Wonderful stay in front of the beach, several shops around, clean and well-organized apartment. My family and I loved it.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing photos. I had an extremely hot weekend and the fans were the salvation! Everything is perfect for those who need a quiet and pleasant stay. I need to highlight, without a doubt, the decoration that has the touch of being well welcomed in a cozy home. Besides the pleasure of watching the sunrise every morning. All windows have amazing views.

From the beginning, very attentive and very caring. The apê is cozy and very well cared for and clean. Everything is extremely new, wonderful location. It accommodated 5 people comfortably with the air-conditioning in both rooms. Super volt would and hope to return soon ;)

We loved our stay, the neighborhood is super quiet and with great restaurants inside the condominium itself, with easy access to the beach, very close. The apartment was clean, we were very well taken care of by Marisa. We'll be back more often!!

I really liked it! The beach is across the street, just cross over. The apartment has a private parking space, and it even looks like a little house, as the apartment is on the ground floor and is separated from the building. There are no stairs, so it's safer for the elderly, children or the physically disabled. It has a very nice area with a barbecue, table and chairs. The showers are wonderful. The pots and pans look new. There are many walks nearby. I intend to return for sure. Thanks again to host Cecilia for her proactivity ❤️

It is a super comfortable and very well-equipped apartment in an ideal location to get to know the nearby beaches of Ubatuba and Caraguatatuba. If we return to the region, we would not hesitate to return.

The house is exactly as in the ad, all the information is missing that there are no bars or restaurants very close to the beach, we had to walk a little to eat a shrimp. Daniela was very solicited and gave some tips and suggestions that helped a lot. The house has a lot of things that help a lot in everyday life, such as kitchen utensils, table, bed, beach and even some children's toys and games. There is a small orchard in the background and a laundry room that is very useful. It was clean and organized and everyone was well accommodated. For those looking for a quiet beach the place is great. It also lacks information that the staircase for access to the beach can be difficult for older people or with physical morbidities. But in general, everyone liked it very much and we will definitely be back soon.

To sum it in just one word was spectacular the house was fully prepared to welcome guests the photos are exactly like the house the location is privileged from the beach and very close to the whole trade the lady Alice who is responsible for welcoming the guests is of unique attention treated us as children without a doubt was the best hosting I ever made on Airbnb. I will return whenever possible.

Our stay at Lúcia's place could not have been better! We were 3 families with children and the house accommodated us perfectly. Ampla, comfortable, well-ventilated, beautiful view. Foot in the sand, with a very tasty lawn! Lucia always very kind and willing to solve any problem. Only compliments!

We had a great stay in the house, Izilda was very kind and attentive, which made the experience even better! The house is really super complete and the view is a great differential. The place is very quiet, perfect for those who want to relax and have contact with nature. The surrounding beaches are beautiful and the host offers tour tips that make the stay even more unforgettable. I definitely recommend!

This place was absolutely perfect!!!! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures, with stunning views of the mountains and sea. The house is very comfortable, and having three en suite bathrooms for each room was great. It’s a 5 minute drive from the beach! Ana Maria was so helpful, responsive and kind, always communicating with us when we had a question. And we hired Giovana as a cook for the week, which was a great decision - she made delicious meals for us so we really could feel like we’re on vacation. 10/10 stay, I recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation, and I hope to visit again!!!

Great hostess, answered all questions and was very helpful. The house is spacious, cozy and has a beautiful view! The pool has a good depth and requires care for those who cannot swim, especially if you have children, you have to keep an eye on them! I was able to watch the sunset and besides being wonderful, the experience was very invigorating. The residence is complete and did not leave us wanting anything! Great location and very close to Mocóca beach, which we thought was very good, I thought that black sand was sensational lol, it's beautiful and looks like glitter it shines so much lol. The sea is calm and we were able to enjoy it a lot with the children. I highly recommend the stay and thank you very much for having this experience.

Very nice place close to several restaurants... At night we did everything on foot. The apartment is great, the mattresses had covers and are very comfortable!

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, neat, super safe and convenient to get in and out by car at any time. Very warm heated pool, wet and dry sauna, jacuzzi, gym and more... In addition, the beach in front is also very nice, especially for surfing. Everyone was very attentive, and the destination was beautiful in every way, I will definitely come back.

The condominium itself is already worth a lot, a game room, swimming pools, courts and even bathrooms. The house meets basic needs, better if you are a couple, there were four of us and we were a little without privacy because the rooms are “open” such as the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Everything is well organized and clean, lots of kitchen utensils, well equipped, it has a beautiful view, they were attentive the whole time. To get to the house number it is necessary to climb around 86 steps, it didn't bother us at all, but for those with elderly companions it is a point to consider!!!
