what a great spot, just out of the buzzing old town and close enough for a short walk to get it in. Perfect for our little family with peace and quiet (and comfortable air con) but also convenience. And to boot there's a great little cafe right next door. The modern facilities of the well designed and furnished apartment were appreciated where many other accommodation reviews often leave lacking (we weren't prepared to take a chance). Caterina's communication was great and though she was away she coordinated easy access to the property.

I studied abroad in Florence and stayed here at the end of my semester with my parents. This apartment is in a PERFECT location. Everything is genuinely 10 minutes walking distance away! The place is very spacious and we loved our stay here!

Paola was the perfect host. we had some travel delays the day of our arrival and she was flexible and helpful. The apartment has a balcony you will fall in love with. Best place to start your day watching the sun come up and a stunning place to enjoy wine at night. the bedroom has great a/c and even on the 90 degree days you could easily get comfortable. The bedroom also was farther inside the apartment and so the sound of the bells was not a problem for us. the location near the train station was wonderfully convenient. There are plenty off cafe spots within the block of you and markets. If we get the chance to return to Florence we will most definitely stay here again.

Wow it’s an amazing place for a family or friends group trip to unbound to the nature. Amazing borderless swimming pool. Very beautiful area around and BBQ zone. There is a lot of fun around like a tennis and running stuff.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wunderschöne Anlage mit grossem Garten/Pool und super Lage für Unternehmungen in der näheren Umgebung mit dem Auto (u.a. San Gimignano, Florenz, Siena) sowie gute Erreichbarkeit von Restaurants in der Umgebung (z.B. in San Gimignano). Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet und mit dem Nötigsten für einige Tage Aufenthalt ausgestattet (auch Küche, Bad). Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Weiteres empfehlen. Einziger Punkt: hat man das Appartement im Haus des Gastgebers gebucht, muss man die Ringhörigkeit des Hauses (auch mitten in der Nacht) akzeptieren können.

Laura was an incredible host, nothing was too much trouble and would respond to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and cosy, and had everything by you needed. A 20 minute walk from the pitti palace, making central Florence super accessible. Thank you Laura for a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s apartment. Cristina is such a kind and responsive host! Our family group of 6 people (including 2 cousins) stayed here for 5 nights. The apartment is so large! Everyone had their own space and it was very comfortable. This would be a very flexible and accommodating space for almost any kind of traveling group. The apartment has everything you need, and it also has a lot of interesting artwork throughout, which we enjoyed. The location is perfect - easy to walk to so many places, live music each evening on the street below.

Precisei me hospedar em dois momentos diferentes na acomodacao de Federico e ele desde o primeiro contato foi muito atencioso. A descricao da hospedagem condiz com o anunciado, facil acesso a todos os pontos da cidade devido aos meios de transporte proximo ao apartamento (bonde, onibus e trem). Espero um dia me hospedar novamente.

merci à l'hôte pour sa gentillesse. piscine municipale à 2 minutes à pieds (bonnets de bains obligatoires). le tramway pour aller à Florence est à 10 minutes en voiture, il vous en coûtera 0,30 euros d'autoroute pour y allez. le parking est à 7 euros si vous y restez entre plus de 10 heures. les tickets de tramway sont à 1,70 euros l'aller. mais s'est un super moyen de transport pour aller sur Florence, environs 30 minutes depuis la villa. les tramway partent environs toutes le 6/7 minutes, jusqu'à 23h30. merci à l'hôte pour ses conseils. le garage pour la voiture est un plus. nous avons même eu droit à un très bon gâteau de l'hôte le dernier jour. merci

We have just returned from a great holiday in Tuscany. Our first visit to the area. Eleanors place was as described, was clean and comfortable and has been the perfect base for what we had planned, visiting Florence, Sienna and other villages in the area. We hired a car from the airport and the directions to the property were good. We had good communication with Eleanor from booking to arrival and during our stay. The property is sitiated within a family owned olive grove with lovely views from the estate over Florence and the surrounding area. We would recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you

Wir haben eine Woche bei Ilaria in Florenz verbracht. Wohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig, sauber und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Höhepunkt ist die große rundum Terrasse für einen entspannten Abend. Die Wohnung liegt im 5 (letzten) Stock, es gibt aber einen Lift. Im Haus nebenan befindet sich eine gute Pizzeria, um die Ecke eine Konditorei und eine Eisdiele mit leckeren Kuchen und Eis. Mit dem Bus Linie 6 ( Haltestelle 3 Minuten zu Fuß ) kommt man direkt ins Centro Storico. Altes Florenz ist einfach überweltigend - fantastische Architektur: Kirchen, Paläste, Museen mit unzähligen Meisterwerken aus allen historischen Epochen, von Künstlern, von den man sonst nur in Büchern und Katalogen lesen kann. Einziger Nachteil - Massen von Touristen - es ist aber eben Florenz - man muss es einfach in Kauf nehmen. Ilaria als Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer gut und schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt - absolut empfehlenswert. Ilaria - Danke für Alles !!!

