Sincerely, Bruno's apartment is the best in Arraial. The photos are not a reference to how cute , large, and comfortable the apartment is. The location is excellent, the sunset falls in front of you every day as if you had the best location in the cinema . I highly recommend it!!! See you next time Bruno!!!

The house and the place are magical. Graziela is the best possible host. Couldn't have wished. We regret and apologize for not being able to make everything as clean and organized as we usually do, but a mishap on the penultimate day made us change the plans of the last one, and to enjoy it a little bit more, we left without organizing everything as we always try to do make. We want to come back often.

Sergio is an excellent host, always available and with good recommendations. The apartment is much better than the photos, large and spacious. We used all the facilities and felt very comfortable. The location is perfect, we used a car and the parking was very useful, but even walking you are close to everything you need for your stay, which was amazing.

The building is exactly what appears in the photos and the look of the waterfront is beautiful! Very well-equipped apto, good quality towels and bed linens, optimum cleaning, excellent and super quiet air conditioning. Rodrigo was very attentive throughout the booking process and the reception by Thaís was great! In addition to being friendly and attentive, it was very proactive and gave us great tips for restaurants, bars, beaches and walks.! The Verano bar/restaurant next to the property offers a good beach stand with chairs, sun umbrellas and tasty snacks. Amamos João Pessoa and especially the beach of Areia Dourada. We hope to come back again :) Thanks Rodrigo and Thais for your great stay 😊

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will return.

I would come back every time, the house next door surrounded by palm trees is a paradise. You can really enjoy the outdoor space to spend time and share. The house is beautiful and super-equipped, with things for both the kitchen and the beach. Flavia was super attentive and sent us a lot of useful information! Very grateful and we will certainly come back!
