Beautiful spacious place, just as in the photos, everything worked well and there is excellent wifi. Alessandro was there to meet us, even though we were delayed at the airport. He made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is only 5 minutes from the station, and there are lots of nice places to eat and drink within walking distance. The locals were very friendly, and kind when we tried to speak Italian! Thank you for a lovely stay, Alessandro!

I was very satisfied with the place, extremely clean, especially the bathroom and linens. The house has everything you need and Riccardo is a delightful, polite and very kind person. Outside is a lovely garden, where I personally ran my dogs in total safety. Thanks again

A Perfect Tuscan Escape in Montemurlo Our stay at this beautiful villa in Montemurlo was an unforgettable experience for our entire family. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa itself was stunning, with breathtaking views and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and unwind. Truly an Amazing place if you look for peace in the middle of the forest. There is a train line 40min by walk to visit Bologna and Firenze. Many hikes around and a super friendly host! Will go back for sure!

Absolutely stunning cottage in the middle of the mountains. We needed a location close enough to Florence but able to reach some other day trip destinations. The picturesque location was remarkable and beyond the photos. The hosts Luigi and Desiree were incredibly hospitable and anticipated our needs. For sure the hike up and down from the AirBnb is not insignificant. It is a hard hike up. It was fine for our family but important to know. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in the mountains of Tuscany!

An excellent and peaceful place to stay. The view is absolutely stunning, pool was lovely, and there rooms are more than spacious. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for. Unless you are planning on staying only there, you do need a car. With a car, the shops were 10 mins drive away and the train station < 10 mins with free parking.

My friends (group of 6) and I had a good time. The house is nice, tidy, and close to several walking trails, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The person who welcomed us was also very nice and approachable. The only inconveniences of the house are the bathrooms, which are small, and the underground room that is located from the main house; for small groups and for short stays it is perfect

Ignazio is a very friendly and helpful host who responds quickly to any request. The restauration of the house obviously was a labour of love for him. We liked the place for it's character and simplicity, you feel like being thrown back in time. Tobbiana is a nice and quiet little village with 3 restaurants and a small supermarket. The location is a convenient starting point for trips to various sights in Tuscany by car and gives easy access to Florence by train, the station is only 15 minutes away (by car). We had a good time here and enjoyed our stay.

The house and the outside are exactly as pictured. The view is beautiful too. We used it as a foothold to visit Florence, but we would also have liked to enjoy the tranquility of the area and the walks there. Recommended!

A superb base for group taking part in UTMB Chianti race weekend (around 20 mins drive). The estate’s red wine was particularly tasty way of celebrating. Love to return when warmer to relax by the pool, and enjoy the stunning views.

It was a great property on top of the hill, overlooking the countryside. They were a lovely couple and very responsive to us. It made our trip well worth it.

Giulia and Vieri welcomed us with open arms and we felt at home from the first second. The villa is beautiful, cozy, authentic and rustic. Surroundings are incredible with views, nature and wines and olive trees everywhere you look. 15 min walk to town with a bunch of good restaurants and smaller shops. Most importantly the hosts are just very nice people that made us feel welcome and at home. We spent a month and loved every second of it. Thank you!

Villa Bellavista is a true gem in the heart of Chianti Classico. Its location, overlooking the beautiful "Conca d'oro" valley, offers stunning views and unforgettable sunsets. Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, the villa provides complete privacy and peace. The spacious interior, with a large kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a fully equipped bathroom, ensures a relaxing stay. The host was very helpful and always available. He provided a secure space to store our bikes, which was very convenient. The outdoor area, with a pool and relaxation space, is perfect for enjoying the Tuscan sun. The property is well-secured, making it ideal for guests with pets. The walk to Panzano in Chianti takes just a few minutes. Overall, this place is a perfect getaway with breathtaking scenery and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Beatrice was a wonderful host and accommodating of our needs traveling with a two year old. She was very responsive and gave amazing recommendations for places to eat and visit. The location is stunning - even more beautiful than the pictures! Every direction you look has rolling vineyards. We opted to have them cook a special birthday meal one of the nights, and it was delicious. The only small downside is there isn’t a common area to spend time in besides the kitchen (just the layout of the house). We loved it and hope to come back some day!
