Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Natividade da Serra

Thais was extremely attentive, from before we went, until we left. We very much like the house and the location. Quiet beach, family-friendly with children or couples.

I thank Claudia for sharing her space with us. I congratulate Claudia for giving us all the information we requested, in a clear, quick, succinct and useful way. The house is at a certain distance from the beach, requiring a short walk on flat, paved terrain, crossing a bridge where you can observe a well-preserved sample of the fauna and flora characteristic of a mangrove. A separate attraction for children and adults. The house has a beautiful garden, mosquitoes are not a problem, however, I suggest bringing repellents. We really enjoyed the stay. The house was very clean (new mattresses, bedding and impeccable bathrooms) the household items are new and work very well, large barbecue and clean grills. There were no signs of mold or infiltration in the house. Our family felt welcomed and at home. At checkout, we tried to leave the house in as good a condition as we found it. Thanks again Claudia.

We had a wonderful stay. The surrounding nature was very peaceful. The place was providing everything we needed for our one night stay. The location is a bit off the grid tho and therefore you will enjoy privacy and calmness. But also you might want to plan ahead and bring some food and beverages for the night as there were not many options in terms of grocery stores / restaurants nearby. That said, you will enjoy beautiful jungle views and fairly empty beaches just a 30 minutes walk / hike away. Perfect to disconnect for a while from the hustle and bustle of other places. Thank you for hosting us and always being very kind and responsive, even-though we did a last minute booking on the same day.

The house is very comfortable and super well equipped with everything you need. The area where it is located is cute and safe. The beach is very quiet to go with children. A few minutes by car there is a supermarket. Would love to come back!

We went as a family and spent 6 days in the house, we love it! We intend to come back more often, beautiful, very clean house, bedding and fresh towels in all rooms, everything very clean, home very comfortable, the beds are good, the pool says in the ad that it is not heated but is incredibly warm, it is very close to the beach, you who maintain the house set up a very large parasol on the beach for our use, very quiet beach, with few people, perfect for those who want to relax with tranquility, very safe condominium with a strict access control! Adriana housewife of the house always very attentive promptly helped us in everything we need. As a constructive criticism I would recommend the replacement of the stove and the internal and external refrigerators are already time to change and the house deserves it.

I don't have to complain, from the beginning of the negotiation to the end of the stay everything went very well.

We spent wonderful family days, the apartment is great, well equipped and very well located, and it is possible to walk to Praia Grande, which was very good, as we do not need to worry about parking, costs and security. The property has mattresses and pillows with covers, fans and air-conditioning that were very useful, as the days were quite hot. On the highest floor it has, living room, terrace with barbecue, refrigerator, table with 8 seats and panoramic view. The condominium has a caretaker, covered spaces, swimming pool, barbecue and elevator. The contact with Lara was great, always responding quickly and seeking to answer our questions. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

I loved the days we spent in São Sebastião, the experience was wonderful from beginning to end, very helpful and attentive host (Mr. Douglas) We used the pool, common space, very good, location is great with good shopping structure, easy access to beaches, we want to go back! The location is excellent, it allows you to rest and yet is close to several shops. Communication with Si was super simple and smooth, at all times she aimed to make things easy so that everything could work well. We really liked the place and hope to return!

I had a very good experience on the site, it is well located, close to the beach of Perequê. The apartment is comfortable, it had everything I needed. Juliana is a very kind person, she always answered me quickly and helped me a lot. I'll definitely be back again!

Very attentive Francisco, helped us in everything that was needed. Apartamento is exactly as described, all very clean and organized. The Rooftop Pool Really Tasty! Excellent barbecue as well as TV in the gourmet area and in the living room ! Super recommend !

Osvaldo showed an unparalleled concern with our arrival and well-being during the stay. The house is beautiful, with spacious spaces to accommodate a large group and in the middle of nature. Super helpful and educated caseiros led us on horseback riding and hiking on the property. Super indicative for those who want to enjoy nature without giving up on comfort and facilities.

The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

It was all amazing! The house is even more beautiful and cozy than in the pictures, plus it's super equipped with everything we need for a sensational stay! From leisure to the comfort of the rooms. The hosts were super helpful all the time and the big highlight goes to Fernanda and Cris. They made our stay even more special, with all the care and whim in the dishes we asked for, in addition to the delights they did and everything with a lot of organization and sympathy! Everything we needed (and more) was served by these dear sisters. The homemade Pelé is also pure sympathy and promptness! We will definitely return more often!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight

We had an amazing experience at Fábio's house! The location is great, close to the village, the surrounding beaches are simply paradisiac, and the house itself is wonderful. I would especially like to highlight the breathtaking view of the pool, which is a separate spectacle. Another point that made all the difference in our stay was dear Lena. She is extremely attentive and cook very well. Do you know that homemade and very tasty food that is like a warm hug? Lena's food goes like this. For those who rent the house of Fábio, I strongly recommend hiring the services of Lena. She made us feel at home! Also, Ilhabela is a charming destination, and we will certainly return to the house of the Fabio at a next opportunity. We highly recommend it!
