Mountain View Cabin @ Skylaranna Resort

This amazing 1 bedroom cabin is at the heart of Skylaranna Hotel and Resort. Enjoy privacy and easy access to all it has to offer. There are a total of 8 Cabins, 9 Studios, and 12 Hotel rooms. Additionally, Skylaranna offers primitive camping and RV spots. Please contact us directly for more information about that. This is a dog-friendly unit however there is a $50 per pet per stay fee that is charged before the arrival. Enjoy the 60+ acres and a large grassy field and picnic tables for kids to play. We have beautiful fishing and hiking trails along Mud Creek & The French Broad Rivers. Roughly 1 mile down the trail is Pilot's Point, a shady oasis complete with swings and picnic tables where Mud Creek meets the French Broad River. This area is subject to flooding when there is severe rain so bring shoes that can get muddy.

Public spaces were outstanding. Loved the library, a great place to unwind. Delicious breakfasts and the dining room was beautiful. We plan to go back.

A family friendly and clean environment. If you are a nature lover, you will enjoy sitting on the balconies watching the squirrels. Note: take your trash out in the morning on designated trash days or bears will get into it at night. We had a wonderful experience watching a mother bear and her cubs coming in one night. A++++ stay!!!!
