The house is very complete. It has a sandwich maker, blender, mixer, oven, plenty of pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, all impeccable. The house was extremely clean. The only problem is the insects; mosquitoes and gnats actively participate in the stay with you. But nothing that a body repellent and some in the environment can't solve. The nearest beach is Mococa, very quiet on weekdays and on weekends it is worth considering leaving the car in the condominium and walking. Note 10. We hope to return more often.

The house is extremely clean and comfortable. It matches the photos listed. Mr. Mario was extremely kind and helpful to us. Dona Joana was very polite and helpful too. Although they live in the back, we felt at home, and at no time did it bother us or take away our privacy. The pool is wonderful! We were not lucky with the weather and could only go to the beach for 2 days, but we made good use of the space with the children. In general, I definitely recommend it!

Me and my family love the weekend we spent at Elba's house! The house is great, well equipped, had everything we needed. The house is in a great condominium, surrounded by a lot of green area. There is a little river on the street of the house that is a delight and the more the front has a trail to reach a waterfall. Elba always very helpful, responded quickly and with a lot of education. The beach near the house is delicious, not very crowded and is very clean. Everyone loved the stay, we want to come back soon ❤️

The little house is great. Those were wonderful days. Lots of sunshine! I, my wife and 2 pets feel well accommodated and at home! Claudio and Elaine are very attentive and helpful. I will train ping-pong a lot for the next time to challenge Claudio. Elaine helped us buy an eye drops that were not in the pharmacies in the region. The villa accommodations are great everything complies with the photos of the listing. The TV also worked perfectly, allowing me to watch the victory of my Flamengo!!! The Lagoinha beach is excellent (calm and with hot water!) and the access is inside the Condominium (very beautiful and safe place). Chairs and beach tent, we use those of the Kiosk of Mauritius (courtesy with consumption... No minimum amount of consumption!). Our sincere thanks to the friendly hosts... I loved spending the extended holiday at Manoel's house, excellent house, super cozy. The en-suite rooms give much greater privacy when we share the house with more people. Spacious and very beautiful house. The condominium is easily accessible, super safe to leave the car outside the garage. Not to mention that it has access to the beach from inside the condominium itself. I love it and intend to come back more often.
