Our stay in Ubatuba was wonderful! The apartment perfectly suited our needs, even though it was a group of 8 people – we were able to adjust well and we felt comfortable. A special highlight for the details that make a difference: the chairs and parasol available for the beach were a maximum! This made it very easy for us to go to the beach. The host was super solicitation, helpful and made everything even easier. Without a doubt, we recommend and would come back again! Simple Accommodation, quiet place, there was no noise after the time established in the condominium, it is in a busy street, the difference is the pool of the condominium, it has a private barbecue, it is on the ground floor next to the pool, I liked it a lot, I was three comfortable days.

My stay with the family was perfect! Cozy, clean and organized place, as in the listing. We had all the support from Vinicius/Elaine, in addition to flexibility in check-in and check-out, they were great with us, we have to thank them for everything. We'll be back more often, for sure.

The apartment is excellent, it has a good location in the condominium. The host always responded quickly to communications. The barbecue inside the apartment is great, it doesn't leave smoke. I'll be back for sure.

Wonderful stay, very good home, helpful host, always responding very fast. Very good condominium too, only point is that it is well away from the center, 1h without traffic.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: very clean, with sufficient kitchen utensils and a pleasant atmosphere. The access street really leaves something to be desired, but since the beach is close, it's best to leave the car in the garage and walk. Apartamento was very clean and well organized, all working, coffee maker, blender, microwave, fridge, Air Fryer washing machine. When we opened the Windows it was very well ventilated and cool the environment. Local no clutter, very cilencioso, patio where the cars are well cleaned. Before entering the apartment for those who want to use it, there is a shower to take sand after coming from Praia. super recommend it.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures! The proximity of the beach and the local commerce is a point to highlight. Beach items, including toys, were very useful. A Mariana is very requests and responds quickly. The accommodation instructions are clear and easy. I intend to return soon!

Paulo's space is very nice. The location is excellent! A few meters from the sea. The apartment has a well-distributed space. The shower in the bathroom could be a little stronger. The shower outside is great! To get the salt off and wash the soul! We were lucky, it was a sunny weekend! I recommend Paulo's place! Maybe we'll be back!

Great place, close to super market, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias ( There is a delivery at the bottom of the hostel, great), and is a few meters from the beach. Sandro and Paula were always present from beginning to end where we closed the hosting package, grateful to you for all the support, I recommend with my eyes closed, God bless you always.

The Stadie was great. The hostess very much requests. The house is exactly as described in the listing. Everything was super clean and the atmosphere is super cozy. My husband and I feel at home. I will definitely return.

It was amazing our stay, totally cozy and family space, great space for children, only for pets that I had the concern of the outside the grids to have a lot of space where my dogs would spend, and there were no ramps for those who need or have a wheelchair user, but it is the structure of the condominium, in relation to the ape and Daniel and the girl who received us at the checkin for the delivery of the keys was totally perfect, I have no complaints, super ventilated and well located, wonderful, I will come back more times 💖

Jorge was very attentive. The apartment is very well equipped, kitchenware, clothesline, hooks in the bathrooms, and all clean. Ease when coming and going. Loved the place, recommend it.

The stay in Maranduba in the corner of the sun was excellent! I recommend 100%! We spent wonderful days there. The apartment is a cute, all equipped (everything you need to cook, comfortable beds, great showers!) and extremely clean and well taken care of. The Tb condominium is great, friendly and with a swimming pool, located in a quiet street. Maranduba beach is nearby, as well as a supermarket and restaurants! Other beautiful beaches are nearby, it is worth following the tips of Carol and Davi who know the region well and bring with mta sympathy great tips. We will definitely return to the corner of the sun!!! Hopefully soon :)

Great place, very close to the beach. Safe condominium, very quiet and the pool can be used until late by the barbecue. André was very attentive and left a welcome manual with great recommendations.
