Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

We had a lovely holiday in Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery with lots of day trip options nearby. We added on a cooking class with Raimondo and Viola (Nada's daughter) and learnt so much. We will definitely be making fresh pasta from now on! The villa is well equipped, and nicely furnished.

Rossella's accommodation is comfortable, spacious, well structured and with everything you need. There were 6 of us and we had a great time, the rooms are very large, a nice garden that is very well maintained, as well as the fireplace and barbecue. We can certainly only recommend Rossella's place.

Filippo and Theresa were so sweet and accommodating. We had some travel delays and they went out of their way to accommodate. The house and land around it is spectacular. We were able to take lots of photos for senior pictures for our daughter and landscape photos. Overall it’s a beautiful place

Very well located apartment for visiting the Cinque Terre, Lerici and Porto Venere. The apartment is very comfortable, the host is very attentive and responds quickly. Access to the train station is appreciated but the road is a little dangerous for pedestrians.

OMG!!! The terrace view threw us on the floor!!! If we go back down one day, we clearly take the same place!! We recommend it to everyone! We loved it when we left the logememt there was the action with the shops and restaurants.:)

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Alessandro!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at MEA Casa! The house is stunning, and the surrounding views are simply breathtaking. Martin and Elena were incredibly welcoming and offered fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely unforgettable stay – the view alone is worth it! This penthouse is everything you dream of when you picture staying in Florence. The private terrace offers a panoramic view of the city—Duomo, Piazzale Michelangelo, the mountains—it’s all right there. We spent every morning and evening out there soaking it in. The apartment is beautifully designed and full of natural light. The living space is spacious and well-appointed, and the bedroom was incredibly comfortable and quiet, which made for great rest. The elevator was a nice bonus after long days of walking the city. Vittoria was a fantastic host—responsive, warm, and thoughtful. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the trip. Location-wise, it’s perfect. Just far enough from the tourist-heavy areas to feel peaceful, but still walkable to everything—Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, and the train station. Plus, the neighborhood has amazing little spots like Samambaia Café just aro

My family and I had a great stay! The apartment is near the center, a stone's throw from the Accademia Gallery, in an area where there are fewer tourists. It is a recently renovated apartment, well furnished, comfortable, clean and larger than what you see in the photos. There are all the necessary amenities for medium-long stays and Andrea, the host, was very hospitable and helpful. The small elevator is very useful, since the apartment is on the upper floors.

We loved our stay here. We bought the 2 day pass for unlimited train and Cinque Terre. It took us 10 minutes to walk to train station. Giulia gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. She gave us a lot of information as to how to get around and what to do around LA Spezia. We highly recommend this property. We were very comfortable here. thankyou Gilia

Apartment in a great location, a 3-minute walk to the beach and the bus stop. Very quiet area away from noise, a place with a very comfortable and large bed (not a sofa bed), a kitchen area with everything you need, a large and functional bathroom (it was just a few more hangers), an outdoor area with a view of the port of Venus. Garage below. Porto venere reachable comfortably on foot. Gentle owners, in a way, neat and available. A great location for a vacation.

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

Nice apartment with large patio including a barbecue, ocean views with sunrise. Garage with door available short walk away, somewhat tight but fits small/medium-sized vehicle. Walkable 10-15 minutes downhill to nearby restaurants and stores. Great host, readily available and helpful.

We had a great time at this beautiful place. The farm has several apartments, each with their own privacy. The pool was very clean and warm, there was shade available and a shower and toilet right next door. The apartment was as shown in the pictures, there was no air conditioning but it was very cool inside during the day. A few days before our arrival, Isabella sent us all the necessary information and it was her brother Piero who welcomed us very warmly upon arrival. The place was very clean, the kitchen well-equipped and towels were provided. There are many things to do and see in the area, we even had recommendations available. Overall we are really happy and would definitely recommend this place!

perfect house for quiet and relaxing stays. Close to the sea and with comfortable spaces to eat. Air conditioning in all rooms and reserved parking space. nearby there is a bike rental so you don't have to move by car. A few kilometers from the center of Castiglione. friendly and very helpful host, he gave us great tips on the surroundings and made sure everything went smoothly. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
