Paulo was a great host. It was totally punctual in relation to our arrival and answered all our doubts. The location is close to Itagua beach which is also close to the center. From a long walk there, but nothing that is exaggerated. I strongly recommend Paulo as a host.

Chalet in a safe condominium with spectacular views. They welcomed us late at night and super well because we had an unforeseen event with another accommodation and we were with family. Even the condominium doorman is super helpful. Communicative host and responds quickly, super attentive. The view is breathtaking. Great location. For those who are afraid of steep climbs or have mobility difficulties, it may not be interesting. It can be a place to sunbathe and has a shower for those who don't want to go to the beach.

Tahoma is an excellent host! I liked her a lot, extremely proactive and communicative, helped us with check-in and also with the checkout. We gave good beach tips in the region near Prumirim, tours, places to eat and buy food, and also the best times to avoid traffic due to the holiday. The cabin is very comfortable and clean. Very safe and close to the beach of prumirim, being possible to descend to the beach, a quiet environment to be able to rest from the stress of the big city.

It is a place of great location, comfortable beds, practically standing on the sand of Boraceia beach. The suggestion is to improve the internet as it is very slow (how work using a laptop got in the way) and in some chalets it did not connect. Apart from that all perfect. From the chalets to the reception of Dona Salete. I recommend it!

This is our second time staying at Sandra's cottages, and once again, it was a great experience. The chalets are super comfortable, cozy and have everything you need to cook. Sandra is extremely friendly and always available to ask any questions. The neighborhood is very quiet, with markets, pizzerias and the Itamambuca beach very close by, allowing you to walk smoothly. We will definitely be back again and we recommend it to all our friends and family! 🫶🏻✨

We love the days of carnival that we spent at De! 's chalet The chalet is very complete and has everything to have days of peace. It is in front of the beach, in a very quiet “village” with other chalets. The beach is large, calm sea and many kiosk and sightseeing options. We indicate a lot, especially for those looking for quiet days close to nature.

Beautiful, clean and new place. It's just like the pictures. I was very well received, I recommend to everyone who wanted to spend a few days in Cunha and enjoy nature. Cristiane and Daniel are great hosts!

The place is simply a paradise, the backyard is the star of Airbnb, I took my two dogs and they loved it very much! We went during the week and the beach was very quiet, a real peace. The house is exactly like in the photos, it met all the necessities, has all the utensils necessary for stay. I believe that the only thing that left to be desired was the pressure of the bathroom water, it is very weak, it practically does not come out of the shower and faucet of the sink, which makes it difficult to take a bath post beach and wash your hair, so I suggest the owners make an adjustment in relation to this because it is a very important point, I believe that it is water from the box and because it is low the pressure is very low, because the other water exits of the house such as external shower and taps are great.

** I highly⭐ recommend the cottage by the dam! ⭐** Our stay was simply wonderful! The cottage is even more charming in person, with a cozy atmosphere and a stunning view of the dam. We love diving into the refreshing waters and taking leisurely strolls around the surroundings – the nature there is breathtaking! What made our experience even more special was the attention and care of Bruno and Fernanda. They were extremely helpful, always ready to help and make sure everything was perfect for us. This hospitality makes all the difference! Without a doubt, we would return and recommend this little corner of paradise to everyone seeking a connection with nature and a quiet place to recharge. Awesome place! Chalé and far from the beach, and have considerable climb, put the view and isolation and rewarded !

We spent 4 quiet days and lots of peace in the chalet. We got a beautiful breakfast basket with organic fruits and free-range egg straight from the countryside. Chalet equipped with a heater that gave the entire chalet, household utensils and everything we need to live comfortably. Cris and Daniel are a total friend, they gave us all the support in case we needed something and didn't miss anything. the internet of the chalet is great for work, the bathroom has several souvenirs and upon arrival we still get champagne. For those who like the cold, it's the place to be! They left a fire pit for us to light on the starry night of Cunha, with an option for wine available in the chalet. We'll definitely be back, everything was wonderful!

Pousada Lumiar is a piece of Paraiso, exuberant nature, total peace, the best place to recharge, the desire to stay there forever, simplicity, good taste, rustic charm, everything good we've been , back and we'll be back whenever you can

The stay was wonderful!!! Great location, very close to the beach. Very clean and organized place. Chef Pimenta was very helpful and kind to us. We will come back more often for sure!!!

The stay was wonderful! Really one of the cleanest places we've ever been to. The house is very well equipped, the kitchen is great and spacious with very good utensils! The house is isolated and on the waterfront, perfect for those looking for tranquility. Sleeping listening to the waves of the sea was certainly one of the highlights of the stay. The location is not so easily accessible, but Antonio helped us a lot with transportation, very sweet and attentive, as was Maria! The only point is that to get to the beach you need to cross a river, and when the tide rises the crossing becomes very difficult, mainly because of the stones. My boyfriend ended up getting hurt, so stay tuned! It has a great option for crossing the bridge, taking around 10 minutes on foot; also very accessible and close.

We had a perfect stay, the cottage is amazing! Sleeping listening to the waves and having a beautiful view of the sea was surreal. Hosts were receptive, we had indications of places in the region and they made us very comfortable. We recommend it and want to return when possible.

The location is exactly as shown in the photos and description, I really liked it, I felt super comfortable, quiet and safe place, good for those looking for peace and tranquility, Mr. Roberto Mayara always asks, the beach is a few meters from the chalet, there are some attractions and restaurants, I had complete freedom to have my meals in the shared kitchen, the place is a good peace for those with small or elderly children. It was very good. I'll be back for sure.

What an amazing place! We loved the architecture of the place, really unique, beautiful and practical. Fresh air coming through the windows, like a natural AC. The view is just crazy, waking up in the morning, watching the sunset from bed. Claudia was really helpful as well. We loved our stay, thank you!

Chalé cozy with a privileged view! For those looking for a quiet place in the midst of nature, it is perfect! It has a steep staircase to get to the chalet, it has to have kkkk layout but it's worth it! I intend to go back!
