Mrs. Monika, kind and welcoming, makes us feel immediately at ease by giving us her complete availability, we take advantage of it immediately and ask for a tour, which she shows very willingly, in which we are accompanied by 2 beautiful small dogs very polite, who also accompany us to take the tour, what to say different panoramic corners with sunbeds on the view, and the possibility of dining or having a romantic aperitif, it was very relaxing and we thank Mrs. Monika for the welcome

The apartment is just like the photos and the description. It's spacious, comfortable and has everything a traveler needs. It is in the Oltrarno neighborhood, which is very nice and quieter than downtown, which can be reached in 15 minutes at Ponte Vecchio. The arrival was impeccable, with precise instructions and at the right times. We would definitely go back to Maria Grazia's apartment again

The cottage is beautiful, we felt comfortable immediately. It had everything you needed to live. The surroundings are enchanting and quiet, perfect to recover from stress in everyday life. We will be happy to come back.

We have only been back a few hours after a week spent in this wooden accommodation and we already miss it. So much greenery, tranquility and simplicity. Super host, always available and present but never intrusive. Very prepared for advice on the place and above all a pleasant person to listen to. His dogs are very sweet and very polite, they collaborated a lot with our two pesky Pinschers. We did not miss anything, everything was perfect and certainly repeatable. We were very warmly welcomed by Valentino. He showed us the apartment and the entire property, with olive trees, grape vines and garden. The pool area was fantastically beautiful. The barking of the neighboring dogs is sometimes a little annoying. Depending on the wind. There is plenty to explore in the area. The village of Castagneto is a must-see and perfect for a delicious dinner or a glass of wine.

A great place to stay, very clean and a beautiful view close to the beach. The owner helped us so much with the check in and advices about the place. We had bikes given and we cant wait to come back again. Recommended

A very atmospheric place. A bit spartan, but that's part of its charm. There's a usable fireplace with a supply of wood. The surroundings of the cottage are comfortable and set up for relaxation. The host, Andrea, is very kind and helpful. The area is beautiful, with mountain views and opportunities for hiking. On the other hand, the beach is just a 20-minute drive away.

We had the best 4 nights and best experience at on our trip in Italy! The place is new and clean and almost clear entirely of any kind of insects which was very good considering it’s in the middle of some amazing farms and amazing area, also it’s so quiet all day which was fantastic to enjoy the experience. We had a private gate and parking which was spacious and a beautiful garden also, our visit here is really unforgettable, the communication is so smooth and fast and the attention to detail amazed me, it’s obvious the hosts really care about the visitors and about the place 👍 thanks Adriana & Dario 🙏🏻

Eleonora's place deserves more than 5 stars. The location is fantastic, a beautiful view of nature and very quiet. The place is very lovingly decorated, very, very clean and you have everything you need. The view from the bed is fantastic. Eleonora is an excellent host. She was there for me with tips and lots of recommendations. She showed me a lot during the week and her dinner was excellent. There is plenty to see in the area, lots of nature and beautiful small towns to explore. What I liked best is how my dog was welcomed. Eleonora is an absolute animal lover and we felt well taken care of. Those who want to experience vacation away from tourism and want to get to know the real Italian life are in good hands with Eleonora. The place is worth every penny ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great time at Alberto’s place. It was serene, peaceful and just what we needed for our long weekend getaway with our toddler and dog. The place was easy to find on the map and Alberto was very accommodating, responding ever so quickly. We would have stayed longer as we found it so peaceful in the nature and with the big garden, it was perfect for our dog and toddler to play and roam. Would highly recommend this place!

Dear Hosts, we were very satisfied with the accommodation, location and service. We were well taken care of and informed by Lella, the hostess. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The tranquility and privacy as well as the location are awesome. The place is absolutely clean, cozy and well equipped. Wonderful, private and enchanted location on the steep slope of the island. The amenities are rustic and simple. The pictures and description are an excellent representation of the situation. The high-quality screens keep animals and mosquitoes away. The view of the sea is indescribably beautiful. There are countless seating options in the garden and newly discovered views. A fantastic place and haven of peace.

The family who welcomed us was very helpful, the location is super. We spent days relaxing in the tranquility of the olive trees. Convenient location to reach both the north and south beaches of the island. Gentle and convivial people. Highly recommended!

This rustic cottage in Ponzo is super cute and in a peaceful, quiet location. Great location for access to Cinque Terre via La Spezia. We were arriving from Florence and our GPS struggled to keep up with directions while going through the series of tunnels around La Spezia and kept sending us in loops, so it pays to have your route to the home mapped out before arrival. We found good morning coffee at a cafe about 6 minutes drive away. Elisa is a thoughtful and generous host and has prepared the home with a well-stocked kitchen full of the essentials. There is also a helpful welcome folder full of great recommendations. We were four adults travelling together and so needed to use the loft. The ladder is quite high and I wouldn’t recommend going up to that area for a bigger person. Ponzo is a very sleepy village so if you want a quiet location and a cosy, homely environment in a pretty garden this place is for you. Thanks Elisa for hosting us :)

Had an incredibly nice stay with Fabio. Wonderful quiet accommodation in nature for those who really want to relax. Especially special were the many fireflies in the area, simply magical!

We stayed at Cherry Tree for 2 weeks, and had a nice time. The cottage is complete and comfortable. A unique place overlooking olive trees, cedars and agaves. A beautiful place to stay! It is nice that the cottage is completely on the ground floor, and that the grounds are easily accessible. We had some trouble finding the address because the address entered in both Google Maps and TomTom was not quite correct. The actual location is about 1 kilometer away. Alessandro has guided us by phone in English to find the right address. Alessandro and Maria Ida are warm, helpful and interested, and proud of their beautiful surroundings full of history. Communication was smooth, and Alessandro was easily accessible.

we absolutely loved our stay… just as described and more… close to Florence and other spots… what a view!!! Hopefully be back!

I spent a week with my little dog going to the beach in the morning and staying to sleep and read in the afternoon. Great that there's AC that saves the hottest hours. Beautiful garden and Livia and Stefania are super nice and helpful. I'll be happy to come back!

The decoration of the room and the building, with its charming little balcony, were wonderful. The design was thoughtful, featuring a small bathroom and a compact kitchen. I didn’t meet Cristina in person, and we didn’t communicate much, as my time in Florence was very short. It’s a lovely place to stay, though a bit small. There is a bus station very close to the building, making it convenient to reach the city center.
