Incredible townhouse located just a few kilometers from the busy city center. It was nice to be able to sit out and relax in the private courtyard. The large kitchen was fully equipped and there were even coffee pods and small cakes available on the counter. Tom's communication was detailed and very responsive. We felt completely at home the moment we entered. Excellent value for the price, thank you, Tom!

Het verblijf in woning van Francesca was top. Rustige locatie en de woning was erg comfortabel. De badkamer was erg prettig en de douche was heel fijn( kom helaas ook wel krappe doucheruimtes tegen). Francesca was een fantastische host. In het bijzonder nog een paar zinnen over Francesca. Wat een fijne host. Bij aankomst een vriendelijk onthaal met zelf gebakken koekjes, fruit en lokale likeur. Tijdens het verblijf super snel reageren op berichten als ik om lokale tips vroeg en bij vertrek stond er een flesje zelfgemaakte olijfolie klaar om mee te nemen. Kortom, gastvrijheid op een hoog niveau.

This was an extremely special airbnb you are unlikely to find anywhere else. The home is so unique with no plastic anywhere, original stone walls, and beautiful views. We wished we had stayed longer. Ignazio was extremely helpful, picking us up from the train station, showing us local hikes, and making sure we had enough food when the local grocery was closed for a special event. Absolutely recommend.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Cordiali, amichevoli. La stanza veramente comoda e disponibile di tutto il necessario. Bagno pulitissimo e stanza profumata e ordinata. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Colpleto di macchinetta per il caffè e acqua per colazione. Tv con piattaforme per vedere serie e film comprese. La zona é tranquilla e comoda. Parcheggio facile da trovare. Assolutamente consigliato per un week-end senza pensieri!

A beautiful, simple, rustic but impeccably tastefully furnished, one-room cottage in idyllic grounds on the side of a magical Tuscan hillside. Florence, Siena, Lucca and Pisa all within easy reach if you have a car (you need a car to stay here) … And there’s even a pool!! We’ll be back!

Paolo's place is absolutely magical. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, it offers an immersive experience of authentic Tuscan living. I was fortunate enough to be invited to participate in olive picking for a charity event, which concluded with an incredible barbecue organized by Paolo. Grazie mille, and arrivederci!

Had a magical week staying at Francesco’s beautiful historic home in the Tuscan hills. Francesco met us and helped take us up to the house. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by several adorable kittens and incredible views of the countryside. Our stay was perfect with great weather and relaxing days spent reading by the cool and cooking meals with friends in the kitchen. I cannot wait to return to this special place!

Wonderful stay here in Prato for a workshop! Claudia was friendly, responsive, and the flat was clean and very comfortable. I’d absolutely stay again and would certainly recommend the flat (and its gorgeous garden) for others visiting Prato during their time in Italy!

Marco était la pour nous accueillir , Très réactif au message . Nous a guidé tous au long de notre trajet . Il a pris le temps de nous aider en français et nous communiquer les infos pour les fermeture des commerces / restaurants. Je recommande .

Appartamento molto carino ed accogliente, pulito ed organizzato bene. Loro sono stati molto carini e gentili, nonostante siamo arrivati in ritardo sono stati super disponibili.

Carlo and Elena are the sweetest couple and their welcome was so warm and friendly, it made us feel right at home!! There are extra touches like a few things to eat and drink that make a big difference too in feeling home right away. They’re also very reactive and helpful if you need them! The place is beautiful, very thoughtfully decorated and we loved being close to Florence but not in it!! We recommend 100% to stay there after staying for an entire week!

We spent a week in this amazing place. Very clean accommodation, friendly hosts, I definitely recommend visiting the sauna. There is a very beautiful waterfall nearby. The house has its own territory. The hosts have impeccable taste, everything was provided.

Fijn huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Communicatie met de host was top. Ze reageerde snel op mijn vragen. De instructies vooraf waren efficiënt en uitgebreid. Ze voorziet je van alle extra informatie die je mogelijk nodig zult hebben tijdens jouw verblijf.

Byt je veľmi pekný a má výbornú dostupnosť električkou do centra Florencie, preto sme si ho vybrali. Má krásnu veľkú terasu, s výhľadom presne podľa fotiek. Lorenzo nám vždy reagoval na otázky veľmi rýchlo a presne a poradil nám. Bol to výborný bezproblémový pobyt, doporučujem ho a rada sa tu vrátim.

Erika was excellent, she even helped us carry in our bags at check-in. The condo was modern, clean and overstocked with all the necessary amenities. Very pleasant stay…highly recommend!

Really nice and big accommodation! Great kitchen with everything you need and the terrace was lovely. Big supermarket and tram stop about a 5 minute walk away. I think there is a school or college nearby so in the morning there was a lot of noise but apart from that it was perfect :)

la casa di Mario è molto comoda e pulita. la cucina è attrezzata per quello che occorre. il bagno ampio e pulito con box doccia. Vi è anche un angolo relax con un comodissimo divano e TV. .La zona è tranquillissima. Lo consiglio. Infine l'host è cordiale e proattivo ,sempre a disposizione per consigli o indicazioni utili al soggiorno.

Tutto perfetto! L’appartamento era pulitissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli e non mancava assolutamente nulla. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in quattro persone, ma ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L’host è stato molto disponibile e gentile. Se torneremo a Firenze, sicuramente prenoteremo di nuovo questo alloggio. Consigliatissimo!
