Family-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Prato

We had an absolute perfect stay in Salverio and Lorenzo's flat. It was incredibly spacious - very unusual to have a 3 bedroom/3 bath flat to rent in such a highly sought after part of Firenze. The decor was a perfect blend of antiques and art mixed with contemporary furnishings. Having a washer/dryer was a fantastic addition. Our favorite part of the flat was the rooftop terrace at sunset. You feel like you are on top of all of Firenze looking across the buildings. The duomo view was breathtaking. It was magical and truly stunning. The location could not be more suitable for proximity to all of the sights and indulge in luxury shopping. Salverio and Lorenzo were so helpful and accommodating. We will most assuredly be back! Thank you to you both!

If I could move in here permanently, I would. What a gorgeous stay with responsive and respectful hosts. Everything was as described, the hot tub was glorious, and we loved looking through the binder of photos of painstaking restoration over the years.

We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Max was a thoughtful, responsive, kind and helpful host! We appreciated the care he took to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, the maps with suggestions for where to eat and what to do were a great bonus. We loved learning about his family history and staying in his family home - that was beautifully preserved and updated for our convenience! We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again!

Beatrice was an amazing host. She was very responsive to our questions and always very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. This was the perfect place for our group of 8 adults for 2 weeks. The location was perfect for visiting various sites around Tuscany. Florence, Cortona, Siena and Pisa. The nearby town of Greve had some nice little restaurants for lunch/dinner. After a long day of sightseeing we would gather on the patio to have charcuterie and wine. Or gather at the family style dining table each evening. We highly recommend having Beatrice provide a home cooked meal, it was excellent! There are several wineries and olive oil tastings in the area. We took advantage of many of them. Overall we were very happy and very comfortable with our stay. We highly recommend staying here. If we ever come back we are definitely staying here again. You'll definitely get the true feel of Tuscany.

We loved our time at Luciano’s place and can’t wait to go back. His beautiful space was spotless and well located and coffee and cocktails on the terrace were spectacular! He was so warm on arrival and responsive during our visit—we were so sad to leave!

Great place with great hosts

I was in Florence for work for 2 weeks and this apartment was perfect. Very comfortable and well equipped with a beautiful back garden. Less than a 10 minute walk to grocery stores and restaurants. It is also an easy 30-40 minute walk into the historic centre but also easily connected with busses or the tram. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. I would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for less than two weeks and felt very comfortable. The house is very lovingly decorated and the outdoor area with the trees is wonderful for relaxing in great heat. Olivia and Jethro are very welcoming and you can tell how they care about these spots. Thank you

Such an amazing location, and although up a steep road very easy to access Tuscany. You definitely need a car though. Lovely hosts and you must experience their set menu at least once in your stay. Thank you for a fabulous break.

We stayed for a work tip and found this place to be perfect for our needs. Chiara is an extremely responsive host and her place is set amongst a stunning backdrop! Would definitely stay here again!

Edoardo was very kind and the apartment is perfect, clean and tidy, very comfortable. It is surrounded by greenery in a very nice area. The only advice is to leave a bottle of water for guests, which was not there, but other than that everything was perfect. I thank Edoardo very much and recommend the apartment to everyone.

We were completely satisfied with the great, large apartment. It is located in the ZTL, but it is still possible to drive up to unload, parking garage and train station (also for excursions to Florence, 30 min train ride) 100 meters away. The city of Prato itself is also worth seeing. Washing machine not in the apartment, 5 euros laundry service by landlady (necessary due to longer travel). Our standards of cleanliness are high, and we could still improve here. Finally, again the note that we recommend the apartment (a second is on the same floor) all around.

Correu everything in the house of Gabriele, which occupies a privileged condition for those looking for tranquility... It has quick access to some good restaurants, being 5 minutes from Artimino. E Gabriele proved helpful and helpful, providing information and serving us promptly.

Cute house, very clean, we didn't miss any Speak. And when it was missing,Elena made sure to complete for us. There were five of us,and we had a little crowded in the house,but the large, well maintained and beautiful yard,which is inside an olive grove,gave us a large and pleasant space. The pool is very pleasant and inviting. Elena was available and helpful with our every request. The area is lovely and you can enjoy Tuscan and quiet views. Approximately 1 hour driving distance from Florence/ Pisa. But in the August heat, we realized it was better to rest in the pool, rather than walking around the cities for the day. Highly recommend!

Alberto and his son are super nice and very attentive. We loved the place (it's even better than the pictures). The pool is magnificent. We spent a week with our 15-month-old son and everything was very well suited to a baby. We recommend this listing and will definitely be back

Carolina’s beautiful Villa and the Rose Cottage, where we stayed, are well kept and beautifully renovated. Reception was very nice and easy, and the location is splendid for those who like to get out of the busy Florence. The garden is beautiful in May! The bed was nice and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the Villa. Even though May offers warm weather, we did not get a dip in the nice pool. We got recommendations for two really good restaurants in the neighborhood that we visited - and we were not disappointed. On top of this, Carolina and her mother Monica were very nice and pleasant hosts. I would highly recommend a stay at Carolinas place!

Arrive and feel right at home! The images can only partially reflect the reality. A lovingly decorated house, good beds, great pool (unfortunately we were too early for bathing) and a breathtaking view. Absolute tranquility and still well located. Rosella’s villa was wonderful and relaxing. She and Carlo were very kind and helpful during our stay and made us feel right at home with wonderful wine, snacks, and delicious olive oil. She also made awesome espressos!! She also had a wonderful pool which my daughter to advantage of. She was always available if we needed anything. Although she did not speak much English, she was a very attentive host and tried her best to communicate through Google translate. It was nice that her son Carlo was helpful to help explain things to us, and it was nice to be able to learn a little Italian as well. We had the most relaxing time there and would highly recommend her place, and the views were fantastic!! Both of them gave nice recommendations. We can really say we stayed in the heart of Tuscany. We hope to return one day. Rosella is such a sweet lady like our own Italian nonna. Thank you for making our three week vacation a great one.
