A beautiful stay in an extraordinary house in the middle of Tuscan nature. Carla welcomed us very warmly and was always available to give directions when needed. The room where we stayed was very comfortable and clean. You sleep very well, also because of the calm that characterizes the place. The breakfast prepared by Nico was excellent and full of attention. Definitely one of the best moments of the day. Thank you again for these 4 unique days. Livia & Quentin

Silvia's San Croce Terrace was a pleasure. It is easily accessed by bus from Santa Maria Novella station and a short walk to the major attractions and restaurants. We found the apartment to be very clean and well accessorized. Silvia even provided breakfast items such as yogurt, milk, juice and bread for toast. And then to be able to sit on the terrace at the beginning or end of the day was very nice. We highly recommend Silvia's San Croce Terrace.

Francesco was an excellent host, he was super responsive and gave us SUPERB recommendations for restaurants nearby and other activities to check out. His instructions for how to check in and out were super clear. There was a list of how to work the WiFi, AC, TV, lights, etc. We needed a room to crash after a day of traveling from the USA and this was the perfect spot to land, take a nap, crawl out to dinner somewhere Francesco recommended and then sleep for the night again. Its proximity to the Santa Maria Novella station was supremely convenient. 14 steps up to the room. Steps were slightly narrow but absolutely doable. There was some road noise during daytime hours (8:00-22:00) but nighttime was very quiet with earplugs and exhaustion. We had to wake up at 8:00 anyway so the noise worked for us! Bathroom was very clean, room was very clean and tidy. We had one small issue that didn’t require immediage attention with the AC and we let Francesco know, he was super responsive. 10/10!

We enjoyed the quiet location 30 minutes and less walking distance to activities and strategic places to visit in Florence. Lorenzo is really friendly and met all our needs. Thank you so much!

Very charming and beautiful place. The apartment has great space and it is quite unique. It is also close to many landmarks. It is in an area where it is very walkable and great stores, restaurants, and museums. Lastly, the host is quite responsive and very flexible. The only consideration is the steep steps to get to the apartment. But other than that, the apartment is great.

Teresa, Agustino, and Danieli were great. The home was gorgeous. The breakfasts were fantastic. The winery tour with Danieli was beyond memorable. If you get the opportunity to stay at this property, take it! We highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay with here, very warm and accomodating hosts. Very tidy room and bathroom, very comfortable bed for our travels. Also very close to the tram that takes you directly to the Firenze main train station. Would stay here again 🙏🏼

As a woman traveling alone, I felt totally comfortable at Maurizio's. He's the best host I could have. Caring, funny and discreet, he will welcome you to make you feel at home. He even cooked me a great typical Tuscan dish one night. I particularly enjoyed our discussions and his culture on art history as well as his recommendations for nearby restaurants. The apartment is a little far from the city center but nothing insurmountable thanks to buses or a good walk! Accommodation was as described, clean and pleasant. I can only recommend this stay, which will only make your visit to Florence even more unforgettable, thank you Maurizio!

Such a great few days here! We felt so welcome and we really enjoyed our time. Yael serves a very nice breakfast and the location has such beautiful views. Really recommend staying here when visiting Florence!

Marco offers a relaxing B&B, with more rooms available and is well cared for, out of the chaos and with large outdoor spaces. Everything is functional, from parking, to the garden, to check-in times, to breakfast made with great care. It's a refreshing place and he's extremely positive and welcoming. I'm a host myself, too, and if I could give him 10 stars and 10 praises the view. Thank you for everything.

We are Indonesian and Swiss Couple that living in Switzerland. Our destination is Firenze but we choose place outside from centre, and we really happy to Find Sandro`s place. Easy to find, modern and new organize, room and toilet are big enough. Supermarket directly only cross the street, parking area on the Supermarket also big. Some restaurant also near from Sandro`s place, but the good things on the 1st floor and the other side building also have Restaurant. They have no provide some drink, tea or coffee inside the room, but for us that is really Ok, because we spend mostly our time outside. Also simple breakfast that is really enough and good. Sandro give a good service to all the guest when we have a breakfast. The best part, when we arrive really so late from the time mentioned by apps. Sandro still waiting for us with really good mood (we are arrive 11.15pm) Thank you so much Sandro for your hospitality, advices and suggestion for everything we need.

Place is great..... The owners also helped us resolve our logistical issues and met us at the check-in time. A stone's throw from Florence , in a quiet and well-stocked area. We stayed one night only , and we really appreciated everything during our (short) stay. Impeccable cleanliness, renovated to new building, great breakfast. Perfect location to visit Florence and across the street there is a discount in case of any need. We'll definitely be back. Thanks!!

Marco’s place was amazing. It is the perfect getaway spot, very quiet, but easily accessible. It was also fun to chat with Marco over breakfast! We will definitely be back!

Where to begin? I would come back and live here if I could. Irene’s neighborhood, (or should I say burg?) Is enchanting and a great place to build your leg strength and fill your lungs with clean air and your eyes with beauty. Irene’s discerning taste has resulted in a home that is unique and quite charming. And there’s a spot for everyone, especially at the breakfast table. I haven’t laughed that much or had as much intellectual and silly mental stimulation in a long time! Her breakfast making skills are creative and bespoke. She has little tasty surprises at every meal. This is a true B and B. Irene has a heart of gold and I hope to come back. I have encouraged my friends to visit. Oh! As a solo female traveler, I highly recommend Irene’s home of GRACE.

Sandro is super kind and welcoming, and super responsive - if we were in a pickle, Sandro would pick up the phone, no doubt. The place itself is extremely clean, super nice and very comfy - literally no complaints! The area is quiet and the neighborhood is nice to walk through during the night, day or morning - the people are super friendly too! Would definitely recommend to stay here, more for a day as well.

We only stayed for one night but we immediately felt at home. The room was perfect like the whole house but the real plus was being welcomed by a special and helpful person like Cristina. If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back.

We made a last minute change of our route along the Via Degli Dei and Chiara’s house was a wonderful mountain chalet that was better than expected. It is right on the trail and a lovely place. Chiara was helpful and flexible upon checking in. Really loved it!

The solution that Lavinia proposes is perfect for short (but not too short!) stops. The garden is fantastic, the common areas are cozy. Lavinia and her mom are polite and caring people, but not intrusive at all. The room is perfect for resting and photos correspond exactly to reality. Thank you! P.S. Breakfast was… delicious!

It's an extremely fun b&b with delicious breakfast! It has a good quiet location, accessible with nice little roads over the hills. The swimming pool gives cooling after a hot day, and there is a delicious restaurant where you can eat well. The people who work there are all very friendly and nice, they are happy to help you where needed. We stayed there superbly, thank you!

We loved our stay here! Everything was beautifully clean and we found staying in this little town a more affordable way to still easily access other parts of Chianti by bus. The free breakfast at the local cafe of croissants and hot chocolate was INCREDIBLE! Thank you Andrea again for the stay 💜💜💜💜
