My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

The neighborhood scares a bit, as it's a bit far from the waterfront. Then you realize that it is safe and has amenities such as supermarket, fishmongers, doceries, etc. The house compensates and has a beautiful view of the Serra do Mar. The extremely clean and very well-equipped house (great quality bed). There's everything! You can see in the details the whim with the care of the house, from the painting to the impeccable garden. Town hall looks like a mini farm. All clean kitchen utensils came to the attention; none was dusty, as is common with beach houses. The house it's inside a kind of condo, a safe and very quiet place. I wake up every day to the sound of birds. We'll be back!

Large and super well equipped house. I paid a bit more expensive, but it was super worth it. Accommodated very well my relatives, the kitchen is super well-equipped (the great pots, things to make coffee), fogao grande, which greatly reduces the expenses with food, large refrigerator, spacious and working refrigerator, hints and showers working, well airy, barbecue equipment, big yard, close to the beach that is super safe to take children for being shallow and with few waves. This place is super family and brought many good memories for my family. I can only say thank you.

The house is even more wonderful in person and has all the utensils you need for a good stay. There was absolutely nothing missing from what we need. The decor is beautiful and in very good taste. Very quiet place, no noise at all, Mauro was very flexible regarding check-in, we stayed five days, had everything we needed, close to the beach, five minutes at most walking, there is a little center nearby, with several things to visit. I highly recommend it

Everything as advertised, extremely quiet place with easy access to markets and services. Magnificent beaches nearby and easy access to the highway that leads to other more distant beaches as well. Very cozy condominium with open barbecue pits and game room. Spacious and well-equipped apartment with internet and SmartTv. Full kitchen with utensils and pots. Ceiling fans in every room. Pets are allowed and there is a closed garage. I highly recommend it.

He gave several helpful tips. The apartment looks like a family house. I wish that everyone who is there, take care with care, as it is preserved and in excellent condition. My family and I like the accommodation, quiet place if noise is very hot because of the kkkk heat, the more we take advantage of the outdoor area with the children. The only sapê beach is very quiet we like it very much, Nivea was always available to help🙏🏻we go back more often😊

We arrived on the selected date and took the key with the janitor of the condominium, also very helpful, Carlos was flexible with time and quickly answered the questions, we felt at ease, very private, safe and very quiet without noise, we walked on foot on 3 beaches that we knew the neighborhood walking around and went by car in others, the day was good, we rested, the house offers what we need the basics of the day to day, recommendations for Carlos's accommodation to others who wanted to stay there. Carlos is a great host. I'll be back at a next opportunity for sure For shopping, I recommend that you pass the shibata in Caraguatatuba, which is already on the way to the accommodation, to supply the days that will stay there, affordable prices and compatible with the market and also come marmite with popular prices for those who do not want to cook and spend a lot, because the beachfront is a higher value and hurts the pocket, the rest are happy and enjoy.

We really liked the accommodation. Easy access, shopping around, close to the beach, nice pool. The house is impeccable, you can tell the hostess Monica is very detail-oriented.
