The housekeeper was super helpful, helped us with all the doubts we had, he was always watching the pool and hydro. in the morning worried about sweeping the yard, for the night before it ventured a lot and flew a lot of leaves. The place is excellent, I had some problems with the location of the waze only, but nothing too serious, the nameplates helped a lot.

The farm stay is an invitation to disconnect and enjoy the tranquility. The surroundings are beautiful, with each window open offering a breath of nature. We spent hours watching the birds, there are a lot of toucans, hummingbirds and parakeets. And despite the countryside feel, the trip to the center takes no more than 10 minutes. Daniel and Solange are very helpful and welcoming. I've even received a birthday present (thank you again). The pool is lit up almost all day. The house is well equipped, we cook every day. The house is very spacious, good for children.

The family went to accompany and support a l’etap corridor. We found everything very clean and organized. We were very well received by Joelma and Marcelo, who explained all the operation of the house. Large space and we were well accommodated, 7 people and 3 pets, we took advantage of the company one of the others using a lot of kitchens to make our meals together, and it has a beautiful corner of wood stove… we use the table from the balcony for breakfast with a Linda view and the balcony table for dinner and lunch. The stay was great. We were greeted with a table set - with cake and bread, the house super organized and clean, and it was all according to the description and photos. Sanmya has been communicable all the time, sent us clear instructions and tips. I highly recommend it!

We loved the space, the house was clean, organized and has everything we need available as advertised. Now talking about Nilton and his wife is easy because they are sensational people, really good, polite, who welcomed us very well, we felt at home, the scenery and the house are really beautiful and it is very worthwhile, we will return more often for sure!!

Everything was perfect! From the first contact to checkout, everything worked like clockwork. Rogério was always very helpful and accessible. More hosts could be like him. The space is amazing, very well built, bright and cozy, with unique architecture. The place was spotlessly clean. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. I work with IT and was able to work quietly from there. We had very peaceful and quiet days there. With more than 40 experiences on Airbnb, this was certainly one of the most memorable and I will certainly not only return but want to stay in Rogério's other spaces. And by the way, there are two other houses on the grounds, but it doesn't impact privacy. I'm very annoyed about this, and even with guests in other houses, I haven't seen or heard anyone. The space is totally private! 10/10

It was an excellent weekend! The house is beautiful and very well-equipped, it accommodated the family perfectly. The owners of the house are very friendly and helpful, we had great communication. It is a place further away from the center, in a beautiful and preserved place. Although distant, it was easy to get to the center with an ordinary car. We have no complaints!

The stay at Rodrigo's place was exceptional! From the reception with coffee, bread and cake, to the impeccable cleanliness and organization of the environment. The house offers soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, towels and mineral water, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with quality utensils. The rooms are comfortable, with air-conditioning, and the common areas have fans and various entertainment options. We traveled with two medium-sized dogs who felt at home; although the Jacuzzi was off-limits for them, we brought a mini pool so they could have fun. My parents were delighted with everything! Check-in and check-out were flexible, and the care with which the house is maintained, especially by the person responsible for cleaning, is evident. Sanmya and Rodrigo are exceptional hosts. I recommend this accommodation; it's worth every penny. The listing description does not do justice to the excellence of the accommodation. The amount charged is more than fair for the experience.

Special place for those who like quiet and nature, sleeping with the sound of rain, waterfalls, frogs and fireflies. Hosts Francisco and Joana serve very well, are very helpful and give several tips. Unfortunately, it rained most days and for that reason we could not enjoy everything, we did not go to the waterfall. They have a female dog and a kitten, both very gentle. I took my puppy and he loved walking around the surroundings. We went to 2 nearby villages, São Luiz and Catuçaba, good to visit and get to know the historical points. From there to Ubatuba, take the rural road and then go down the Serra (I found it easy, but very curvy, traffic in the rain is dangerous), it is not worth going to the beaches at the end of the year, but people from Minas Gerais already know how it is, even in the rain you want to see the sea up close. One point to improve would be the internet, which loses the signal all the time. I'd come back again, but outside the rainy season. Thank you.

We love Giulia's house surrounded by nature. It really is a place to rest your mind and renew your energies. The house is large and very comfortable. We saw several birds and a couple of d***s. It was worth it. We'll be back for sure.

Great house, fresh, very airy. Equipped with all the necessary items. The beds are good and new air conditioning in all rooms. Beach and condominium are very quiet. We spent wonderful days there and plan to come back. Mirian the always very kind host, she gave us all the necessary information, with great tips as well. Our stay was great! The house is exactly as advertised, and very cozy. Plenty of vegetation and fruit trees, all very pleasant. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing, and accommodates a family very well. It's not that close to the highway, but for me it wasn't a problem because I already imagined the distance because it was a farm, for my family it was really worth it! The environment has 2 lakes for fishing, and it was a great experience. The hosts are very attentive and kind, we were super well received and we recommend the place. 💚

The stay at Raquel's house was exceptional. First of all, I would like to point out that the property is very well equipped, with household appliances, air-conditioning units and comfortable beds, in addition to being spacious and located in Praia Dura.