Valentina is een warme en hartelijke gastvrouw. Haar ontmoeten bracht ons direct in een fijne sfeer van Toscaanse gastvrijheid. De woning is prachtig en rustig gelegen voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne ontspannende vakantie.

Tout d’abord un grand merci à Diana pour son accueil et ses conseils. L’appartement était conforme à la description, nous avions chacun une salle de bain complète dans chaque chambre, ce qui permettait une totale intimité. L’extérieur est idéal pour se retrouver et profiter de la douceur du printemps. À deux pas du Duomo, l’appartement est très bien situé avec de très bons restaurants à proximité !

A estadia foi maravilhosa. A Elly sempre nos respondia rapidamente e nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. A casa fica em um ponto muito bom pois é perto de tudo porem longe de bagunça assim conseguimos dormir clm muita tranquilidade e silencio. Voltaria com certeza!!

L'alloggio di Fabio era incantevole e la descrizione corrispo deva esattamente a ciò che ho trovato: pulizia, ordine, perfetta la collocazione degli spazi. Condizionata con condizionatori silenziosi ed efficienti. La posizione offriva ristoranti, supermercati, bar sotto casa e un grande centro commerciale. Fabio e stato molto gentile, disponibile e molto presente anche in orari notturni. Mi sono sentita a casa! Gentilissimo anche con il check in per il deposito bagagli. Se dovessi ritornare da quelle parti, proverò sicuramente a soggiornare in questo accoglientissimo appartamento.

Wir waren als Gruppe dort und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Einzellage ist sehr idyllisch mit sagenhaftem Ausblick ins Tal und über die Olivenbäume. Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet( Küche alles was man sich vorstellen kann, zusätzlicher Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine +Trockner…) man hat gemerkt, dass das Haus auch privat genutzt wird und deshalb auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert war. Der Stil sehr gemütlich. Betten sehr bequem, Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Vom Pizzaofen waren wir sehr begeistert, ebenso vom Pool. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit am Haus aufgrund der Hitze und der doch sehr steilen Auffahrt (geschotterter Weg, teils ausgespült, zwei scharfe Spitzkehren). Ein Auto für Unternehmungen und Einkäufe ist ein Muss.

Our stay at Veronica's was absolutely fantastic! We were a group of 5 friends in Tuscany for a local wedding. The villa was exactly what we needed, quiet, clean excellent views and a great hot tub. Veronica was extremely friendly, helpful and only a quick message away if we had any questions or concerns. During our stay we were offered for a private chef to come to the villa to cook for us. We chose the Tuscano menu which was delicious! Roberto and Lorena cooked us a feast which lasted for days! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for something easy one night. We hired a car during our stay which made it easy to get about. The surrounding roads were a bit hit and miss in terms of width, traffic and gravel, but we managed!

Das Haus war insgesamt sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Einrichtung war etwas altmodisch, aber das trug zur authentischen Atmosphäre bei. Besonders genossen haben wir die ruhige Umgebung, die uns einen erholsamen Urlaub ermöglichten. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, was das Zubereiten eigener Mahlzeiten sehr einfach machte. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass das Haus etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist und dass der Pool nur zu bestimmten Zeiten genutzt werden konnte; es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn diese Informationen im Voraus bereitgestellt worden wären. Dennoch war der Gastgeber äußerst höflich und aufmerksam, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Trotz der kleinen Mängel war alles hervorragend.

We were four girls on a girls’ trip and had an amazing stay! The house was exactly as described; spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Louise was a fantastic host: super friendly and always quick to reply to any messages. She welcomed us with such thoughtful touches; wine, water, coffee pods, and even a light breakfast for our first morning, which made us feel instantly at home. The pool is just a short drive from the property and such a lovely spot! There are sunbeds, chairs, and tables in the pool area, and we spent a perfect afternoon there relaxing snd soaking up the sun with wine and snacks! The hot tub at the house is also a big plus, the warm water was ideal for a chilled late afternoon or evening. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we’d absolutely return. Highly recommend for a relaxing and well-hosted getaway!

This villa is wonderful and the view of the Tuscan countryside is incredible. You can even see the towers if San Gimignano in the far distance. We had a full house with four couples and there was plenty of space for all of us. It's very clean, well organized and the kitchen has all you need (and more) for entertaining. We were in Certaldo for our son's wedding and it was a good home base for us. There are plenty of places to sit outside in the beautiful garden for breakfast, lunch, aperitivo and dinner. Johann was very responsive to any and all questions. I highly recommend staying here. We also enjoyed wine tasting at Villa Il Pozzo just 3 minutes down the road. They have a great view too and are very welcoming.
