We had an amazing stay at this private villa. The beautiful garden made the whole place feel like a little paradise. It was incredibly quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

A anfitriã Francesca - e o esposo - nos fizeram sentir em nossa casa.A casa é exatamente como descrita no anuncio. O local é idilico e romantico. Francesca nos presentou com azeite novo das suas oliveiras, alem de nos trazer cantucci caseiro, bolachinhas e aperitivos tipicos toscanos. Os dormitorios sao bons, o banheiro é grande, tudo funciona perfeitamente. Voltaria mil vezes a casa da Francesca.

We hebben genoten in dit heerlijke huis! Het was rustig, ik werkte hier remote en de WiFi was super snel! Lapo reageerde snel, vriendelijk en ons hondje kon ook mee. De woning is zeer ruimtelijk en heeft een heerlijke grote patio. Als je bus 35 pakt en daarna loopt naar het centrum is dat prima te doen. Zeer hondvriendelijk in het openbaar vervoer en in restaurants. Dank voor de gastvrijheid!

Abbiamo soggiornato per il periodo di capodanno da Marco e siamo rimasti colpiti della casa. Impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista, sia della posizione tranquilla proprio della casa, sia dell’innumerevoli servizi che essa offre. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra e soprattutto l’host è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile sin dal nostro arrivo. Che dire, soggiorno stupendo in una città stupenda, la consiglio a chiunque voglia visitare Firenze.

Staying at Villa Lysis was an absolute, amazing traditional Italian experience. The decor was stunning and beautiful. The views were to die for. We spent every morning having breakfast on the veranda/balcony looking out to the stunning Tuscany landscape. Andrea was so helpful and offered us many tips and information and was always available by messaging for support. When we arrived he had laid on delicious pastries, juice, tea and coffee for the morning and helped organise our travel to and from the airport. You couldn't ask for such an amazing and supportive host. There was a small shop 3 minutes from the villa that would sell basics, amazing cheese and oranges! We relied on trains throughout our stay, 15 minutes walk to the train station down hill, where you can access Florence within 15 minutes and Pisa within 45 minutes. Train travel is subsided by the government so really cheap. What a beautiful holiday we will never forget!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso "la tartaruga" soltanto per 2 notti, l'ambiente che si respira è di casa, molto carino, ordinato, ben tenuto e soprattutto tranquillo, Alioscia e Chiara, i proprietari, sono persone estremamente cordiali e disponibili che ci hanno fatto sentire da subito parte della famiglia. All'interno dell'appartamento ci hanno fatto trovare una mini guida per poter visitare la città infatti a solo 10 minuti si trova la fantastica tramvia che in pochi minuti ti porta al centro storico di Firenze, la comunicazione è stata fantastica e non sono mancati i consigli, non ultimo quello per poter consumare una ottima cena con prodotti tipici toscani. Non posso che concludere con un "grazie mille per tutto!".

我们从威尼斯一路南下，这是我们在意大利住得最舒服的房子。房东Marco特别热心，会亲自接待我们办理入住。中途询问了热水的问题，Marco线上指导我们解决了，所有的消息几乎都是在一分钟之内回复。房间特别干净，厨房用具很齐全，附近有一家不错的意大利餐厅，步行到超市和火车站都很方便。十分惊喜订到了这样安静又舒适的屋子。 洗衣机和基本的洗衣用品、晾衣服的架子、衣架等设施俱全，厨房的餐具也足够。自带的小院子很适合休息和享用下午茶（尽管我们在的这几天下雨）。内部设施和图片一致，甚至更好。Marco还准备了意式和美式两种咖啡的咖啡壶和咖啡粉。暖气和带有暖气功能的空调可以提供足够的供暖，所有的一切包括性价比都出乎意料的惊喜。我们来自中国，和Marco的沟通基本上没有太大的障碍，爱彼迎自带的翻译和面对面的英语+手势足够让我们顺利交流。 总的来说，很惊喜也很满意，希望可以给后续的房客提供参考。如果再来意大利我希望还会回来选择住在这里。祝Marco一切顺利。

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Adele et sa famille qui ont été très attentionnés, Et tout au long du séjour, si besoin de bons conseils. Le logement est spacieux, de qualité, terrasse appréciable avec transats et accès piscine ! Parfait pour se poser et explorer la région (env. 40 min pour se rendre à Florence!).

Marco was super super helpful and proactive. He had a detailed list of helpline numbers, recommendations and waste disposal. The host was even kind enought to accomodate us given the fact that construction was going on outside. The property is beautiful and well maintained.

Two adults one three year old and one 16 months. We had a good time. Big lawn for the kids, walking distance discount supermarket, 5 minutes driving distance to pastry shops, bread shop and bigger supermarkets, 20 minutes to Prato and big malls. Clean quiet neighborhood, nice people. Clean apartment, big closets, proper kitchen, personally I like better the dish washer than my own. Everything is new. We enjoy the local cuisine/food a lot, do go to try calzone at Pizzeria Gina, the pastry and bread of L' Angolo Del Pane...

Carlo è Nella veramente due persone squisite che ci hanno offerto la miglior accoglienza che si possa desiderare. La casa è perfetta, tutto a disposizione e spazi nuovi e curati nei minimi dettagli. Il nostro alloggio è stato veramente molto piacevole.

Byt je veľmi pekný a má výbornú dostupnosť električkou do centra Florencie, preto sme si ho vybrali. Má krásnu veľkú terasu, s výhľadom presne podľa fotiek. Lorenzo nám vždy reagoval na otázky veľmi rýchlo a presne a poradil nám. Bol to výborný bezproblémový pobyt, doporučujem ho a rada sa tu vrátim.

Easy to commute into Florence but away from the crowds. The apartment is roomy and comfortable and has an outdoor space which is perfect for relaxing after a day sightseeing. Giulio was always friendly and quick to respond. This is a perfect place to stay for a long weekend in the city.

Simone hat uns persönlich begrüsst, sehr freundlich, herzlich, hilfsbereit, humorvoll, sehr gute Informationen zur Unterkunft und zu Florenz. Tipps zu aktuellen Veranstaltungen und zu wenig touristischen Orten in Florenz. Würden jederzeit gerne wieder bei ihm wohnen.

Family of three: We stayed in this beautiful apartment for five nights while enjoying daily activities in Florence and Prato. The apartment is part of an elegant three-storey building, with free parking available right in front. Inside, the apartment is spotless, featuring luxury finishes and new furniture. Prato is at about 20 minutes by car, Florence at about 40 minutes. We’ll definitely stay again when we are in the area !

Wow! What an incredible find! The apartment is super convenient to not only everything you might want to see in Prato, but also a very convenient 5 minute walk to the train station for a 25 minute train ride to Florence for less than €3. The apartment has everything; a stocked kitchen for cooking, washer and dryer, a wonderful terrace for sipping coffee and people watching, and the view from the main bedroom is simply exceptional looking out at the piazza in the center of town. Erika met us at the apartment when we arrived and gave us clear explanations about how everything in the apartment works. She and her daughter were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. Erika was also proactive about recommending places to eat, shop, park, and have coffee or a drink. If you’re coming with a car, I recommend parking in the garage at the train station. There is a little bit of noise from the piazza below at night, but it adds to the unbeatable charm of this phenomenal place! 10/10 would recommend!!

Francesco's apartment was exactly as described. It is a wonderfull, tidy and comfortable and very well equipped place. Very close to the center of Prato. Francesco is an extremely kind host and was able to help me whenever I needed it. I highly recommend it to everyone.
