Our house is a part of a stone farmhouse completely independent from the rest of the adjacent property. Arranged on three floors, on the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a large living room with fireplace, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a bathroom with window. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (2 +2 beds) with a bathroom with window. In the basement, at garden level, there is the kitchen and the dining room. From the kitchen you access the outside where you will find an area for outdoor dining with a large dining table under a pergola. You then go down towards the garden with barbecue area.

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

Casa Il Frantoio

Old oil mill completely renovated in green building in 2014 and transformed into a cozy rustic-style house with a private garden. Completely independent, in the historical center of the medieval village of Lugnano in Teverina (Umbria). You can walk to the village, which is served by a grocery store, restaurant, and bar.
