Giada's penthouse apartment was the perfect spot for a relaxing stay in Tuscany. Accessible to so many Chianti vineyards, we only wish we'd had more time staying there to explore, and less rainy weather, to enjoy the on site amenities like the pool and the two balconies more. She also gave us recommendations for the area which were super helpful! We would happily stay again.

We enjoyed the picturesque and quiet neighborhood of the apartment located close to small local shops, restaurants and Montelupo train station.

Our host was really warm. and attentive. We had a chance to try their products. She gave us some good recommendations. She was very responsive to our late arrival due to our delayed flight. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and will definitely come back. Thanks for your hospitality. ❤️

Our second visit after 5 years and everything is as delightful as our first visit.

We loved the Tuscany area and John & Christine’s place. There was a lot of room in the home and it had a great view of a vineyard and a little town. Christine gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We went to one of the restaurants and it was very good and had a beautiful view.

Farm full of breathtaking views, gorgeous plants and amazing morning birds songs. Our Host Cristina was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival." Daniele was always helpful and lived close by therefore very responsive. Such a beautiful place to stay with the most beautiful view. As it is high up, I would definitely recommend hiring a small car - Narrow and spiralling roads. Lots of wine tasting! Close by for venturing out to Florence and Sienna.

We had a very nice time and would have loved to stay longer ❤️, it was private and romantic, the garden, the view - whether at night under the starry sky or during the day by the pool amidst various flowers. This place is heaven! What a lovely spot to relax - and Rosaeugenia is such a lovely lady! She was so sweet and bought us croissants and beautiful home-made jam. The location is stunning and the guest house is very cute! Highly recommend!

We went there for the second time and it was just perfect as the first time. Diego's property is beautiful overlooking San Gimignano, it is quiet and very idyllic so you can really unwind. The apartment was great, is well equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable and would love to come a third time next year. Thanks to Giorgia for the good communication and flexible check-in.

Staying with Carmine is top. We have been to Carmine and Alessandra in Certaldo for a month (mid-April / mid-May) and we can recommend that to everyone. Not only the reception ( in our case very late) was incredibly warm, but throughout our stay we felt very comfortable, this host is always open to questions, is proactive with giving information, tips about everything like where it is nice / tasty/ beautiful to visit. In addition, the house is very nice, it is great in the Tuscan hill country, between the wine and olive farmers, nice beds (we always find important especially if you are staying there longer) and really good Wi-Fi which was important for us to be able to work from here. The location is perfect. You are close to Florence, Siena, Pisa, and many special other villages/towns that are more than worth visiting. The month was over too soon! If we visit Tuscany again for sure with Carmine and Alessandra!

We found Peggy’s place to be the perfect spot for exploring Tuscany. The instructions made it for easy to find & only a few short minutes drive from Panzano where we had lunch at Dario’s (a must in our opinion). Also highly recommend Montese Cooking Experience in San Gimignano.

We had a fantastic stay with Violetta! She was warm and welcoming. The place had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Was quite close to train stations to link into Florence, but would recommend you have a car. Also, the nearby little town of Villamagna is so charming and worth a day on its own to explore and walk about.

Gioia’s little piece of Tuscan paradise exceeded all expectations. The apartment was lovely, the scenery gorgeous and the pool perfect for lounging amongst the lavender and olive trees, not to mention hanging out with Wolfy. Do not miss an opportunity to take the pasta making class with Graziella as she helped us craft one of the best Italian meals we’ve had! This was one of the highlights of our weeks in Europe and we can’t wait to return.

We stayed here for 4 nights. 3 of us had enough space and the place was exactly as described. The location could not be better than this. Lots of great restaurants around it and all the main tourist sites are walking distance. Also walking distance from the train station (we came to Florence via train from another location and we walked to this place. It was short distance so we were able to walk with very large luggage). We were so relieved that the building has an elevator. Check in process was easy and flexible. I highly recommend this place.

Sara's apartment is a great option for Florence. We didn't know her personally, but she allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in time and left all the house instructions. The apartment is new, super spacious, comfortable, quiet and has a great bathroom. The apartment's region has nearby dining options, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets if you prefer to eat at home. To travel from the apartment to the central (tourist) region, we took a bus that can take 10/15 minutes. We strongly recommend hosting.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Florence! The space is simple yet very practical, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed. The building is old, charming, and authentic — a true piece of the city’s history. Having an elevator was a big plus. The apartment is cozy, well laid out, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The neighborhood is wonderful, full of life, with many art galleries, bars, and cozy cafes. The neighbors are friendly and the street is especially beautiful — ideal for peaceful walks. Everything combined made our experience in Florence truly special. Highly recommend!
