House vacation rentals in Province of Prato

Amazing two story room with an amazing view to the hills of Tuscany, highly recommend. We came in very late as well at around 23:30 and the host stayed up and welcomed us despite the late hour.

Great location, better than in the pictures (especially the pool and surrounding), Cinzia very responsive, she even managed to get Wifi which I wasn’t aware that it wasn’t available. Please also note that you will have to pay extra for water and electricity which was Eur 250 for one week

An excellent and peaceful place to stay. The view is absolutely stunning, pool was lovely, and there rooms are more than spacious. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for. Unless you are planning on staying only there, you do need a car. With a car, the shops were 10 mins drive away and the train station < 10 mins with free parking.

Very nice host, he responded very quickly to messages. The place was very nice and the hot tub was of course a highlight. We would come back.

Our stay at Villa Yvonne was amazing. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures. Due to the space everyone has the room for privacy, but also room to connect together. We visit Signa with 8 adults and 4 kids. All equipment needed is available, including high chairs and cribs. Furthermore they met our request to fill the swimming pool before May, so we could enjoy our stay the fullest. The environment is beautiful and perfect for some city trips (for example Florence, Lucca, Sienna and Pisa). The communication was perfect.Alessandro was our host. He reacted quickly, helped us directly with any issues and arranged a lot during our stay. His tips for parking lots, restaurants and other activities to do in the neighbourhood made our stay even more pleasant and relaxed. We would definitely recommended the villa and the host to everyone and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay ! The house is very nice as shown in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped, the main bathroom in modern and very nice. The second bathroom is a little dated but does the job. Airconditioning is in the kitchen/ livingroom but the walls are very thick so the bedrooms stayed fairly cool (it was 38-40 ° C when we stayed - airing though in the morning and keeping the aircon running). The garden was very private, big and enclosed so the children were able to run around freely. The whole compound was very nicely kept. The pool was beautiful and all visitors were nice and respectful. I would recommend having a car when staying due to shopping and visiting the nice Tuscan villages and cities. They are all about 20min-2hr drive away. Leonardo is a great host. He greeted us personally and was very eager to make it as comfortable as possible. Quickly responded and evens organised a baby bed. We will definitely come again.

We had a lovely stay full of good vibes from beginning to end! Casa Manilo is a place full of heart and history, in a beautiful and quiet location nestled on the hills. It's very well equipped and taken care of, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Max (and Nico) was such a friendly, generous and personable host. I can't recommend this wonderful place enough and we will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

The apartment/house looked exactly as described if not better. We had a separate house to ourselves, with no commotion of the city but also not too far away from Florence. We had private parking for ourselves and also enjoyed the evening with a nice dinner outside. The hosts were very welcoming, considerate and thoughtful. They make sure you feel at home. Even though we didn’t know Italian, they made sure to express themselves very well! Would stay here again, if possible 😃

Together with my girlfriend, we stayed in this beautiful apartment, clean, tidy, IMPECCABLE. We had a great time, Andreas is a fantastic person, nice, and also super helpful, he made us feel immediately as if we were at home, he gave us advice right away on what to visit and especially where to eat. If you like tranquility, peace and serenity, go there because it is really a quiet area. Strategic location has all the basic services nearby One thousand percent sure WE WILL RETURN

I wanted a place that was close to the University of New Haven Prato Campus. It was less than a 3 minute walk. The castle ruins, museum and duomo were all a quick walk. The train station was walkable as well and the grocery store was less than a 3 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shopping to choose from. The host was helpful and quick to answer questions. Very clean flat! I truly enjoyed my stay!

Impeccable stay, great cleanliness and space in the residence. It's not hard to find, but for location you have to take the subway and bus to get to the residence. It is a little far from Florence, we rented a car to be able to get around on the days we stayed, by car it is 30 minutes to Florence and attractions in Pisa as well. Tuscany and wine routes are also about 40 minutes by car. For those who like to stay further away from the center, it is a good place, there is a market about 14 minutes away on foot. The house is comfortable and has air conditioning in the bedroom, but since the house is cold, it is hardly necessary to use it. It has all the necessary utensils.

Cute little apartment! Comfortable beds! Alberto went above and beyond to help us get from the bus station and to get our mom from the airport at 11 pm! Great host! Would stay again!!!!

It was a wonderful experience! Barbara and Alfiero are wonderful hosts, from the first minute you feel right at home. The house is very nice and cozy, full of nice details, by the guests. Impeccable cleanliness. The garden is beautiful! The location is very convenient, close to everything.

Absolutely stunning cottage in the middle of the mountains. We needed a location close enough to Florence but able to reach some other day trip destinations. The picturesque location was remarkable and beyond the photos. The hosts Luigi and Desiree were incredibly hospitable and anticipated our needs. For sure the hike up and down from the AirBnb is not insignificant. It is a hard hike up. It was fine for our family but important to know. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in the mountains of Tuscany!

Beautiful location, Stunning views and immaculate accommodation would definitely recommend. Great host very helpful and responsive. Driveway from main road not paved (circa 1 mile) so something to be aware of , don’t be put off it is worth the views. Fantastic place.

Nice and cozy accommodation, clean and located in a very quiet area. Within walking distance of the apartment, there is a beautiful park equipped with games for children. The center of Sesto Fiorentino can be reached on foot and the area is well served to reach the historic center of Florence by public transport.

We were welcomed by Giorgia, we had no difficulty communicating with her who speaks French well. The accommodation was nickel on arrival and was well equipped. We would recommend this listing.

We stayed for a work tip and found this place to be perfect for our needs. Chiara is an extremely responsive host and her place is set amongst a stunning backdrop! Would definitely stay here again!
