The house is nice with a nice backyard for pets. On the back a very good barbecue grill and table. It was a very good stay. Leandro was very kind and responded quickly.

Peace and Connection Staying at Paula's place was amazing. The atmosphere is cozy, with a perfect harmony between comfort and nature. Every detail conveys peace and care. Paula is a thoughtful host and it makes you feel like we are your family. It's the perfect place to rest and reconnect. I highly recommend it! Beautiful beaches, trails and waterfall nearby and coming back to a wonderful home was the best thing we did.

The house is excellent, everything very well organized and clean, you do not need to take any utensil, as the house is quite complete. The prox location of the waterfall is a plus, as we can hear the noise of the water in the morning. The hosts are very kind, helpful, attentive, and extremely helpful for any need that occurs. Super recommend! For sure, on our next trip to Ubatuba, we will stay in this delicious house.

Casa Grande and airy, does not have that mould smell that the beach houses usually have.. eh super clean and fresh... large and clean baths.. quiet and quiet condominium.. we love everything and we will return for sure..

Lorena was always very friendly. The house is close to the beach and markets, bakeries, restaurants and pharmacy. The best part is the air conditioned in the whole house... so there is no endless heat to sleep, because a beach fan only throws hot air on us 😅 Thank you Lorena for opening your home for us!

Inside the condominium there is waterfall and river. We only recommend repellent to enter the Mata. You can walk to the beach of Mococa on foot on a wonderful trail, for those who love nature. All good.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very cozy and organized, with plenty of useful space. The balcony, and the barbecue made all the difference to us. The building is still in the final phase (works), but it didn't bother us at all, we were able to use the pool without any problems. The building is very quiet and very close to the beach. We love and recommend it.

Impeccable place in terms of cleanliness and conservation, exactly as shown in the photos. The pool is amazing, and in the condominium there is a whole private structure of restaurants, not to mention the proximity to the beach, very close to the seven beaches trail that greatly enhances the level of the stay! Everything as advertised, extremely quiet place with easy access to markets and services. Magnificent beaches nearby and easy access to the highway that leads to other more distant beaches as well. Very cozy condominium with open barbecue pits and game room. Spacious and well-equipped apartment with internet and SmartTv. Full kitchen with utensils and pots. Ceiling fans in every room. Pets are allowed and there is a closed garage. I highly recommend it.

We spent the extended holiday at Sítio Recanto Fonte Viva and it was just amazing! The place is beautiful, super well taken care of, the pool is wonderful and the surrounding nature climate makes everything even better to relax. But what made all the difference was the homegoers, Viviane and Andrews. The village is too good, super receptive and always willing to help with anything we need. They gave several tips and made us super comfortable at all times. Sure is a place I recommend with my eyes closed and I want to return soon!

Special place for those who like quiet and nature, sleeping with the sound of rain, waterfalls, frogs and fireflies. Hosts Francisco and Joana serve very well, are very helpful and give several tips. Unfortunately, it rained most days and for that reason we could not enjoy everything, we did not go to the waterfall. They have a female dog and a kitten, both very gentle. I took my puppy and he loved walking around the surroundings. We went to 2 nearby villages, São Luiz and Catuçaba, good to visit and get to know the historical points. From there to Ubatuba, take the rural road and then go down the Serra (I found it easy, but very curvy, traffic in the rain is dangerous), it is not worth going to the beaches at the end of the year, but people from Minas Gerais already know how it is, even in the rain you want to see the sea up close. One point to improve would be the internet, which loses the signal all the time. I'd come back again, but outside the rainy season. Thank you.

Wow, there are no such things. A quiet and peaceful place overlooking the lake. From the first moment we fell in love with the house A very tidy house, nothing is missing, everything is clean and in perfect order. The lovely hostess came to show us where the kayaks were. She also gave us popsicles, organic homemade products. The house is fully equipped, there are lots of kitchen utensils, a charcoal pizza oven, a gas stove and a charcoal stove, a professional barbecue, everything is well-maintained, clean and tidy. We will definitely return.

Nice house, with a delicious lawn in the yard with a very nice hammock on the balcony, well-equipped kitchen. Leaving Lagoinha, you can take amazing tours. The unmissable trail to Bonete, the architects' red beach, Domingas Dias beach...

Our stay was great! The house is exactly as advertised, and very cozy. Plenty of vegetation and fruit trees, all very pleasant. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing, and accommodates a family very well. It's not that close to the highway, but for me it wasn't a problem because I already imagined the distance because it was a farm, for my family it was really worth it! The environment has 2 lakes for fishing, and it was a great experience. The hosts are very attentive and kind, we were super well received and we recommend the place. 💚
