Vacation rentals with beach access in Tuscany

We had a lovely week in viareggio the apartment is lovely and in a great location, the host is very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic location for all the things we were looking for in a holiday, the Beach is a Stones through away, Railway Station within walking distance. Would highly recommend this Gem of an Apartment as a base for discovery.

Flora's place is perfectly as described, the parking space is very convenient and two minutes from the free beach! In addition, Flora is a very kind and very helpful person, she met us in everything. It was like being in your own home. Highly recommended.

Thank you, dear Sara, for providing your apartment. The apartment is very clean and has a fantastic location with direct beach access. The ceiling height is a bit low in the shower and in the bedrooms, but we are both quite tall. We were able to arrange it very well and for us it was not a problem. We all (including children 5 and 10 years) felt very comfortable and recommend the apartment 100%. Sara is very sweet and accommodating, thank you very much!

We stayed at Natalia's for the Easter weekend, 2 adults, a child and 2 golden-like dogs. The apartment was just the right size to accommodate us all. The large park where the condominium is located has allowed safe night walks for both us and the dogs. From the property you can walk to the super-equipped beach

i was at this house for the Elba trail with 2 friends. Very comfortable as a location, on foot a few minutes you are in the center and on the beach. The house has internal parking, and it is spacious and clean inside and with all the comforts. Ultra-equipped kitchen already including all condiments, coffee, sugar, tea, herbal teas. The same for the bathroom with soap and all the cleaning detergents. The host Serena and her mother Rita were perfect and very kind! Thank you, I hope to be back soon!!!!

We stayed a week, my partner, a 6-year-old girl and our 2 dogs...what can we say...we had a great time in all respects. Rossella, Francesco and the 2 children were very hospitable, friendly and never intrusive. Our place was clean and equipped with all possible amenities, including a spacious room, a kitchen complete with everything, even with a dishwasher and microwave, and a spacious bathroom. Sheets, towels, and even vacuum cleaners, clothesline, etc. Outside we had an area for exclusive use with table, chairs and umbrella. The view of the sea is fantastic and just go down stairs to get to the private beach of the villa where there is a terrace with lounge chairs and armchairs shared with other guests. If we return to the area, we will definitely always look for accommodation in Villa the hermite! Thank you so much 💖

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

5 stars does not do this place justice! This is a true slice of paradise. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and felt right at home from the very beginning. The views are exquisite. The peace is palpable. The host is so thoughtful and attentive to every small detail. It was like our very own resort from the moment the gate opened! There are so many amazing touches, I truly can’t say enough good things! The surroundings are so beautiful and easy to get to. We miss it already!

I stayed for 8 nights in early August with my son and immediately felt completely comfortable in the apartment where I found all the comfort and discretion I was looking for. The area is perfect. Just below the house are my bakeries and my favorite restaurants! The Conad is a stone's throw away and the market area right behind the house is beautiful to frequent in the morning with its pedestrian streets and all the shops. Gianmarco is a super kind and caring host. I'll definitely be back!

Everything worked out just fine. Location is great, close to the large, wide sandy beach. Approximately 10-minute walk to the center of Marina. Shopping and restaurant visits are easy without a car. Larger shopping centers/sights for alternative programs easily accessible by car. Apartment clean and well maintained, in a quiet residential area with plenty of green space within walking distance. Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! I can totally recommend. Beautiful and clean flat with a good kitchen to cook. Beach is very near and besutiful.
