality that my wife and I feel, in addition to receiving many tips of what to do on the island. Without a doubt we will repeat our stay on our next vacation. AMAZING 🙏🏽🍀♥️

I was recently there with my family, and when we first arrived in the neighborhood and its surroundings, we were surprised by the high level, order, security and the view of the surroundings. We were warmly and kindly welcomed by Ana, a movie-worthy place, nature, with an ocean view, and with direct access to the beach from the house, and you can see the best sunset. You love the house, it captivates you, with unique details you don't want to leave. Thank you EDNA, we will be back and YES, SUPER RECOMMENDED WITHOUT A DOUBT

It is important to pay attention to the instructions of the hostess for the entrance of the house, but the call is really very nice and has an incredible view. Well equipped house, very clean and smelling. Cristina always requests a lot to help. I highly recommend

The house was in excellent condition inside a peaceful condomínio. The spaces are just as described and every part of the house is in good condition. It is worth renting a car to stay in this area as there are not many things to do within walking distance.

Excellent stay, very complete house, comfortable ideal for a family vacation. Very quiet and cozy place, nearby supermarket, pharmacies and beach. I recommend it 100%. The very friendly and attentive host.

Chris is a wonderful person, the space was built with great care, every millimeter was thought out to provide the best possible experience. The studios are close to each other, the space is very compact, but everything was very well designed with everyone's privacy and better use of the space in mind. The view is simply stunning and the fire gave a more than special touch to my romantic night. I'm very tall and my partner is too, and we were very well accommodated even in such a limited space. I recommend and intend to come back more often!!

Osmar was super attentive, always responding quickly and kindly. The apartment had everything you need in a house, very organized, very clean, with fragrant sheets and towels and a comfortable pillow. I have allergic rhinitis and did not have a crisis due to the organization and cleanliness. Super indico!!

their space Carlos is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and complete, it has absolutely EVERYTHING. Colchao and IMPECCABLE bed and bath linens! Ateinha de cabelo. Carlos was a very dear host and responded quickly the times I needed it! If you go to Floripa and want to stay in a beautiful and quiet place, here is your place. I'll always come back!

Our stay in the apartment was excellent, everything was clean and organized, the checkin was very quiet to do as well. Israel has always been very available sending instructions and willing to help us when I need it. Thank you very much and recommend to everyone who is looking for a stay in Floripa.

It was very nice to stay in Dirk’s apartment. We stayed there for three weeks. Very responsible and friendly host, convenient location - in the centre of the island. Very well equipped kitchen and amazing sunset views. Thx ☺️

Very nice place Excellent structure

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. A quiet condominium, with a whole infrastructure such as swimming pool, fitness center, playground and playground. We highly recommend! Thank you, team! See you soon.

What a place! I fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very nicely decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back.
