@Loft Florence - Studio Deluxe

KarinaRating, 5 stars25 months ago
Excellent stay! Felt right at home and our host Salvatore went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He and his wife were sweet enough to have some tuscan snacks and wine on our arrival, bring us coffee and homebaked goods in the mornings, and even offered to drop us off at the train station on our last day. 10/10 stay, definitely recommend, thank you for having us!
A clear blue pool is surrounded by a well-kept garden, featuring lounge chairs and potted plants. The expansive view captures distant hills and a lake, enhancing the serene outdoor setting under a partly cloudy sky.

BnBetter: Teddy Apartment - Near Florence

MarcoRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Very clean accommodation. Very well located for visiting Prato, but also for going to Florence (the train station is 5 minutes away then 20 to 30 minutes). Accommodation in a quiet area. With pizzeria and restaurants around, as well as all the other useful shops (butcher, supermarket, pharmacy...) We stayed 5 nights as a couple with our 2 children.... The stay went perfectly.
An inviting garden surrounds a two-story yellow building with green shutters. Potted plants and trees offer shade, while a stone table and chairs are positioned in a gravel area, creating a peaceful outdoor space.

La casa in giardino FULL STERILIZED

GretaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Comfortable and well cleaned house, great location. The reservation is recommended especially for those who move by car because the parking is inside the structure, so you will not have to worry about looking for one nearby (especially for business travelers). Paolo is a caring and kind host, he warmly welcomed us with his beautiful dog Bice. Highly recommended.

Lucrezia is a great person and she welcomed us at the entrance. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. The only thing I would highlight is to be careful of any consumables as most of the stuffs expired many years ago and she still kept it, I don’t know for what reasons.

We spent a long weekend at Agnese's apartment. Everything was fine. Clean, tidy. Beautiful. The communication with Agnese was very straightforward and she was always available for short-term questions. We highly recommend the apartment, and we would come back any time.

Casa Al Poggio & Chianti view

KimberlyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We absolutely loved our stay at this charming villa in Tuscany! The view was stunning, and the location was perfect—an easy drive to Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano. Emanuele met us at the villa upon check-in and gave us a thorough tour of the place. He just such a wonderful host! One of the highlights of our trip was the cooking class hosted by Emanuele and his sister Tammy, right in our villa. We learned to make ravioli, tagliatelle, delicious sauces, and tiramisu—it was such a special experience for our family. We stayed here with our three teenage daughters and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

House in Heart of chianti

The stay with Pietro was by far the highlight of our trip to Italy with five month old baby. He is super nice and left none of our wishes unfulfilled. He even provided us with a baby bath without being asked. The accommodation is wonderfully located and tastefully furnished. In autumn weather, we could sit comfortably by the fireplace and make small hikes right from the property. We will be happy to come back!

House nestled in the Apennines

If you want to go far away from tourism and experience high altitude, this is the place. The road leads up to the last house where there is peace and quiet. It's very authentic and old style throughout the home , we were offered coffee by the lower house which was very sweet . We slept here for two days, it is well located in the middle of Florence, bologne, Pisa

NICE house, CLOSE central (5min BUS, 20m on foot)

AlexandrosRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Our stay at Simone's home was great! Communication was excellent from the beginning, flexible check-in and very easy to find the house. The neighborhood is very nice and the bus station, bakery and food store are less than one minute walk from the house. Simone was very kind to inform us about a train problem that would affect our journey and helped us find a solution. Thank you for everything and hopefully see you again soon!

Casa di Giada apartment 100 meters from Florence tramway

MarcoRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We stayed at Giada's for the April 25th holiday. Welcomed by a smiling, kind and caring girl who made us feel at home and who cares about doing things right. Bright, tidy, very clean apartment equipped with all comforts. Tactical location in the pedestrian area of Scandicci and near the tram stop where in 20 min you can reach the center of Florence. Around you have bars, pizzerias, ice cream shops, stores and a bit of everything. On Saturdays in the square there is the market, a small "Porta Portese" where you can really find everything. Thanks Giada we had a great time, we will definitely come back to visit you!!

A View Over Tuscany's Countryside

NathalieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Ideal place to shine in the center of Tuscany. The small terrace is very nice for aperitifs in the evening when like us , we have the pleasure of having good weather in March. Thanks to Filippo's advice, we avoided traffic errors ( like taking the train to Pisa while thanks to Filippo's advice we went by car and found parking (a little expensive but so convenient) close to the tower and monuments ( 6mn walk) . Same for the train station for Florence less than 20 minutes from the apartment. Plus some nice restaurant surprises ( a little expensive for some) but a very interesting value for money for this tourist area. Funny note for the Var Gambassi Terme is twinned with the Croix Valmer. Great place, we would definitely recommend it.

Pepe's House

ZuzaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I spent over 3 months at Federica’s, which definitely makes me have a different view on the apartment than a usual one or two night stay at Airbnb. Federica is incredibly helpful for the newcomers and the very first impression made me feel at home in Florence. Almost any issue with the apartment was soon to be fixed, with great support of Federica’s husband. We felt the great privacy we had there and felt like locals at some point. The only issues for this flat is the shower which unfortunately is not comfortable for a longer stay as well as the cooker which had only two rings out of four working. If you are a cook type, the kitchen is big enough to experiment but you’d need to remember that you live in a tenement building with a beautiful balcony, not a hotel. We are very thankful for accepting our dog at the apartment! Wishing all the best

Simplicity in Organic Farmhouse Azzurro

JürgenRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Francesca was very helpful and gave us very good tips on excursions and things to do in the area! House or accommodation was very cozy and we felt very comfortable! The only drawback was the bed with the mattress. The bed squeaked terribly and the shared mattress was very direct when someone turned! Good thing there was a sofa!

Florentine Hills "LE SCALETTE"

StephanieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!
