Pé na sand de facto! We went with 2 children and the facility to be close to the sand was essential to make the most of it! Every day we found the tent with the beach-mounted chairs. The tbm beach was sensational! Almost no waves and hot water.. ideal for kids! The condominium also has heated pool and good nearby restaurants.. which gave us a lot of comfort and fun. Our host Daniella always responded quickly and gave us many tips. We'll come back again!

I spent amazing days at this location, everything absolutely perfect! The apartment and the condominium itself are wonderful but the big difference is the host who was always available giving tips and guiding us. We really felt at home, first because the place has available everything you may need and allied to it the owner who always made us very comfortable, as if she were an acquaintance for a long time. Thank you for your time and we will definitely be back if there is availability!

Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Ribeira Mall, which has everything you can imagine. There are boat trips that leave from the ribeira bag and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment, very clean, organized, had pillows and blanket which helped me a lot because I was cold for a few days, polite staff, very comfortable place, I liked it a lot, the bad thing was leaving.

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

The days at the waterfall house were very cozy. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waterfall is an incredible feeling. The house was clean and organized. The condominium has a beautiful view, you can't go back! We will return as soon as possible.

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is in a great location, with a market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The street is super quiet and at night the silence is absolute, we slept very well. The space has everything we need to prepare quick meals, and the center is also close by car. It was our first time in Ubatuba, and we already want to go back to stay in exactly the same place!

The house is super comfortable and accommodates people well. Clean pool, well-kept garden, facing a beautiful beach that I love. Next to the natural pool that's great for walking with the kids. It has pool, pimbolim, pool, ping pong. And we also got an extra gift that was waiting for us in the lounge. We love the stay and with ctz we will return. We always go to this beach and we've been in about ten different houses. This was the best so far.

Residência is quite comfortable and cozy, it has all the features with quality. The host is kind and polite with quick replies whenever requested. I recommend and I will certainly return to staying with my family.

The house is fantastic: spacious, airy and very comfortable, exactly as described and pictured. In the outdoor area, the pool and jacuzzi are great and next to the barbecue, the house also has a pizza oven. The condominium is of the highest standard, offers an impeccable level of security, as well as a well-equipped gym, Japanese restaurant, medical clinic, mini market, pizzeria, ice cream shop… in short… everything for the comfort and convenience of guests. André was an exemplary host, always quick to respond and very clear in his guidance. In addition, we had the support and recommend hiring D. Ilda during the stay, she was amazing – extremely kind and helpful. We intend to return 👍🏼

We really liked the gourmet area, we even used the pizza oven, in addition to being integrated and we were all close enjoying the pool and barbecue. We hired Sara's service, she and Ana were excellent, they made our days lighter by helping with the food. I recommend hiring them.
