Lorenzo is a super friendly host who did his best to make us feel at home. The house is very unique as well as the location. We love this part of Firenze!

Sonia was extremely helpful from start to beginning. Gave us great recommendations which ended up being some of our favourite nights! The most stunning location and beautifully kept place, with everything you could possibly need to live in. 30 mins from Florence, 1 hour from Siena and miles of beautiful scenery and wineries as far as the eye can see As a british couple in our 20’s we loved our stay here ❤️

The country house is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

Fantastic place, quiet, beautiful view. When we stayed there it was almost 30 degrees and we had little desire to walk to Grassina to catch the bus to Florence, but in terms of distance it was probably doable. Nevertheless, we took the car every time.

This is a great little place to stay in picturesque Montecatani Alto, close to the square and nice restaurants and wine bars. Federica is a lovely and extremely helpful host!

Accommodation surrounded by nature, spacious...with everything you need for a vacation of a few days. Beautiful surroundings and great for a hike in the woods around you... narrow and steep access road but accessible by car... necessary to get around... immersed in a small, very quiet village... Agata... very kind and helpful

Simonetta made us feel truly at home—like a home away from home. Her place radiates peace and tranquility, offering a beautiful view of the countryside while being just a short and convenient train ride from Florence. The setting is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, yet close enough to explore the city with ease. My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our stay and would return without hesitation.

Lorenzo’s place was a nice big space. We Loved the shared outdoor terrace. It was pretty and peaceful. Good neighborhood.

If you’re looking for an authentic Florence experience than this place is the spot for you. The neighbourhood is very safe and walkable with plenty of great local restaurants and bars. It’s also a short walk into the main city centre too. Filippo was an incredible host, very responsible, hospitable and provided us with lots of great local recommendations. The unit itself was very modern, cosy and cool which was great to escape the heat of summer. It is slightly noisy at night from pedestrians en route home but nothing we couldn’t handle. Will be back again!

Caterina was a great host. Her place is very central and walkable to almost everything. Helpful and flexible. Elevator makes a huge difference and building is also very quite and secure.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment with my son. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. There were glasses, water, coffee, tea, clean towels, and a perfect bathroom! Every detail was thoughtfully prepared for the comfort of the guests, which we truly appreciated. They even helped us check in earlier than usual. Thank you so much!

House run with love, you can see it from the outside. Internally welcoming, very warm, you can see the care and attention with which Marco presents it to guests. We'll definitely be back

Marco offers a relaxing B&B, with more rooms available and is well cared for, out of the chaos and with large outdoor spaces. Everything is functional, from parking, to the garden, to check-in times, to breakfast made with great care. It's a refreshing place and he's extremely positive and welcoming. I'm a host myself, too, and if I could give him 10 stars and 10 praises the view. Thank you for everything.

It was an amazing experience for us. We stayed with a group of 3 at the place. The home was stylish, nicely decorated and extremely clean and neat. What is very special about our stay is, awesome pasticerries made by a real Italian Chef Mariagrazia. I will strongly recommend her breakfasts and delicious pasticerries. It was a unique experience for us. Thanks a lot, for this warm, kind and delicious experience.

Super accomodation in a quiet outer Florence district away from tourist masses in the city centre, yet just 15 minutes via regular train connection from the centre. Definitely a great starting point for experiencing Tuscany off the beaten path. Mariagrazia helped us with late check-in and was a great host overall. The quality/price ratio on this one is excellent and the bonus in form of every day traditional Italian breakfast and room service is awesome. Definitely recommend this one and would love to visit again 🙂

We spent a fantasic weekend!! very relaxing atmosphere, the room we were given was perfectly clean and we found it lovely. comfortable bed, Amazing breakfast with homemade jam and pies. we had the chance to try a finnish sauna and a sensory shower, located in a new spa two steps away from the central building. 5 stars rating, we recommend it!!

Irene is a terrific host and goes above and beyond to help you in any way possible. The B&B was beautiful and sits high up on the hill overlooking the city of Florence below. From our bedroom we saw the dome of the Duomo and enjoyed the breeze coming in our window. Cappuccino and delicious breakfast made each morning a pleasure. Top notch service, pristine bed and bath room and lovely views. This was a high mark in our 2 week Italian trip.

Marco’s place was amazing. It is the perfect getaway spot, very quiet, but easily accessible. It was also fun to chat with Marco over breakfast! We will definitely be back!
