The chalet is beautiful, the condominium is very good, it has two swimming pools, tennis courts. To get to the beach, just cross the street. The host is very proactive. It was a very peaceful trip.

The farm stay is an invitation to disconnect and enjoy the tranquility. The surroundings are beautiful, with each window open offering a breath of nature. We spent hours watching the birds, there are a lot of toucans, hummingbirds and parakeets. And despite the countryside feel, the trip to the center takes no more than 10 minutes. Daniel and Solange are very helpful and welcoming. I've even received a birthday present (thank you again). The pool is lit up almost all day. The house is well equipped, we cook every day. The house is very spacious, good for children.

The location is great, it offers tips on places to visit and everything! The apartment is also very comfortable, a single suggestion would be to have a door there at the entrance where the hydro bath is, both for privacy (because it is open to the garage, when due to the mosquito there is a lot!) but it is normal because it is a coastal city, in the whole city there is! If the environment had a door it would be easier to control this. Apart from this tip everything perfect, we will return

Good house, beautiful and in a quiet place. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. We were at 6 and on the dining table there are only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some cooking utensils such as cups of tea. Because they had 2 children in the group and in the holiday mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the floor of the room and supporting the plate on the coffee table. It was not a surprise as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it could be an important point. We can't use the jacuzzi because it takes a long time to warm up and can't start with the house's electric shower as the di-junctor falls. When we came back from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and take the sand out of the body before entering the jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on for a long enough heat. With the cold water, no one entered, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to correct this.

Our place was wonderful. Super attentive and helpful Neide. Check in and check out super quiet. The apartment is very clean, organized, basic utensils, close to the beach and supermarkets. Very good leisure area in the condominium, with access to a swimming pool, park and ice maker. We are already planning to return and referring to friends.

We went as two couples and our dogs. We arrived at the location very easily with the guidance provided. The house is delightful and the fence was enough to keep our pets from running away! We love and highly recommend.

Very beautiful and quiet place. Even though it took a few closed days, it was still possible to enjoy the place with that wonderful view. I recommend it and I'll be back soon.

We love the house! Very airy and organized! The view is wonderful! The beach is beautiful and calm, great for those who have a small child. The place is safe and very quiet, family environment, good for rest and for those who seek more privacy. The kitchen is complete and has a supermarket nearby, where we find all the items on our list. Extremely clean and organized house, clean and smelling linens. The house is very quiet and safe, great space to enjoy with family and friends. Carlos received us very well, he always answered us quickly and helped us when we had problems with the wifi. The only suggestion is in relation to the entrance, because there is a lot of bush/plant at the entrance it is difficult to access the house, especially with children and the elderly, there are some loose stones at the entrance, which ends up being dangerous in the part of the night when you can not see right.

Great place, as described. Very close to everything, pharmacy, bakery and supermarket. It's really worth it! We intend to return!

We spent wonderful days at Sylvia's house! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super equipped, privileged location. We were not lucky with the weather, but even so, due to the structure of the house, we were able to enjoy it a lot! Special thanks to Ze Bolacha and Camila for all the hospitality and help on the days we were at the house. We will definitely be coming back!

Joana is a super host! The house, in addition to being super well located, still has an “my home” feel. My son made a point of leaving a message in the guestbook. When we arrived, the house was impeccably clean. In addition, we enjoyed brand new beach umbrellas and beach chairs. All the messages I sent were promptly answered, from before we entered the house to after we left. For those who want a nice house on a perfect beach for children and very quiet, I recommend Joana's house.

The place is exactly like in the photos — super clean, well cared for and very welcoming. The location is great, perfect for resting and enjoying the surrounding nature. The house is spacious with comfortable rooms and a wonderful outdoor area to relax. The kitchen is well equipped, which made it much easier at meal times. Also, the host was super attentive and helpful, always available to help with any questions.

We spent the extended holiday at Sítio Recanto Fonte Viva and it was just amazing! The place is beautiful, super well taken care of, the pool is wonderful and the surrounding nature climate makes everything even better to relax. But what made all the difference was the homegoers, Viviane and Andrews. The village is too good, super receptive and always willing to help with anything we need. They gave several tips and made us super comfortable at all times. Sure is a place I recommend with my eyes closed and I want to return soon!

Ja had gone other times to ubatuba, however this time was perfect, the house near the waterfall that no doubt and my favorite place, so without a doubt I will return as soon as possible, 5 star place

The house is very good, comfortable, airy, spacious, furniture and new utensils, safe. The home town is considerate and, although living in the common space of the house, is super discreet, it does not hinder privacy at all. The ONLY downside is the fact of not having air conditioning, as it was missed saw!! It has fans in every room, but it does not resolve when it is hot, especially to sleep the air is missing. The house is great and with air conditioning installation will be PERFECT!!

We even forgot we were at the carnival . The worka Laura that we hired was amazing . A bare cook and extremely educated person. Kite helped us too much and we recommend it. We'll be back for sure .
