The mezzanine then lends itself to playful or relaxing moments, but also for two more guests! The apartment was created with love for detail and attention to the comfort and livability of the spaces. It is a large, comfortable, elegant and carefully designed open space of 40m2. It is located in a quiet area in the heart of the city, among the main streets of the Florentine nightlife and at the same time the historical, artistic and architectural heart of the city. A particular mention goes to via Pietra Piana and Sant'Ambrogio, which, although in the tourist circuit, still maintains its local character, with shops not intended for mass tourism consumption, but more attentive to the needs of those who still reside within the city walls and, with them, those who are more interested in tourism close to the true nature of the places visited. The living area is bright and is the heart of the house, equipped with a small but comfortable sofa, two armchairs, flat screen TV and table where you can eat comfortably, seating four people The adjacent kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need to try your hand at some cooking, even while on vacation. The bedroom overlooks the back of the building, very quiet, has a comfortable double bed, desk, and a small walk-in closet. I will always be available to help and suggest to guests some particular point of view of the city. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.
