Wellington was very friendly, clear and quick in exchanging messages. The apartment is in a location close to Toninhas beach. It has a good structure (furniture is new) and meets all needs well. Air-Conditioning and a ceiling fan are differentials when it comes to the beach and the heat. Ease of both check-in and check-out. Recommended!

The hospitality was impeccable, the host is extremely polite and attentive. The atmosphere is very pleasant, organized and welcoming, with easy access to the center of Ubatuba and the highway. I recommend it without a doubt and I will certainly rent this apartment again.

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

My experience in this beach apartment was simply wonderful! I spent three incredible days enjoying a comfortable, well equipped environment. The apartment is spacious, clean and decorated in very good taste. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, which made the stay even more practical. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring nights of peaceful sleep. The location is also a great differential: close to the beach, access to everything we needed. In addition, the communication with the host was excellent, always attentive and available for any queries. Without a doubt, an experience that exceeded expectations! I highly recommend it and I will definitely return at the next opportunity.

I felt very well supported! Both Dorgival and Taciana were very helpful to everything I needed, extra the location of the ap, which is even more cozy when we enjoy what was promised in the photos.

We love your stay in this house, project of Paulo Mendes da Rocha. It is very practical and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms and bathrooms correspond to the photos and descriptions, cozy living area and dining room, barbecue and pleasant outdoor areas! The house is 2 blocks from the beach, which is great for children, and it's very easy to drive to nearby beaches like Red and Dura. We intend to return soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The surrounding nature was very peaceful. The place was providing everything we needed for our one night stay. The location is a bit off the grid tho and therefore you will enjoy privacy and calmness. But also you might want to plan ahead and bring some food and beverages for the night as there were not many options in terms of grocery stores / restaurants nearby. That said, you will enjoy beautiful jungle views and fairly empty beaches just a 30 minutes walk / hike away. Perfect to disconnect for a while from the hustle and bustle of other places. Thank you for hosting us and always being very kind and responsive, even-though we did a last minute booking on the same day.

We stayed between 27/12/24 and 03/01/25 and even in a period of great frequency on the coast we had no problems with public service support and daily supply. The house is very nice and comfortable. The presence of air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room and also the good quality of the internet were great differentials and important for greater comfort. Maria Isabel is very attentive, proactive and easy to communicate. I recommend this accommodation.

Our stay at Julia's house was wonderful! Communication with the hostess has been great since before booking and throughout the trip as well, she was always available to ask questions and was a lot of requests. The house was very well-equipped, the full kitchen surprised us, everything we needed there. Very good also not to have towels (had a great number, including beach) and bedding. By the photos ends not giving to understand exactly the architecture of the house and the distribution of the rooms, but the whole description corresponds to the reality and is a beautiful house. About the location, we take great advantage of the private beach, although very small it is possible to spend an entire day there, even having space of sand to catch sun. The other beach, Vermelha do Sul, is also nearby, only having to go down a stairway after leaving the condominium street. Lastly, there really are no shops on the beach other than ice cream carts, but that's good, since it doesn't get crowded.

The house is very comfortable and super well equipped with everything you need. The area where it is located is cute and safe. The beach is very quiet to go with children. A few minutes by car there is a supermarket. Would love to come back!

Pedro's place is beautiful, has a beach house vibe mixed with interior. The house is very large, all the rooms are super new and with air conditioning. It sits inside a condo, where employees are super attentive. It is very close to Dura beach, about 8 minutes walking. And there is an exit from the condominium that gives access to the beach through the runway. We had a small problem with a knob that came out, but Pedro promptly offered us help. About the distance the house not so close to the center of Ubatuba, so it's more for those who like quieter environments and connect with nature. It had towels and bed linens.

Carol's place was exactly what we needed - spacious, lots of places to sit down and lounge, all together, or in smaller groups. It was very pleasant, calm, and comfortable. My friends and I were able to work remotely with no issues, the internet connection was fast and reliable. The house is at most 150m from the beach, a very calm, and always very tranquil; and very close to a big supermarket. Other beaches are also easily reached in under half an hour by car, with easy parking. I would strongly recommend this house to anyone who asks!

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

Excellent stay! The apartment is super cozy, well decorated and made us feel right at home from the first moment. In addition, the location is simply perfect, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It had already gone again to Caragua, but this weekend was incredible, thanks to the host Sérgio, who contributed to making everything perfect, starting with the cozy, clean and spacious apartment, with a balcony overlooking the sea (praianha) and condominium pool. Nearby Super Market, the beach looked more like a great natural pool for children, me and my family had a lot of fun, kayaking, banana boout, we went to the alligator stone,everything close, we didn't use the car for nothing. We'll be back for sure and we've already left planning a next one,and we've already indicated it to some friends .

My stay at Daniel's apartment was great! Communication with him was quick and cordial. The apt is exactly the same as in the pictures, it was clean and in perfect condition. Condominium also very nice. It is close to the beach and it is possible to walk. Only one observation, it is on a highway, so there is noise of cars passing all the time, nothing exaggerated either.
