House vacation rentals in Province of Prato

Amazing two story room with an amazing view to the hills of Tuscany, highly recommend. We came in very late as well at around 23:30 and the host stayed up and welcomed us despite the late hour.

Am allerbesten war der Poolbereich! Riesengrosser, sauberer Pool, mit vielen Liegen, toller Gartenbereich! Die Lounge am Pool war top, mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem kleinen Kühlschrank für die Getränke am Pool! Von der Terrasse aus hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf Florenz! Das Haus selbst war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder neu renoviert! Einzig die Betten waren sehr unbequem! Cinzia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer zu erreichen, immer gut drauf und stets hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank nochmal für den sehr entspannten Urlaub!

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben den großen, gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick und den Pool genossen, sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und den Pizzasteinofen im Garten. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist nah an Florenz und anderen sehenswerten Städten. Die Kommunikation, der Check-in und - out verliefen unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Sehr netter Gastgeber, er hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten regiert. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und der Whirlpool war natürlich ein Highlight. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Our stay at Villa Yvonne was amazing. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures. Due to the space everyone has the room for privacy, but also room to connect together. We visit Signa with 8 adults and 4 kids. All equipment needed is available, including high chairs and cribs. Furthermore they met our request to fill the swimming pool before May, so we could enjoy our stay the fullest. The environment is beautiful and perfect for some city trips (for example Florence, Lucca, Sienna and Pisa). The communication was perfect.Alessandro was our host. He reacted quickly, helped us directly with any issues and arranged a lot during our stay. His tips for parking lots, restaurants and other activities to do in the neighbourhood made our stay even more pleasant and relaxed. We would definitely recommended the villa and the host to everyone and would love to come back!

Everything was great, there also was a massage chair :)

We had a wonderful stay ! The house is very nice as shown in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped, the main bathroom in modern and very nice. The second bathroom is a little dated but does the job. Airconditioning is in the kitchen/ livingroom but the walls are very thick so the bedrooms stayed fairly cool (it was 38-40 ° C when we stayed - airing though in the morning and keeping the aircon running). The garden was very private, big and enclosed so the children were able to run around freely. The whole compound was very nicely kept. The pool was beautiful and all visitors were nice and respectful. I would recommend having a car when staying due to shopping and visiting the nice Tuscan villages and cities. They are all about 20min-2hr drive away. Leonardo is a great host. He greeted us personally and was very eager to make it as comfortable as possible. Quickly responded and evens organised a baby bed. We will definitely come again.

We had a lovely stay full of good vibes from beginning to end! Casa Manilo is a place full of heart and history, in a beautiful and quiet location nestled on the hills. It's very well equipped and taken care of, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Max (and Nico) was such a friendly, generous and personable host. I can't recommend this wonderful place enough and we will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

The apartment/house looked exactly as described if not better. We had a separate house to ourselves, with no commotion of the city but also not too far away from Florence. We had private parking for ourselves and also enjoyed the evening with a nice dinner outside. The hosts were very welcoming, considerate and thoughtful. They make sure you feel at home. Even though we didn’t know Italian, they made sure to express themselves very well! Would stay here again, if possible 😃

Insieme alla ragazza mia siamo stati un questo bellissimo appartamento , pulito , lindo , IMPECCABILE.Siamo stati benissimo , Andreas una persona fantastica , simpatica , e anche super disponibile , ci ha fatto sentire subito come se eravamo a casa , ci ha dato consigli sin da subito su cosa andare a visistare e sopratutto dove andare a mangiare . Se vi piace la tranquillità , la pace e la serenità andateci perché veramente veramente una zona tranquilla. Posizione strategica ha tutti i servizi di prima necessità nelle vicinanze Sicuro al mille per mille RITORNEREMO

Casale in cima a una collina con vista sui colli e sul lago di Bilancino. Qui regna il silenzio e il canto degli uccellini... pur essendo a pochi minuti di auto da Barberino di Mugello! Elena è molto disponibile, gentile e simpatica! L'appartamento è fornitissimo, dagli elettrodomestici agli utensili da cucina; bagno pulito e letto comodo... la vista dalle finestre rigenera l'anima! Cani ammessi (anche più di uno!!).

