Gustavo was extremely attentive, the instructions were great and accurate. The accommodation was very good, the structure and care were amazing, the place is great. I will certainly return.

I was looking for a special place to surprise my husband on his 60th birthday. And I couldn't have found a better place than Darius' house on Ilha Comprida. What an amazing place! The house is a delight, super equipped, the gardens well cared for, we can see how much love is put into every little piece of that place. And being there in isolation, just you and the sea, there are no words. The staff was super attentive, helped us carry our things on our arrival (and we brought a lot of food), Ninha came from far away just to prepare our breakfast. My oldest son was happy to find all the necessary structure to make the Neapolitan pizzas he makes so well. We were with our two children, a friend and a Norwegian couple, all of whom were extremely satisfied. We'll be back for sure!

I can assure you that it has become our SPECIAL CORNER!! Second time we've been in the house and we'll definitely be back many more times. Communication is the strong point, both with the owner Daniel and with the couple of homemakers (Solange and Leandro). Everyone is very attentive !! About the place... oh we love this little piece of paradise, it's exactly like in the pictures, a lot of green area, lots of birds, contact with nature. Only venham :)

Our stay was simply amazing! The house is beautiful, super organized, clean and equipped with absolutely everything you may need — from kitchen utensils to small details that make all the difference. The location is excellent, a few meters from the beach and in a super quiet area. We were received with great attention by Mr. Paulo and Mrs. Adelaide, Fabiola's parents, who introduced us to the house, gave us all the tips and made us feel at home from the first moment. During the stay, we count on the help of Neide, who went to the house each morning to help us with the cleaning. Always very friendly and efficient, left everything impeccable — a sure indication of Fabiola, which we also recommend! And the view… what a wonderful view! A real getaway to rest, recharge and enjoy good times with family and friends. No doubt, a place to come back many and many times. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Good house, beautiful and in a quiet place. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. We were at 6 and on the dining table there are only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some cooking utensils such as cups of tea. Because they had 2 children in the group and in the holiday mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the floor of the room and supporting the plate on the coffee table. It was not a surprise as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it could be an important point. We can't use the jacuzzi because it takes a long time to warm up and can't start with the house's electric shower as the di-junctor falls. When we came back from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and take the sand out of the body before entering the jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on for a long enough heat. With the cold water, no one entered, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to correct this.

The location of the condominium is easy to find and the reception staff was well educated. The accommodation is spacious for a couple, highlighting the comfort of the living room, the very large bathroom with a great shower and the pleasant balcony overlooking the forest, great for relaxing. We are surprised by the proximity of the beach, it really is a few meters until you put your foot in the sand. The host was always very helpful and attentive, responding to us with speed and education. We love our stay. If possible, we will return.

The stay was excellent. The house is very comfortable, just as seen in the photos. There were 9 of us and we all fit in comfortably. The kitchen integrated with the outside is the best part of everything, an incredible atmosphere was created to be all together at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Claudia was very kind at all times, she responded to me super fast. Check-in and check-out were very simple. The jacuzzi and pool were amazing. The house is 50 meters from Itamambuca beach, you can walk there.

The house has a bathroom and air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, this was a very positive differential, not to mention that the corner of the warrior is top for those who enjoy a good barbecue. Very cozy house in a safe, quiet and beautiful condominium! The house is close to the beach of Mococa, beach with kiosk and very quiet. The house is very well equipped with everything for the kitchen, and everything clean. I thank Vânia, always available and attentive to answer any questions we had.

Our stay at the house was great, a quiet family weekend. The house is spacious, bigger than it appeared to us in the photos. The condominium is quiet. We walked to the beach every day, the pedestrian bridge that leads to a quick trail that goes out on the beach was the sensation of the walk for the kids. Ana Paula and her mother who lives next door and takes care of the house were super helpful

We spent the extended holiday at Sítio Recanto Fonte Viva and it was just amazing! The place is beautiful, super well taken care of, the pool is wonderful and the surrounding nature climate makes everything even better to relax. But what made all the difference was the homegoers, Viviane and Andrews. The village is too good, super receptive and always willing to help with anything we need. They gave several tips and made us super comfortable at all times. Sure is a place I recommend with my eyes closed and I want to return soon!

The house is very good, comfortable, airy, spacious, furniture and new utensils, safe. The home town is considerate and, although living in the common space of the house, is super discreet, it does not hinder privacy at all. The ONLY downside is the fact of not having air conditioning, as it was missed saw!! It has fans in every room, but it does not resolve when it is hot, especially to sleep the air is missing. The house is great and with air conditioning installation will be PERFECT!!

The stay at Francesca's apartment was amazing. The apartment is very large and very well equipped. And the condominium is a show, with many leisure options and very safe. We had a great weekend and would love to come back one day!

I definitely recommend it . Amazing house. Beach is good for those He enjoys tranquility and super safe for children . Few vendors and no kiosk , this preserves the site . We even forgot we were at the carnival . The worka Laura that we hired was amazing . A bare cook and extremely educated person. Kite helped us too much and we recommend it. We'll be back for sure .
