An oasis in the middle of nature, it mixes the countryside with the beach. The house is very spacious, rustic and cozy architecture, in a quiet environment. Well equipped for cooking, barbecuing, with hammocks, fireplace and garden with shower. Perfect place to rest, enjoy as a couple, with family and friends. Praia Brava is a refuge: small and with tree shadows! Calm waters, sometimes offering space for surfing. Access is by walking for about 10 minutes. Delicious connection with nature!

Architects' Beach House with Privileged View

Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.
