The Grappolo has an amazing view, inspired by the old European villages. Stone walls, wood, furniture, books, decoration and objects from the family collection. A living room with a fireplace divides the space with the equipped kitchen. The look of the room continues to be wonderful with the door to the deck. Our desire is to share the experience in this very special place, providing reconnection with nature, the sound of birds, pure air from the top of the mountain, infinite shades of green and blue, tranquility and silence.

Casa Mugango is in Cunha, in the Campos Novos district, about 25 km from the center, with 19 km of paved roads. It is located inside Cabanha Bocaina, a rural site. It is a refuge from the hustle and bustle, a calm environment with the proximity of Nature and country life. The house is surrounded by fragments of forest. Wild animals, insects, spiders and toads can be found, even with periodic fumigations. During the rainy season, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle. I do transfers at no cost, to be agreed upon!

The route runs through our region, which is surrounded by mountains, and we pass by buffaloes and rivers.

Spacious house, on the edge of the dam, in a gated community with only 28 lots. A project carried out by Ambienta Arquitetura (prestigious by the magazine Arquitetura e Construção and others) with 3,900 m2 of land, 516m2 built, a standard pool, and a smaller heated pool (electric heater), trampoline, slackline, kayak, stand up paddle and barbecue. 5 suites (all with air conditioning) and another toilet. Opened in December 2023, Rancho Mirante da Serra brings together comfort, nature and sophistication in a privileged location, about 6 km from the city center. Hydromassage with chromotherapy, a solar-heated swimming pool and a fire pit are some of the winter attractions! The heated pool depends on weather conditions and the use of the thermal cover, making it pleasant for swimming. Our space is perched on a mountain top, overlooking nature.
