Family-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Prato

We had an absolute perfect stay in Salverio and Lorenzo's flat. It was incredibly spacious - very unusual to have a 3 bedroom/3 bath flat to rent in such a highly sought after part of Firenze. The decor was a perfect blend of antiques and art mixed with contemporary furnishings. Having a washer/dryer was a fantastic addition. Our favorite part of the flat was the rooftop terrace at sunset. You feel like you are on top of all of Firenze looking across the buildings. The duomo view was breathtaking. It was magical and truly stunning. The location could not be more suitable for proximity to all of the sights and indulge in luxury shopping. Salverio and Lorenzo were so helpful and accommodating. We will most assuredly be back! Thank you to you both!

If I could move in here permanently, I would. What a gorgeous stay with responsive and respectful hosts. Everything was as described, the hot tub was glorious, and we loved looking through the binder of photos of painstaking restoration over the years.

We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Max was a thoughtful, responsive, kind and helpful host! We appreciated the care he took to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, the maps with suggestions for where to eat and what to do were a great bonus. We loved learning about his family history and staying in his family home - that was beautifully preserved and updated for our convenience! We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again!

Beatrice was an amazing host. She was very responsive to our questions and always very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. This was the perfect place for our group of 8 adults for 2 weeks. The location was perfect for visiting various sites around Tuscany. Florence, Cortona, Siena and Pisa. The nearby town of Greve had some nice little restaurants for lunch/dinner. After a long day of sightseeing we would gather on the patio to have charcuterie and wine. Or gather at the family style dining table each evening. We highly recommend having Beatrice provide a home cooked meal, it was excellent! There are several wineries and olive oil tastings in the area. We took advantage of many of them. Overall we were very happy and very comfortable with our stay. We highly recommend staying here. If we ever come back we are definitely staying here again. You'll definitely get the true feel of Tuscany.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’appartement de Monica et Roberto. Très bien desservi par tram et bus et à 15-20mn à pied du centre historique. L’appartement est très propre, avec une bonne literie et une cuisine bien équipée. La machine à laver le linge est un vrai plus. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau sans problème si nous revenons visiter Florence.

+ super nette Gastgeber + die Wohnung hat mit Kleinkind bestens funktioniert + Freitag Abend tolles Abendessen mit lokalen weitestgehend selbstproduzierten Produkten im Minirestaurant im Haus zu super Preis (das Babyphone hatte bis dorthin Empfang :)) + wenig Tourismus in der Gegend (idyllisch für Motorrad- oder Rennradtouren) - für Ausflüge in die Umgebung muss man immer ca 20-30 Minuten Autofahrt auf Serpentinenstraßen mit einplanen - Anfang Mai ist es unter Umständen noch recht kalt und regnerisch (ca 5 Grad Celsius weniger als zum Beispiel in Pistoia/Lucca/Florenz im Tiefland) Wir können die tolle Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

I was in Florence for work for 2 weeks and this apartment was perfect. Very comfortable and well equipped with a beautiful back garden. Less than a 10 minute walk to grocery stores and restaurants. It is also an easy 30-40 minute walk into the historic centre but also easily connected with busses or the tram. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. I would definitely recommend!

Jolie maison paisible en nature! Endroit paisible et naturelle. Havre de paix à équidistance de plusieurs promenades et autres joyeusetés. Jethro et sa famille sont très accueillants et disponible pour des astuces visites et promenades. Endroits à revenir voir sûrement à d'autres saisons de l'année.

Un havre de paix, très beau lieu, paisible, piscine magnifique, le restaurant génial et surtout le personnel du lieu d’une gentillesse incroyable et plein d’attentions comme nous apporter le café ou encore nous offrir du vin. Nous avons adoré notre séjour

Traumhafte Unterkunft, die mehr als fünf Sterne verdient hätte. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Maria Chiara hat uns zur verabredeten Zeit herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns die Räume in der stimmungsvollen und gemütlichen toskanischen Villa gezeigt und jede Frage um unseren Aufenthalt kompetent beantwortet. Die Villa ist im Grünen gelegen, in schöner Landschaft, aber nur einen Katzensprung von Florenz entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, gemütlich, gepflegt und hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick über Wald, Hügel und Wiesen. Im Erdgeschoss darunter ist eine Osteria mit sehr freundlicher, gemütlicher Atmosphäre und hervorragender toskanischer Küche. Dank an Maria Chiara und auch an das Team der Osteria für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Mit meiner Familie verbrachte ich einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt dort. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön in der Natur gelegen und die Räumlichkeiten sehr geschmackvoll restauriert und hergerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gut erholt und hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Als Erinnerung haben wir ein paar Flaschen ihres ausgezeichneten biologischen Olivenöls mitgenommen. Somit bleiben die schönen Erinnerungen an dort für uns noch länger lebendig. Wir danken Alessandra und ihrer Familie für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Edoardo è stato molto gentile e l'appartamento è perfetto, pulito e ordinato, molto comodo. È immerso nel verde in una zona molto bella. L'unico consiglio è quello di lasciare una bottiglia di acqua per gli ospiti, che non c'era, ma a parte questo è stato tutto perfetto. Ringrazio molto Edoardo e consiglio a tutti l'appartamento

