Perfect for 2 couples. We were able to walk from train station with luggage easily and to all sites around Florence. The beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Our host Alessio was friendly and offered great suggestions for exploring Florence.

We stayed here in 2016 and it was even better than we remembered. A beautiful apartment, quiet and private, with amazing original features. The area is residential and round the corner is San Ambrogio food market. Lovely local restaurants all use fresh ingredients from the market. Wonderful evening in a street filled with locals enjoying food and drink. We could have spent the whole time exploring the locality.

"A Charming Stay in a Great Location!" We absolutely loved our time at this charming Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—situated in a quiet neighborhood but just steps away from an amazing variety of restaurants. Whether we wanted a cozy café or fine dining, everything was within walking distance. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail, making sure our stay was comfortable. Francesco's apartment is a 14-minute walk from the station, in a strategic point from which you can easily reach the main points of interest in the city. The spaces were new, well-kept and impeccably clean. The bed was super comfy, as was the large shower. I really appreciated the water and snacks available. Overall I had a really good time, it was a very comfortable stay.

Perfect place for a 2 night stay in Florence on our Italian honeymoon! Very clean and comfortable and within walking distance to a lot of activities!

Rominas place was perfect. Beautiful apartment in a great part of the city. Would recommend it to anyone. We had a medical emergency in the middle of the night with our baby and Romina helped us out a lot with it all. Very grateful for her help when needed it most and truly appreciate all she did for us! You are in good hands staying at her place :)

Franco's place exceeded our expectations! The surrounding views were breathtaking. We loved the fantastic amenities, especially the pool and ping-pong table, which were great for recreation. The location is perfect, being very close to San Donato, renowned as one of Italy's most beautiful towns. We discovered numerous neat spots to taste and buy local wine! A quick tip for future guests: plan your meals as finding food spontaneously can be tricky, and a vehicle is definitely recommended for getting around.

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

The country house is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

This airbnb is in a stunning location and the house is absolutely beautiful- it is super clean and we were extremely comfortable; the terrace is lovely, very spacious and the interior is beautifully designed throughout. As for the location, there is a Coop nearby, roughly a 5 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk. The village has a bakery and an optician, a little pizza take away place etc and some restaurants which we did not try as we were on day trips to either Pisa, San Gimignano, Florence (park and ride), Lucca, Siena, Arezzo, Livorno or Pistoia - all reachable within about an hour and each location had its own charm. I can recommend the house/location for its homely feel. It is definitely worth a visit! The few queries I had were replied to within a few minutes. Thank you for letting us stay.

We felt comfortable in the apartment right from the start. There was a lot of space and everything was spotless. From Monto Baducco, excursions to Bologna, Florence, Pisa, etc. were very possible. We can recommend this property with a clear conscience. Thank you very much to the landlord.

Il Paluffo was a beautiful place in the Tuscan hills. Stilla, our accommodation, was relaxing and provided most everything we needed. The views were amazing and the staff friendly. The highlight of our stay was the cooking class with Monica. She was a burst of energy and patient as she guided us through a 4-course meal. It was absolutely delicious and plentiful. I would stay a Il Paluffo again and recommend to anyone.

A most beautiful retreat in the most peaceful area! A private, hillside home built with great love and amazing care! Paola and Luigi were exceptional hosts! We loved everything about this wonderful, restful and magical place! And how amazing that we were able to watch the fireflies dance as we gazed at the beautiful starry, Tuscan sky from our private hot tub! Every detail of La Cipressina was fabulous! Thank you!

Lucia was an excellent host! prompt in her responses and consistently helpful throughout our stay. She kindly recommended a superb restaurant, where I enjoyed the best pasta I have ever tasted. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, making us feel immediately at home. It also featured thoughtful little touches that made a real difference. Lucia had kindly provided us with some drinks and sweet treats upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this cosy little apartment!

We spent wonderful days in this modern and cozy apartment, a short walk from the center of Florence but outside the ZTL, so it is also very convenient for those arriving by car. In 15-20 minutes on foot you can reach the heart of the city, but there is also a tram stop just a 5-minute walk away that takes you directly to the historic center. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, very clean, bright and tastefully furnished. We immediately felt at home. The WiFi is also fast, perfect for remote workers. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with supermarkets and everything nearby. Jessica is an excellent host, helpful and always ready to answer any questions. Highly recommended

The apartment is very small, but it was really nice, with a special style, unique solutions to make good use of the place. We received all the information we needed. We had a great time, we'd love to come again, thank you!

Oltre Arno, fantastically beautiful. The area is popular for bars in the evening, and yet there is absolutely no street noise in the apartment. Although one room has no windows, it looks pleasantly bright. Very cozy!

EXCEPTIONAL CLEANNESS If you are a sensitive for the cleanness this is the place. I really felt like my home for the cleanness and was very satisfied. I will definitely come back if I come to Florence. Cosimo is the kindest host and his recommendations were amazing! It is located on 4th floor without elevator but our 5 years old boy could handle it well. We didn’t complain. And Cosimo helped to carry the luggage when we checked in. Location is so good as well! Close to everywhere. Thanks for your hosting! This was the best Airbnb of our 4 Airbnb in Italy.
