what a great spot, just out of the buzzing old town and close enough for a short walk to get it in. Perfect for our little family with peace and quiet (and comfortable air con) but also convenience. And to boot there's a great little cafe right next door. The modern facilities of the well designed and furnished apartment were appreciated where many other accommodation reviews often leave lacking (we weren't prepared to take a chance). Caterina's communication was great and though she was away she coordinated easy access to the property.

I studied abroad in Florence and stayed here at the end of my semester with my parents. This apartment is in a PERFECT location. Everything is genuinely 10 minutes walking distance away! The place is very spacious and we loved our stay here!

We felt very comfortable. The location of the accommodation is great, you have a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. Certaldo and a supermarket are 7 minutes away by car (which you also need here!) The room was large enough for 2 people and everything you need was there. A bonus is the pool and the other options such as table tennis, billiards or the gym. We would definitely come back and had a great time!

Paola was the perfect host. we had some travel delays the day of our arrival and she was flexible and helpful. The apartment has a balcony you will fall in love with. Best place to start your day watching the sun come up and a stunning place to enjoy wine at night. the bedroom has great a/c and even on the 90 degree days you could easily get comfortable. The bedroom also was farther inside the apartment and so the sound of the bells was not a problem for us. the location near the train station was wonderfully convenient. There are plenty off cafe spots within the block of you and markets. If we get the chance to return to Florence we will most definitely stay here again.

Laura was an incredible host, nothing was too much trouble and would respond to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and cosy, and had everything by you needed. A 20 minute walk from the pitti palace, making central Florence super accessible. Thank you Laura for a wonderful stay

Very nice accommodation, beautiful complex with large garden/pool and great location for activities nearby by car (including San Gimignano, Florence, Siena) as well as good accessibility to restaurants in the area (e.g. in San Gimignano). The apartment is well furnished and equipped with the essentials for a few days' stay (including kitchen, bathroom). We can recommend the place without further ado. The only point: if you have booked the apartment in the host's house, you must be able to accept the noise of the house (even in the middle of the night).

Having traveled here after a long week in Lucca, it was so refreshing to find and stay in such a fabulous home, Cristina went above and beyond helping us get settled. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Great food, shopping and literal opera singers in the plaza below. Simply perfect. Beds were super comfy.

I needed to stay at Federico's accommodation at two different times and he was very attentive from the first contact. The description of the accommodation matches the advertisement, easy access to all points of the city due to the means of transport near the apartment (tram, bus and train). I hope to stay again one day.

Thanks to the host for their kindness. municipal swimming pool 2 minutes' walk away (swim caps mandatory). the tram to go to Florence is a 10-minute drive, it will cost you 0.30 euros for the highway to get there. parking is 7 euros if you stay there for more than 10 hours. tram tickets are 1.70 euros one way. but it's a great way to get to Florence, about 30 minutes from the villa. trams leave around every 6/7 minutes, until 11:30 p.m. Thanks to the host for his advice. The garage for the car is a plus. We even got a very good cake from the host on the last day. Thank you

We have just returned from a great holiday in Tuscany. Our first visit to the area. Eleanors place was as described, was clean and comfortable and has been the perfect base for what we had planned, visiting Florence, Sienna and other villages in the area. We hired a car from the airport and the directions to the property were good. We had good communication with Eleanor from booking to arrival and during our stay. The property is sitiated within a family owned olive grove with lovely views from the estate over Florence and the surrounding area. We would recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you

We spent a week at Ilaria's in Florence. Apartment is very nice, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The highlight is the large all-round terrace for a relaxing evening. The apartment is on the 5th (last) floor, but there is an elevator. In the house next door there is a good pizzeria, around the corner a pastry shop and an ice cream parlor with delicious cakes and ice cream. Bus line 6 (stop 3 minutes' walk) takes you directly to the Centro Storico. Old Florence is simply overwhelming - fantastic architecture: churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces from all historical eras, by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books and catalogs. The only disadvantage - masses of tourists - but it's Florence - you just have to accept it. Ilaria as a host is very nice, friendly and helpful, always good and quickly accessible. Valentina is a warm and warm host. Meeting her immediately brought us to a nice atmosphere of Tuscan hospitality. The house is beautifully and quietly located equipped with everything you need for a nice relaxing holiday.

Dina was a wonderful host! Upon checking, she gave many local recommendations and was so helpful! The place was exactly as described and looked like the pictures. Very walkable everywhere!!! The backyard was so private and great to have a patio. Will definitely come back!

The stay was wonderful. Elly always responded quickly and helped us with everything we needed. The house is in a very good location because it is close to everything but far from the mess, so we were able to sleep very peacefully and quietly. I would definitely come back!!

Fabio's accommodation was lovely and the description corresponded exactly to what I found: cleanliness, tidiness, perfect placement of spaces. Conditioned with silent and efficient air conditioners. The location offered restaurants, supermarkets, bars near the house and a large shopping center. Fabio was very kind, helpful and very present even at night. I felt at home! Very kind, even with the check-in for luggage storage. If I were to return to that area, I will definitely try to stay in this very welcoming apartment.

We had a wonderful stay. Chiara was very friendly and gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit. The accommodation is lovely and the surrounding garden is perfect for relaxing in the evening. Highly recommended.

We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

Our stay at Veronica's was absolutely fantastic! We were a group of 5 friends in Tuscany for a local wedding. The villa was exactly what we needed, quiet, clean excellent views and a great hot tub. Veronica was extremely friendly, helpful and only a quick message away if we had any questions or concerns. During our stay we were offered for a private chef to come to the villa to cook for us. We chose the Tuscano menu which was delicious! Roberto and Lorena cooked us a feast which lasted for days! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for something easy one night. We hired a car during our stay which made it easy to get about. The surrounding roads were a bit hit and miss in terms of width, traffic and gravel, but we managed!

The house was very nice and comfortable overall. The decor was a little old-fashioned, but that added to the authentic atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the quiet surroundings, which allowed us a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well equipped, which made preparing your own meals very easy. A small drawback was that the house is a little far from the city center and that the pool could only be used at certain times; it would have been helpful if this information had been provided in advance. Nevertheless, the host was extremely polite and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable. Despite the small flaws, everything was outstanding.

We were four girls on a girls’ trip and had an amazing stay! The house was exactly as described; spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Louise was a fantastic host: super friendly and always quick to reply to any messages. She welcomed us with such thoughtful touches; wine, water, coffee pods, and even a light breakfast for our first morning, which made us feel instantly at home. The pool is just a short drive from the property and such a lovely spot! There are sunbeds, chairs, and tables in the pool area, and we spent a perfect afternoon there relaxing snd soaking up the sun with wine and snacks! The hot tub at the house is also a big plus, the warm water was ideal for a chilled late afternoon or evening. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we’d absolutely return. Highly recommend for a relaxing and well-hosted getaway!

Our stay at the Antico Podere Sant'Anna was very pleasant. We were looking for a quiet place where we could stay with our child but that would allow us to reach the center of Pistoia in a short time, and so it was. Sara was super helpful and met our needs. For those who love tranquility, being surrounded by greenery but still enjoying the proximity of the center, it is the perfect place!
