When we arrived at the apartment there was a chocolate for each one, it is a care and affection for the customer, we certainly intend to return. The parking was perfect, as much as it is private, it was very easy because it is attached to the building. In addition to all these qualities, the pool was what we liked the most, it is heated and huge, very good for relaxing. Everything was perfect.

Mauro was very attentive and kind to communication and doubts. The apartment is comfortable and has the vast majority of the things we needed. Very clean and organized. The building has a heated pool, quite pleasant after a long day of the beach. The sauna was also clean and easy to use. I recommend staying at Mauro's place.

Our stay was wonderful, we enjoyed too much. We already knew Mairiporã, we took the opportunity to practice Wake in the dam, but the real highlight of this trip was home. It is truly impeccable. In addition to much comfort and many amenities, the view is beautiful and the feeling of being in the midst of nature is unique. Margarete has been an exceptional host since our arrival, taking all the questions and always at your disposal. I will return at another opportunity for sure. ps.: the cinema surprised TOO MUCH and we spent a lot of time there.

Alex's stay in the townhouse was simply wonderful! Me, my husband and our two four-legged children love it! Outside that is close to everything, being possible to visit several tourist sites on foot, also making it possible to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Gramado. Excellent apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with swimming pool, court, playground and a shopping mall just below that offered convenience options, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast food restaurants. Close to the subway and easy to get around the region. I recommend it!

The condominium has a lot to do, but there is a lack of attention on the issue of light, it rained a little bit the light is over. Stripping this detail was all very nice.

The apartment is the same was announced and the condominium contemplates everything necessary to meet the stay if you do not stroll through the city one of the days. As it is located in the Olympic Park, it is a bit far away but to use transportation it is quiet as there are nearby BRT stations leading to the subway. The hostess was requested and served us with education and everything else. I recommend airbnb, even more for shows at Farmasi Arena.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Everything there for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very good; the washing machine had broken down previously and they organsied to have our clothing washed by an external laundry 👍 Location is very good, close to the beach, cafés, restaurantes and bakeries.