Wir waren rundherum mit der tollen, großen Wohnung zufrieden. Sie liegt in der ZTL, zum Ausladen vorzufahren trotzdem möglich, Parkhaus und Bahnhof (auch für die Ausflüge nach Florenz, 30 Min Zugfahrt) 100 Meter entfernt. Auch die Stadt Prato selbst ist sehenswert. Waschmaschine nicht in der Wohnung, 5 Euro Waschservice durch Vermieterin (aufgrund längerer Reise nötig). Unsere Sauberkeitsansprüche sind hoch, hier könnte man sich noch steigern. Abschließend nochmals der Hinweis, dass wir die Wohnung (eine zweite liegt auf der gleichen Etage) rundherum empfehlen.

Correu tudo bem na casa de Gabriele, que ocupa uma condição privilegiada para quem procura tranquilidade... Tem rápido acesso a alguns bons restaurantes, ficando a 5 minutos de Artimino. E Gabriele se mostrou prestativo e solícito, prestando informações e nos atendendo prontamente.

L’environnement et la vue sont superbes, les extérieurs sont magnifiquement entretenus, l’endroit est parfaitement calme avec une vue et des paysage à couper le souffle. L’appartement est très confortable dans un style ancien rustique, de très haute qualité avec des meubles et des décorations de grande classe. Les lits sont très confortables. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la communication était facile. Pour accéder à ce superbe endroit, il vous faudra parcourir les deux derniers kilomètres, en cinq à six minutes, sur des routes étroites qui montent et qui nécessitent de la prudence. La maison est sur trois niveaux avec la cuisine au rez de chaussée et une belle terrasse privative au 1er étage qui bénéficie d’une vue superbe sur les monts toscans et sur la piscine en contrebas. La maison est très spacieuse.

בית חמוד,נקי מאוד, לא היה חסר לנו שום דבר. וכשהיה חסר,אלנה דאגה להשלים לנו. היינו חמישה,והיה לנו מעט צפוף בבית,אבל החצר הגדולה, המטופחת והיפהפיה,שנמצאת בתוך מטע זיתים,נתנה לנו מרחב גדול ונעים. הבריכה נעימה מאוד ומזמינה. אלנה היתה זמינה ועזרה בכל בקשה שלנו. האיזור מקסים ואפשר להנות בו מנופים טוסקניים ושקט. מרחק נסיעה של כשעה מפירנצה/ פיזה. אבל בחום של אוגוסט, הבנו שעדיף לנוח בבריכה, ולא להסתובב בערים במשך היום. ממליצים מאוד!

Alberto et son fils son super gentil et au petit soins . Nous avons adoré le logement ( il est encore mieux que sur les photos) . La piscine est grandiose. Nous avons passé une semaine avec notre fils de 15 mois et tout était très bien adapté a un bébé . Nous recommandons ce logement et nous reviendrons certainement

Carolina’s beautiful Villa and the Rose Cottage, where we stayed, are well kept and beautifully renovated. Reception was very nice and easy, and the location is splendid for those who like to get out of the busy Florence. The garden is beautiful in May! The bed was nice and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the Villa. Even though May offers warm weather, we did not get a dip in the nice pool. We got recommendations for two really good restaurants in the neighborhood that we visited - and we were not disappointed. On top of this, Carolina and her mother Monica were very nice and pleasant hosts. I would highly recommend a stay at Carolinas place!

Ankommen und sofort zuhause fühlen! Die Bilder können nur ansatzweise die Realität wiedergeben. Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, gute Betten, toller Pool (leider waren wir zum Baden zu früh dran) und ein atemberaubender Ausblick. Absolute Ruhe und trotzdem gut gelegen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der wunderschönen Villa, inmitten der Natur der Toskana. Gemma hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und über die Besonderheiten, des historischen Hauses informiert. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine stehen zur Verfügung. In der Küche gibt es genügend Utensilien um vernünftig zu kochen. Es gibt 4 Badezimmer, davon 2 mit duschen. Nicht luxuriös, aber hygienisch. Die Zimmer sind groß, generell ist das Haus sehr geräumig. Die Betten könnten erneuert werden, sind aber auch nicht schlecht. Mückennetze wären klasse, damit man in der besonders heißen Saison abends besser lüften kann. Der Pool ist gepflegt und bietet die perfekte Abkühlung. Die Aufenthaltsräume sind groß. Billardtisch und Pool haben uns viel Freude bereitet. Umgebung: Florenz, Sienna und Bologna sind mit dem Auto gut für einen Tagestrip erreichbar. Schöne, anspruchsvolle Wanderrouten sind in der Nähe. Die Bahia Bar ist einen Besuch Wert. Die Zeit verging schnell. Danke für die schöne Zeit!
