Majô's house is located just a 5-minute walk to Jabaquara Beach and a 25-minute walk to the historic center, making it possible to feel the tranquility of staying on the coast, without being far from the hustle and bustle of the center. In the neighborhood, there is a bakery and small markets. The beach is mangrove, the cradle of marine life, and so it has shallow and calm waters, offering the perfect conditions for stand up and kayaking. There are several kiosks where you can have lunch, dinner and drinks with your feet in the sand.

This brand new house sits high above the trees inside the Aldeia Rizoma eco village, a gated property 15 minutes away from the city historical center. The property offers a jungle gym, sauna (paid as an extra), private trails and access to 5 private waterfalls. The one bedroom studio has a king size bed built high so you can watch the forrest from it. It offers a private hot tube and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an extra bed that can be used for a third person with an extra fee per night

House number 03 is in a condominium with 4 houses (Recanto do Jabaquara). It's a 15-minute walk to the beach. We offer bed linens, blankets, towels (all very clean), toilet paper and soap. We do not replace toilet paper. Air-conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedrooms, closets, mirrors, blackout curtains and sofa bed. Kitchen equipped with utensils, parking space for 1 car in the garage, barbecue and shower. A small laundry room with a washing machine. We give very nice tips about the city.
