Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Province of Prato

One of the best Airbnb apartments we’ve ever been. It was a bit risky to book a new apartment without reviews and not in the Florence itself but it has exceeded all our expectations. It’s incredibly beautiful, stylish, spacious. All the details are considered by Piergiorgio and his wife, you may find everything you need in the apartment. It’s very clean, tidy and comfortable. Piergiorgio is very responsive and helped us a lot, the communication was a pleasure. There is plenty of free parking in the neighborhood so it was very cool since we’ve come by car, and there’s an opportunity to stop for a while near the entrance to unload the luggage from the car. The trip to the Florence railway station takes up to 30 minutes which is fast so I can recommend this place even if you wanna visit Florence each day. The only drawback of this Airbnb is the noise outside. Unfortunately, it was very loud in the morning and late evening due to the neighbor Kebab cafe and because of the cars.

The experience in the apartment was excellent, we had a great time, the host Alessio was very kind and always available for all our needs and doubts. Very central area, with the possibility of walking around the center. Really recommended

Airy apartment, very tidy and very clean. It had everything we needed and the kitchen was very clean and complete. Please note that the apartment is in a ZTL Zone. There are parking lots nearby and getting there by train in Firenze is very practical. We really liked it

Very clean accommodation, we immediately understand the kind intentions of the hosts. Everything is done to make you feel well. Communication is fluid and very responsive. The accommodation is well placed, close to amenity, coffee with pastries to start the day well. If you like to walk, the journey from Prato station on foot, from the apartment is good. The neighborhood is nice, easy to access bus stops. I recommend it unreservedly and make it a point of honor to Inès who was great. Thank You 💙

Valentina’s place is very nice for a longer stay, it is spacious and has all you need. It was easy to deal with amenities, internet was fast, so I could work remotely during my stay. The house is cool on hot days and can be easily warmed up when it’s cold. Valentina is very helpful and responsive, I asked for some additional stuff and Valentina just brought it. It was also easy to agree on slightly modifying the dates of my stay. Scandicci is cute and cozy area, so you can experience living there like a local. The place is close to smaller shops and nice pizza place. You cannot simply walk from there to the Florence historic center but it’s close to a bus stop and in 10-15 minutes walk to a tram stop. I think it’s a brilliant place if you come by car, without it you are dependent on public transportation, so it’s something to consider if you come for a shorter visit or plan to go to the city center every day. Otherwise, all good, and it’s great value for money!

Beautiful surroundings and wonderful stay, the tranquility meets you. The host and his wife are super friendly and helpful people!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Can step from the backyard onto miles and miles of beautiful hiking trails to the nearby, incredible views from the second outdoor dinner table, house was clean and surprisingly well-equipped for how rural the area is (dependable power, warm shower, thoroughly well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, comfortable beds, clean and delicious spring water available from the taps, the works). Host was very responsive and helped with issues, even despite not being in the area the weekend of our visit, and they sent someone (Marco) to help bring our things, drive to and from the town center, and treat us to some local wine and fresh bread when we arrived. Marco was also very responsive, one text away, and happy to help with anything that we needed. Overall a really comfortable and beautiful accommodation. Would happily stay again.

Our stay at Villa Yvonne was amazing. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures. Due to the space everyone has the room for privacy, but also room to connect together. We visit Signa with 8 adults and 4 kids. All equipment needed is available, including high chairs and cribs. Furthermore they met our request to fill the swimming pool before May, so we could enjoy our stay the fullest. The environment is beautiful and perfect for some city trips (for example Florence, Lucca, Sienna and Pisa). The communication was perfect.Alessandro was our host. He reacted quickly, helped us directly with any issues and arranged a lot during our stay. His tips for parking lots, restaurants and other activities to do in the neighbourhood made our stay even more pleasant and relaxed. We would definitely recommended the villa and the host to everyone and would love to come back!

We had a lovely stay full of good vibes from beginning to end! Casa Manilo is a place full of heart and history, in a beautiful and quiet location nestled on the hills. It's very well equipped and taken care of, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Max (and Nico) was such a friendly, generous and personable host. I can't recommend this wonderful place enough and we will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Paolo's place is absolutely magical. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, it offers an immersive experience of authentic Tuscan living. I was fortunate enough to be invited to participate in olive picking for a charity event, which concluded with an incredible barbecue organized by Paolo. Grazie mille, and arrivederci!

Accommodation suitable for those who, like us, want to have fun while being together. great value, great rooms, spacious and excellent cleanliness. fully equipped kitchen, you will not need to take anything from home, living room and common area cozy and spacious common area. Strategic location of the property, just a few minutes from each service and comfort. Excellent host, friendly and always available. Highly recommended for couples, families or friends.

Elisa is a kind person and a very good host. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, super easy to get around from Sisto Fiorentino to Florence or Pisa if you wish. Check-out seemed a little early, at 9:30 am, but Elisa allowed us to stay half an hour longer. Very good experience.

We stayed in this apartment with large and comfortable spaces for two nights. We had a great time, in addition to the interior space there is also a beautiful garden, which is also comfortable and well maintained. The apartment is very clean and very tidy, equipped with everything you need. The location is very quiet but convenient to services, the tram stop is a few meters away on foot and is very useful and convenient to get to the center of Florence. Patrizia and her husband were very helpful and gave us great advice on how to get around and where to eat, and they were also very helpful in waiting for us well beyond the scheduled arrival time due to various delays caused by accidents we encountered during the trip. I highly recommend it.
