The house is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and very close to the beach, which facilitates access and avoids the need for a car, the neighborhood is super quiet and offers security. Fernando was always very helpful and proactive, gave us all the necessary information and gave full support to the family, even took us for a quick speedboat ride, Dal also played an important role in this support. The family is already looking forward to returning as soon as possible... it left us wanting more...

My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

Our stay at Lúcia's place could not have been better! We were 3 families with children and the house accommodated us perfectly. Ampla, comfortable, well-ventilated, beautiful view. Foot in the sand, with a very tasty lawn! Lucia always very kind and willing to solve any problem. Only compliments!

This place was absolutely perfect!!!! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures, with stunning views of the mountains and sea. The house is very comfortable, and having three en suite bathrooms for each room was great. It’s a 5 minute drive from the beach! Ana Maria was so helpful, responsive and kind, always communicating with us when we had a question. And we hired Giovana as a cook for the week, which was a great decision - she made delicious meals for us so we really could feel like we’re on vacation. 10/10 stay, I recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation, and I hope to visit again!!!

The house is very comfortable, close to the beach, in a very quiet condominium. The beach is excellent with calm sea and family atmosphere. Mariana was very attentive and made us comfortable in the house. Super recommend!!

I loved spending the extended holiday at Manoel's house, excellent house, super cozy. The en-suite rooms give much greater privacy when we share the house with more people. Spacious and very beautiful house. The condominium is easily accessible, super safe to leave the car outside the garage. Not to mention that it has access to the beach from inside the condominium itself. I love it and intend to come back more often. I thank Manoel and Zeca for the stay and reception, both super attentive and friendly. Best wishes, I'll be back more often.

The apartment is very spacious, has the basic items for kitchen, tank and barbecue. The environment was very clean and without the smell of mold. The air-conditioning works perfectly, the shower is excellent and double mattress is very soft. The apartment is very close to the beach, to go for a walk and stay in a less busy area but has no kiosk and has 24-hour security, or it is possible to drive to the nearest kiosk, which takes no more than 5 minutes. The staff that are in charge are very kind and helpful. It was great days.

We had a great stay in the Glaucia apartment in Maranduba. Easy to find the place, a quiet street, has a restaurant just around the corner, very close to the beach. The apto is very clean and organized, it is an apartment on the ground floor, but at no time do we miss privacy because the condominium is very quiet, another positive point is the silent condominium, we could sleep well. Glaucia was very attentive and always responded to us very quickly. I highly recommend the apto, both for the location, and for the care and care that Glaucia had with us during the stay. There is a garage space for 1 car. When we get back to Ubatuba, I'm sure I'll see the apt's availability to stay again.

Staying in this beach apartment was simply wonderful! The location is perfect, The space is well decorated, comfortable and extremely clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The play area and the garden was one of our favorite places. The well-equipped kitchen made it much easier to prepare quick meals. In addition, the host was extremely attentive and helpful, ensuring that we had a flawless experience. No doubt, a place we recommend and we want to return soon!

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures! The proximity of the beach and the local commerce is a point to highlight. Beach items, including toys, were very useful. A Mariana is very requests and responds quickly. The accommodation instructions are clear and easy. I intend to return soon!

The house is a grace, it has everything to cook, a fridge and a very good stove. i just wanted to highlight one thing,there are great fans there,but whoever is hot like us,we recommend taking more fans,because it's very hot. Noa mais,the location is good, wonderful pool,sir. Adilson very kind,we love and will be back soon.

The stay at Francesca's apartment was amazing. The apartment is very large and very well equipped. And the condominium is a show, with many leisure options and very safe. We had a great weekend and would love to come back one day!

I chose Mário's place to spend a few days relaxing and celebrating my daughter's one-year anniversary. The apartment is large and well equipped. The condominium has everything, it's very quiet and the neighbors are cordial. We love the pool, the game room, the kids space and also the well-equipped BBQ space. Besides all the condominium is very close to the beach, we don't need the car for anything. I miss breakfast with that sensational view.