Estadia impecável, limpeza e espaço da residência ótimos. Não é difícil de achar, mas para localização tem que pegar metro e ônibus para chegar na residência. Fica um pouco distante de firenze, alugamos um carro para poder nos locomover nos dias em que ficamos, de carro é 30 minutos para firenze e atrações em Pisa também. Para Toscana e rotas de vinho uns 40 minutos também de carro. Pra quem gosta de ficar mais distante do centro é um lugar bom, tem mercado a uns 14 minutos andando. A casa é confortável e tem ar-condicionado no quarto, mas como a casa é fria quase não é necessário o uso do mesmo. Possui todos os utensílios necessário.

Cute little apartment! Comfortable beds! Alberto went above and beyond to help us get from the bus station and to get our mom from the airport at 11 pm! Great host! Would stay again!!!!

É stata una esperienza meravigliosa! Barbara e Alfiero sono delle ospiti stupendi, dal primo minuto ti senti come a casa tua. La casa é molto bella e accogliente, piena di belli dettagli, da parte degli ospiti. La pulizia impecabile. Il giardino bellisimo! La ubicazione é molto comoda, vicino a tutto.

Tolle, sehr saubere Unterkunft mit kleinem Garten. Perfekt wenn man eine Hund hat. Die Kommunikation mit Francesco war super. Wir würden wieder kommen.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here! The house is located down a hill and is right next to a little river, which in our case was filled enough with water to swim and cool down from the lovely hot weather. We were 8 people in total and still even had a room free at the end. The vesinity was outstanding, surrounded by nature and very cosy. Desiree (the host) was also very helpful with everything and made our stay very welcoming. Thank you for a lovely time, we will definitely be back! Absolute Gem if you want a detox from modern busy life.

Alloggio carino ed accogliente, pulito e posizionato in una zona molto tranquilla. A pochi passi dall'appartamento c'è un bel parco attrezzato con giochi per i bambini. Il centro di Sesto Fiorentino è raggiungibile a piedi e la zona è ben servita per raggiungere con i mezzi il centro storico di Firenze.

Nous avons été bien accueilli par Giorgia, nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté à communiquer avec elle qui parle bien le français. Le logement était été nickel à notre arrivée et était bien équipé. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Traumhafte Unterkunft, die mehr als fünf Sterne verdient hätte. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Maria Chiara hat uns zur verabredeten Zeit herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns die Räume in der stimmungsvollen und gemütlichen toskanischen Villa gezeigt und jede Frage um unseren Aufenthalt kompetent beantwortet. Die Villa ist im Grünen gelegen, in schöner Landschaft, aber nur einen Katzensprung von Florenz entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, gemütlich, gepflegt und hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick über Wald, Hügel und Wiesen. Im Erdgeschoss darunter ist eine Osteria mit sehr freundlicher, gemütlicher Atmosphäre und hervorragender toskanischer Küche. Dank an Maria Chiara und auch an das Team der Osteria für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Casa perfetta per famiglie numerose, situata in una zona tranquilla appena fuori dal centro di Firenze, ma facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben distribuiti, la cucina è attrezzata e camere accoglienti. Ottima accoglienza da parte di Silvia.

Very nice place. Not close to the main area of Florence but a very unique stay and would recommend!

Un logement très spacieux avec parking privé Vraiment très propre ! Literie, linge de maison digne d'un hôtel Hôte très accueillant et bienveillant qui laisse café, thé, et 1 bouteille d'eau et de vin pour la bienvenue. Ce qui passe en tête c'est la propreté du logement 👍 Je recommande vivement !!
