The stay was great, the apartment is central (which means that the noise starts early), the apartment is according to the photos (there is just no washing machine), but it met all my expectations, Leonardo always responded very quickly and was super helpful at check-in and checkout times. Everything in great condition, very well equipped and the building staff always very kind.

We very much like the stay. We took a family trip and it was very cozy, I would stay again. Marcelo was attentive and took all my doubts quickly. The location helped a lot, close to downtown, supermarket and restaurants. I recommend hosting.

This is the third time we've stayed at this house and, once again, we've had an excellent experience! The ocean view is simply stunning and makes the days even more special. The house is always very well maintained, clean and cozy — everything exactly as shown in the photos. Check-in and check-out took place at the agreed times, without any problems, and communication with the host was always clear and fast. Without a doubt, it is a place that makes us want to always return. We recommend with eyes closed!

It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Villa Romana mall and others. There is a large Angeloni supermarket in the same building as the apartment, which is very good, as you only need to take the elevator to get to the supermarket. They also have another supermarket within walking distance, as well as restaurants and shopping areas. Everything in the apartment and condominium is new. Soon, a food court will be installed in the same condominium. It's very complete and modern.

Angelita is an exceptional host! Very friendly, dear and attentive. The accommodation is located in the historic center of Floripa and is an older building, however, the apartment has several modern touches in the furniture. From the balcony, we can contemplate the incredible view, even if not so close, of the seaside. It was a great place for my stay, close to many essential shops.

It was a wonderful stay, Suzana is very responsive, the space is private, the view really is wonderful! The arrival recommendations are very important, as Uber shows other paths that are dangerous to take. But the main street, as she explains to get there, is very quiet!

Everything exactly in accordance with what was agreed and exceeding expectations, I highly recommend it and hope to return other times! :)

Romeo’s place is a piece of heaven on Earth! Small and quiet fisherman village in south Floripa, a place you’ll never forget. I stayed for only two days but managed to make friends all around the neighborhood! Beautiful place and amazing people. The view of the duplex is simply stunning! I needed extra towels and Romeo managed to send me via the sweet lady that cleans the place, Sandra. I can’t wait to come back on Summertime!!! Highly recommend this place!

Casa da Márcia is a wonderful nest in a paradisiacal place, where we are served and pampered by the WONDERFUL Vera. Everything is amazing! As soon as I can, I'll be back. If you can, go!

The house is beautiful, all clean and organized. Quite a variety of dishes, all very well cared for and in good condition. We loved the space, we went with a 2-year-old and he was delighted. Good communication with the person in charge.

Great stay, great location and great host! Our family enjoyed the house, it was clean, spacious and Janaina was quick to respond and always very helpful. Great central location and just a quick walk to the beautiful beach. We especially loved that there were beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Highly recommend!

The cabin is a true dream retreat. Facing the sea and surrounded by lush nature, it is the perfect place for those seeking peace, beauty and connection with the environment. The feeling of waking up to the sound of the waves is indescribable. The view from the second floor is breathtaking — the sea is immense and serene, a true gift for the eyes and the soul. The house is charming, cozy and very well cared for, with details that show affection in every corner.

This absolutely beautiful flat is worth staying in for the view alone: we loved the hammock with the vista of the forest. The decoration was also lovely, and the neighbourhood is not only safe but leads directly to a beach and a nature reserve of dunes that is perfect for nature-lovers. Thank you very much! We'd love to be back one day.

Wonderful stay!!! Adriano and his wife were very welcoming, as was Elisa, the girl who helped us before check-in! Everything was impeccable, the cleanliness, organization, Adriano's concern for our stay! It was really worth it!!! Everything was clean and organized, we took care of it as if it were ours, because we could see the affection and care they had for us to have a good experience! We are already looking forward to our next trip, and we will definitely look for Adriano again!

What a place! I fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very nicely decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back.

It was wonderful family days, the apartment, the location and the beach of the English complete perfectly for a spectacular mini vacation.
